I came in for a massage after two years, and honestly I had an okay experience. We used a Groupon for a couple massage. We called ahead of time to make a reservation for 2 at 7pm, and upon our arrival. They informed us they only had one masseuse. The person who scheduled us was the regular scheduler so a mistake was made. We had to come the next day for our massage. Situations like this is a huge inconvenience to our schedule. Overall the massage was decent, the masseuses talked a little too much for my liking but they did a great job with the massages. read more

Truly ENJOYED my experience! Clean, spacious and the best 30 minute acupuncture trigger point & back massage ever! Added a scalp massage and I felt truly at peace & relaxed after I left! Now a loyal customer! Thank you! read more

It's not bad. These are very basic massages, with no frills outside of the simple add-ons. We did a couple's massage. What was irritating was that both masseuses carried on private conversations with each other. read more

My boyfriend and I went in for a couples deep tissue massage and came out with some different experiences/ thoughts despite being in the same room. He had a male therapist who was able to get into his knots and give him great care. He felt very relieved afterwards. Unfortunately, my experience didn't quite match that. My therapist, one of the few female therapists working that day, seemed tired and a bit rushed. There were several areas that my boyfriend noticed his therapist addressed that mine did not, which stood out since I've had deep tissue massages elsewhere where those areas are typically worked on. It was later in the day as that was when they had the availability for us and so I can understand their fatigue a bit. The front desk lady was super accommodating to us and even gave us a free add on service to make up for our troubles. Overall not a bad experience just mediocre in my opinion. read more

My visit to Moon Massage was...fine. Not amazing, not terrible--just okay. The space was clean and calm, and booking was easy enough, which I appreciated. The massage itself hit some relaxing notes, but it was definitely different from what I'm used to. This was my first time trying some place that's completely different than what I'm accustomed to, so I think everything is really just personal preference. That said, it served its purpose as a quick, no-frills reset. If you're just looking for a basic massage without a lot of extra polish or ambiance, this might do the trick. But for something a little more elevated or tailored, I'll probably keep exploring other options. read more

We went back and had Deep Tissue massages today, they broke down some knots that relieved some serious pain that I had been suffering through for a few months. My man also found some much needed relief from his massage as well. Priced right and near by. read more

I was experiencing a lot of neck pain due to poor posture and awkward sleeping. I called this massage parlor and requested an immediate appointment for a combo Swedish/Reflexology massage and the process was so seamless they scheduled me an hour after my call. Helen was my massage therapist and she had the best pressure from my head down to my toes. I feel so much relief and so relaxed. Thank you Helen and front desk staff! I will be back! read more

We got the combo massage. The place was quiet and it felt peaceful. They used a lot of oil which helped with the massage a lot.

This is my second treatment I've gotten at this place, the first time was a 60 minute deep tissue that was so relaxing & the second time around I wanted to do something longer so I opted for the 90 min combo massage and it was just what I needed. A small shop but definitely a great experience that I'd recommend :) read more

Affordable and highly recommend Thanks Moon Massage:) read more

Moon's is your cookie cutter Asian owned massage shop. The staff is super nice and friendly and the place is clean. However, that's about it. The rooms are set up with the typical makeshift walls, so you hear absolutely everything, to include anyone entering and inquiring at the front desk. During my massage, the woman giving me the massage was conversing with another, so it was not a quiet atmosphere at all. In addition to talking to others, she left the room on multiple occasions to what sounded like, helping at the front desk along with other tasks. Therefore, my massage was not a continuous experience; nor did it total the entirety of the 90 mins I booked, when you account for all the times she left the room. The massage itself was mediocre at best. It wasn't the absolute worst I've had, but it certainly wasn't even close to great. Unfortunately, the massage was more dissatisfying than it was good, as she was not trained to stay clear of bones; to massage only muscles and soft tissue! She would use her elbows and forearms to add pressure, but did so on my shins, knees, spine, etc. Overall, I would not come back here. read more

Super sweet and great customer service the girl who checked us in was super sweet and accommodating

From the time we walked in we got great customer service. Things were explained will.

10/10 experience! They got me in same day within the hour , I will definitely be back

We did the couples massage. Good massage will come back again! Very excited to try one of their more intense massages next time.

this place is very relaxing. Staff and everyone here is wonderful and the massages are even better!!

I love this place! Best massage therapist here to give a relaxing massage, it's always a great experience!!

The staff is always friendly here! They recommended a massage type based on my needs. The room was very calming and smelled amazing. The massage was great. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

I came across this place on Google maps and they were able to get me in at 7 PM with no wait time.

