I made an appointment the day before for 10am, arrived at 9:59 and checked in. Waited 15 minutes while they started two other clients, not sure if they had an appointment or not. When I made my appointment I saw that there wasn't a lot of scheduled appointments in the books so, I thought that getting helped on time wouldn't be an issue. I waited 15 minutes before they sat me down and put my feet in the water to sit around for another 15 minutes. By now I realized that I wouldn't be able to get both services completed before I needed to leave. During this time, two other ladies walked in and were also waiting, but I found out later they were walk-ins. Another lady walked in after I had been waiting for 30 minutes, looking to be a walk-in, but they said it was gonna be a while because there were people waiting, so she was trying to schedule an appointment for later that afternoon. I ended up getting up and gathering my stuff and told the lady that she could have my appointment since I had been sitting around for 30 minutes with nothing happening. I looked at the lady who had scheduled my appointment the day before and who had checked me in the day of and she gave me no response. I went out to my car and the lady ended up making an appointment and following me out. Just asked what happened and I explained the situation and she had told me that most people were walk-ins for this establishment.Also the other two women that were waiting left shortly after I did and I asked if they had an appointment, but they said that they were also walk-ins. I don't understand why you would take an appointment and not honor it. There is a reason for appointment, mainly so we can keep our schedules for the day. After seeing the empty books and being told that most people are walk-ins, I believe the two ladies they helped before me were also walk-ins (not verified), and ended up taking my reserved time. It's very frustrating at the lack of professionalism with businesses nowadays. Nothing was done to honor my appointment, nothing was said when I voiced that I had been waiting for 30 minutes, and nothing will be done because I am just one person. I am not telling you, whether you should or should not use this company for any service, I am just providing a rating of my experience. I have a place that I normally go to, but it is 30 minutes away and they are fantastic. Looks like I need to go on here and give them a rating too to show how much I appreciate the service I received from them. Looking forward to a reply.

She could not locate a UPC code, so she walked back over and grabbed the display advertised pricing off the rack, ran it up and I left. When I got home, I went to transfer the product into my TOPPIK container that I use, both ION containers were completely clean and empty. I immediately took them back to the store, new clerk at register, she agreed they were samples, the original clerk appeared- laughed about it. I end up buying two black higher priced TOPPIK fibers in the blue container for $24.99 a piece. I was told the blue was for volummizing the hair and that it was okay to use it for making fresh barber lines.... I always buy the Blk bottle, but I took her word. When we get to the register, that's when I asked for a discount for being inconvenienced and the price of my gas trip, she flatly said NO. I told her that I was going to write a YELP review and you're not going to like it, she stood there with a "SO WHAT" disposition as I paid her and walked out. No, I'm sorry about the inconvenience, please come back or have a good weekend. It's pretty clear the customer service here is foul and your money is all this location cares about, don't shop here if you really don't have to, travel to a more friendly place.
