Moved from Studio City, Ca one year ago. I live near the shopping area. I stopped by Blissful Spa…read moreto see the location and make appointment. I did not see any one in the waiting area. Lady was not friendly or maybe did not understand me. I ask about scheduling appointment today or tomorrow. Without looking at an appointment book, she told me to come back Friday. I asked what time Friday, also asking her if she was completely booked today & tomorrow. Her response was just come back on Friday. I was bothered by the response she gave me. So I called from my car to see why. That was very odd. I said to her I was in pain and I did have money. She was losing a good potential customer and maybe I would have returned if service was better. I would go somewhere I felt welcome. I will never go there again. Giving one star was for me wasting my time trying to understand. Good Luck! Diann i.4miles away

This is my first review for this establishment and is long overdue…read more I had been coming here for the last 10 months prior to moving out of state. I had seen many massage therapists ever since my wife and I started seeing one back in Ohio after we started doing fitness training with our kids. I started coming here after losing my wife last year for not only physical but mental stress. I saw a Great Masseuse named Rachel. I would say i saw Rachel on average of twice a month. She not only worked out all the kinks in my neck, back and shoulders but was very easy to talk to and worked on my mental stress as well. The room was always fresh and clean, and her selection of music not only was relaxing but lifted my spirits. I recently made a special stop at the spa after being on the road and away from the area for 2 months to see Rachael and booked a double session. She did not miss a single knot and I walked away from there better than ever. You can't go wrong asking for Rachael when you stop by. Signed Paul SAT
