This is a sports massage establishment, and I only can account for Leah and say she can probably perform any massage style needed for the client. It has been a long time since I played competitive sports but with lingering issues from surgeries and just playing sports I feel amazing leaving Sol. I've had plenty of massages but when entering the room and going over the muscle anatomy chart on the wall to make sure the exact muscle groups are targeted shows the attention to detail that I've never experienced at any other massage establishment. Very thorough, professional, and caring. 10/5 stars in my book.

After having read multiple wonderfully positive reviews of Arizona Massage and Bodywork, I…read morescheduled a session with Pilma via text (with a number provided on her website) which was very efficient and convenient. As requested, I arrived a bit early for my appointment in order to fill out informational health paperwork. After completing the paperwork, Pilma asked questions about any concerns and areas that needed focus, what type of pressure, etc., which I informed her about. She kindly assisted me to a therapy room with that was very tastefully decorated with various pieces of art, subdued lighting and soothing music which provided a very calming atmosphere. Her nicely padded treatment table is the most comfortable I've ever been on and I was able to breath easily while on my stomach and importantly, I didn't experience any back pain from being on the table after my session. During my treatment, Pilma was very careful massaging and stretching me; she frequently inquired about my pain level (I have Osteoarthritis) and the pressure level she was applying. Not once during my massage, did she cause me to flinch in pain as she was very much in tune with her observations which I very much appreciated. My massage session with Pilma, who was so kind and compassionate, was up before I knew it and she helped me sit up and also offered me a cool bottle of water and recommended to drink plenty of fluids the rest of the day. From my very positive experience with Pilma today, I can see why she has so many wonderful customer reviews. Deepest gratitude to you Pilma, my new friend; I look forward to future therapeutic treatments with you. Also, please accept my thanks for your kind and unexpected generosity.

A professional masseuse alongside a robot performs various massage techniques. My husband enjoyed the robot portion of the program. I preferred a human being massaging me. Robot Massage is all the rage in Asia so if you're interested in it, definitely try it you can regulate how deep you want the massage or specify the areas. Again, use your words and always cash tip. I ended up trying out the hybrid TriHand massage, which uses both the machine and massage therapist, and the red light recovery room at the end. I felt relaxed at the end, but definitely could have used more communication and personalization. After laying down in the massage room, a couple people entered the room. One was my therapist, and I inferred that the other was configuring the machine, which took at least 5 min. I wasn't asked about areas to focus on or avoid, but once it began, the therapist provided a decent massage that did relieve most of my soreness. The therapist worked alongside the AI massage arm for the first half, which was nice, and the last 30 minutes was just the massage arm. Despite the promise of personalization online, the AI massage really just felt like a nice warm ball rolling on my back in a preset pattern. It was the same level of effectiveness as a standard massage chair, and due to the minimal stimulation and robot sounds, I would've preferred just moving on after 10 min. The red light recovery was pretty odd to me, as I wasn't aware this would be a full-on heated sauna pod and wasn't advised to take off my Fitbit. I was booked for the wrong service via phone call, and the team accommodated nicely, so it's possible this experience was just a reflection of a quick scramble. The team was very friendly, and water was provided.

I like firm pressure, and she had no problem whatsoever bringing that to the table. She was intuitive and committed to relieving the significant tension in my neck and shoulder. I found her through the great reviews on Google maps, and her website was incredibly professional and easy to book with. I tried the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage for the first time, and I really enjoyed it! It was nice to have areas worked that are normally skipped with Swedish and other types of massages. And that's not all... I used to go to a couple of different franchises as a member, and House of Harmony is so much better! I was greeted with aromatherapy right when I walked in, and she continued to use it throughout the session. Camilla doesn't skimp on the aromatherapy OR the water - she gave me a bottle instead of one of those little paper cups! The center strikes a great balance of homey & professional, with lovely lights, artwork, and decor that gives it personality vs the more cold and sterile atmosphere at the franchises. The linens on the massage table were heavenly. Also, her membership packages are reasonably priced, and very flexible. She didn't try to sell me on them either - I brought them up to her. There isn't that feeling of pressure to get a membership or buy products that the other places have. That said, I was happy to get a membership and can't wait for my next appointment!
