It seems like it has many caveats from places that accept it. You can only use it for full-peice services, and you can't book a package of services or seasonal specials. The shop was comfortable and very hippie inside. A bit too many chotchkies for sale inside, but retail is necessary , I realize. The music was a little too crazy and loud for me. Everyone was very nice, and though you can purchase a membership, I loved that it was very low pressure. It actually seems like a good deal that your services can be rolled forward, and can be combined for a larger service. I'm just not a subscription person. I booked an hour massage and a facial. The facial was very thorough and relaxing. The massage was also great, but ended really quickly. When I got dressed and walked to the desk, the gal apologized, as she didn't realize that I had booked an hour. She said I could go back in and get another 30 minutes, but I was already put back together. No thanks. As I checked out, I was also given a cute little facial gift bag, with a nice smelling cleanser, toner and moisturizer. Nice touch. I had a decent service. I'm on the fence about this place. Give it a try though. Better than any local chain.

I called asking if they accept walk-ins, and they do, I told them that I'd be free in a few hours, which they agreed to accommodate. I showed up and opted for the 60-minute combination massage (full body) for only $55! Amazing!!! As I was escorted to my private room, I was asked if I preferred a male or female masseuse. I appreciated this question and responded that I would prefer a female unless it would cause a wait time, in which case a male would be fine. I ended up with Lily (or maybe Lili, my apologies I couldn't hear her name well). She made sure I was comfortable, asking me if I wanted my massage at medium or hard intensity, which I chose medium. She also intermittently asked if I was feeling ok throughout the massage. Overall, the massage included: arms, back (with hot stone), thighs, calves, feet (and a hot water foot soak), some scalp/ear/temples. Note: "A surcharge of 3% will apply to all credit card payments. Alternatively, you may wish to pay by cash which will not incur a surcharge." I chose to pay for my service and tip fully in cash. I accepted a stamp card, which if you receive 10 massages you can earn +20 minutes for free. As requested, I arrived a bit early for my appointment in order to fill out informational health paperwork. After completing the paperwork, Pilma asked questions about any concerns and areas that needed focus, what type of pressure, etc., which I informed her about. She kindly assisted me to a therapy room with that was very tastefully decorated with various pieces of art, subdued lighting and soothing music which provided a very calming atmosphere. Her nicely padded treatment table is the most comfortable I've ever been on and I was able to breath easily while on my stomach and importantly, I didn't experience any back pain from being on the table after my session. During my treatment, Pilma was very careful massaging and stretching me; she frequently inquired about my pain level (I have Osteoarthritis) and the pressure level she was applying. Not once during my massage, did she cause me to flinch in pain as she was very much in tune with her observations which I very much appreciated. My massage session with Pilma, who was so kind and compassionate, was up before I knew it and she helped me sit up and also offered me a cool bottle of water and recommended to drink plenty of fluids the rest of the day.
