We were pleased when they said that yes, they could! We headed right over and were put in a room for our combination massages. Unfortunately, neither of us were super pleased with the actual massages. The therapists were not the greatest. Mine was clearly either sick with a cold or had really bad allergies. First, I booked an appointment for me and my sister. I shared that I had a Yelp check-in. Which is $55 for 1 hour foot Reflexology for two. When we got there. Grace's said that was pre-covid and their prices went up. I said, but I mentioned Yelp on the phone. She said sorry. It was my sister's birthday and we had a full day planned or we would have gone someplace else. They wanted to sell me full-body, I continued to say, I want a foot massage, which is what Reflexology , sometimes including hands and ears. I paid for a 1 hour full body massage and everything started out just fine, until about 20 minutes in, the therapist's cell phone begins to ring (had their phone with them in the massage room) and stops to take a call! After apologizing and returning to the room, the massage was once again interrupted a short time later because customers just walked in and the therapist left the room to assist them... all during the 1 hour I paid for. I realized at the end of the massage that the therapist had the door open the entire time so that they were aware of patrons entering the lobby. First off, it is always good to have an appt. However, you do not need one. They are really good about taking walk in customers. The whole place is very clean and smells fresh which I really like! I go in for the foot massage but, it is such a good price I many times end up getting the full body massage. They soak and wash your feet before you begin your reflexology. Which of course is so relaxing and gives you the best experience. Soothing music is playing,which is also very nice. I have been going to Grace Reflexology for 4 yrs purchasing gift certificates for Birthdays and Christmas up to 8-9 at a time every year so I could give them out throughout the year, never once was denied usage. Today I go to use 2 certificates that was purchased last December and was told they expired , which I have never been informed of before. Spoke with the mgr and owner and explained the situation and asked about the 6 month expiration date and both said because. This is the second massage I have had in my life, with the first coming from a resort in Vegas several years ago as part of a vacation package. It was time for a massage and I opted to check out Grace reflexology. Gave them a call before heading over to make sure they could fit 2 ppl in, not a problem. Once I arrived, we opted on the 2 people for $55 reflexology special they were running. Normally I do get the full body combo but this time around I just wanted my feet worked on. Front desk explained the different options and showed us to our room. I enjoyed the relaxing music that played and the dim lighting as well as the therapists who worked quietly. For a reflexology only treatment they did more on the body that I was expecting, a lot of compressions and stretching of neck, arms, legs, lower back. This was all fine, but my feet really needed most of the attention on this visit. I'd say maybe it was 30min on feet and 30min on the body overall. Next time I will ask them to just focus on feet only if I feel the same way. My therapist did an ok job on the body but an excellent job on my feet. My gf's therapist did a phenomenal job all around so of course we tipped generously. These therapists work very hard, and it's appreciated. I sometimes don't feel even 20% is enough for their hard work so I left them xtra. Definitely would go back to Grace reflexology. My only wish is that the seats were more padded. From laying flat for so long my lower back was really stiff and hurting. We were seen in a private room, very clean and cozy. The experience was lovely; we had the combination package option which is an hour for only $40. Definitely worth it. They have a sign posted to tip in cash, I did not have much cash but gave what I had - which she said was not enough to she gave it back! I got a body massage the other day and it was a terrible experience. The gentleman who worked on me used way too much pressure. Even though at times I told him his pressure was too hard, he kept going too hard. When I was gasping in pain every time he used maximum pressure, he had the nerve to keep telling me to relax.
