The complex itself is dated, but the inside is clean and quiet with relaxing soft background music. I was relaxed and when I got cold my masseuse covered me without having to ask. Called in the morning to make an appointment in the afternoon. When I arrived they were ready for me and guided me to the room. The rooms are clean, and private. There is a shower available, so I showered before hand - I am tempted to take a star, but the actual massage was really fantastic. The shower itself is "okay", but it is sandwiched between the bathroom and cleaning supplies - I was provided a towel. I called to let them know I was in front lol I was led to the back. There is a door and a curtain. They left the door open the entire time--I presume for their safety so I was okay with that as I've had no screens at some Asian places in CA. I was stretched instead of massaged for my legs all while she kept getting notifications on her phone. The price was right, it was close- so I tried it! The masseuse was very good- strong and really knew her stuff. It's not fancy, the music is barely there- and not that great. The bed was comfortable and the place is clean. There are curtains in place of doors at the room entry. She used hot stones toward the end-that was nice. I think it's a great deal for the price. This place is seriously a hidden gem! After receiving the most disappointing massage of my life yesterday, I still wanted one and decided to give Massage Hall a shot per the good reviews. They welcomed walk-in's and I was the only one there. The undressing portion was a little awkward because I only saw a little sheet on the massage bed, not what I was typically used to for a massage bed. I had to ask the masseuse and finally got settled. I only started with 30 minutes just to be safe, I didn't want to waste $ like I had done yesterday. After 30 I bumped to 60 then to 90. $80 for a 90 minute massage is an awesome price considering I typically pay more than $100. Needless to say, the massage was amazing and everything I had looked for. Crystal did an amazing job and the massage was worth EVERY penny. I did not expect the walking on back/legs portion at all and loved it! My lower back was my priority and she somehow knew every point point I had without even asking and was able to work through my knots. Came for my service and the lady asked me how long I wanted my massage. I said one hour for a trigger point massage. There was no music playing and there were people yelling outside of my massage room.