I really enjoyed my time here today. My boyfriend bought me a combo massage from Groupon as a birthday gift. The combo massage included a 30 min foot reflexology, 30 min herbal foot bath and a 30 min body massage. My masseuse was so sweet and the massages were amazing. When you first walk in they ask you to check in. Afterwards, they escort you to your room. I was so Zen out that I almost fell asleep a few times. I will definitely come back! read more

Excellent massage, clean rooms. Great pressure, give it 5 stars for massage quality. They make you pay up front, then they ask for tip after. I understand as they must have been burned in the past. The one thing I didn't like is the masseuse stood and watched me tip and the staff showed my signed receipt to my masseuse. I would have tipped because the massage was great however this high pressure tactic felt coercive and weird. Big lighted sign says foot massage outside. read more

Popped in for a 30 minute foot massage and it was fantastic. We were able to quickly get an appointment, and were shown back to a room with recliners. After getting cozy, the masseuse came in and got to work. Great pressure and my tired feet and legs (after running a half) were so much more energized after. Would definitely visit again! read more

Omg!! I love this place. Such an unassuming spot, but the absolute best massage I've had in a while! You should definitely go there and get a massage!!!! I'm going back!!!! read more

terrible massage. Got the couples massage. Took forever for them to come in the room and they counted that towards the hour. (45 mins out of our 60 is what it ended up being). They spent maybe 30% of that 45 on the back (which is what I said to focus on) and basically the remaining 30 on our feet (?) . Other therapist was digging her nails into her and when she told the therapist it hurt, she kept going. Not to mention they made no effort to be quiet, kicking stuff out of their way, talking at a regular volume to each other a lot of it. Very disappointed and not normally one to leave a review but that was a total waste of money. Tried to call in so they could make it right but they just kept talking in circles about booking me today (not acknowledging that I was trying to discuss a past service) read more

I get reimbursed for massages through my healthcare, which requires me to submit the receipt and license numbers for the therapist and business (public information). The front desk told me they could provide this for me and have it ready by the end of the massage. 10 minutes into the massage the front desk woman interrupts and tells me that she cannot provide this and that i can get a refund if I stop the massage. So I did. This is extremely frustrating. As for the massage, it was supposed to be deep tissue, but was far from that despite my efforts in telling the therapist to go harder. Very unprofessional and shady business. read more

Came here on a whim to get a massage. They were very quick to respond via Yelp. I was able to get an appointment same day. The masseuse was fantastic hit all the right spots and was able to get quite a few knots out of my shoulders. Price point was perfect. They were super nice. Will definitely come again if I'm in the area. read more

Great massage and the add on of cupping helped relieved pain and tightness. First time here and will be coming back.

Not one to typically leave reviews but wow. I came here a couple months ago for a massage and it was amazing. So, I came back today in hopes to receive the same type of service. I got a 60 min deep tissue massage and it was horrible. Must have been a different massuse, but it was not deep tissue at all. Mostly just rubbing lotion on my back. I asked for the upper back to be my focus point. She only lightly rubbed the actual muscles and went super hard on my bones. Went really quick on my feet too. Just felt like she was trying to get the session over with. Overall it is pretty clean and relaxing, I just had a bad experience with this massuse. They did not give me any type of refund. read more

This place offers massages, traditional coining (gua sha), and cupping. I came here with a group and had a full combo body massage plus traditional cupping. The lady who helped me was excellent. Everything was good until towards the end. She tried to put out the flames after she finished the cupping process but struggled. I got anxious so I asked her if everything was okay while lying down. She noticed my anxiety so she took the flake stick out of the room and asked another staff to help her. Phew! Otherwise massage was excellent. Care was good with the exception of this fire hazard with cupping. Clean place. I would come back with the exception of cupping. read more

Super kind staff, very welcoming environment and calming energy. Good pricing & a great quality of service.

my go to massage place for years. booking an appointment online or calling is very easy. clean set up and great staff! you have the option to decide female or male masseuse which i appreciate. very caring and accommodating to your needs. i normally get deep tissue but recently tried Swedish which i enjoyed. returning soon to try their new Hawaiian lomi lomi massage. their prices are very affordable as well! read more

They only ask about tips! Through out the whole service! Massage was rushed and it was terrible, I had to ask for partial refund numerous of times and they act like they didn't know English but know how to speak in English for money! Do not go! The place look it was put together. Management wasn't there, only 2 workers! Moral to the story DO NOT GO! read more
