Screwed up our scheduling and they had to reschedule the appt for over a full month later. Then when the date finally came, the massage was not even done by the person it was actually scheduled with. Ended up being a *very* poor quality massage too, couldn't believe how awful and lacking it was. Will not be back, was a waste of money. read more

There is a beautiful and warm waiting room to greet guests as they enter. Complete with various magazines and a few big comfy couches. The entire building is very well designed and visually appealing. I especially enjoyed the room I had my massage in. The room has great blinds to keep most natural light out and only a very dim lamp was on in the room. Full disclosure, I am also a massage therapist, and so I know what makes a therapist great, and jerry was fantastic. He is very intuitive, listened to my needs, and has good energy. I find that many therapists claim to know deep tissue, but all they do is a higher intensity Swedish Massage. Not the case here, jerry knows his stuff. great job! I've been jumping around trying to find the best massage therapist for two years now, and I truly believe James is the best in the valley! I do Weightlifting about 5x/week, so my upper body is ALWAYS tight, but James did an AMAZING job working out all of my knots and tight areas I didn't even know that were tight. I came to Mr. Snapp after suffering for months with a lower back/glute pain on my right side. He spent 45 minutes pinpointing the muscle group that was causing the problem through massage, pressure points, and gentle stretches. My back felt wonderful at the end. He asks a lot of questions and listens intently. He also explains what he is doing in a way that a regular person can understand. I have had several treatments from him. Since I am also a LMT, I can assure you that his expertise is high and he is totally in tune with you. He is well trained with lots of positive energy to share. Most important part that he is willing to listen attentively and eager to learn new techniques. A good intro would be an aquatic massage in his warm pool where you will float and get treatment at the same time. He is also very deep and thorough if you can handle it. He also have some expertise in Asian treatment such as Thai and he has even give me better massage than many of my students. I am always hesitant when going to a new place especially with low reviews on Yelp, but I took a chance when I bought a deal on Groupon and Im so happy I found him. Ive had multiple massages around the valley and I can easily say he is the best. I enjoy light pressure Swedish massages and he really does a good job working out all the kinks within the pressure I like. He is very affordale which is an extra plus - check out monthly deals the office has since buying mulitple massages can save you money. It was a little hard to find at first but once I got there I was whisked into a series of wonderful therapeutic relaxing treatments. I started with a Dead Sea sat soak. After that I felt the stuff I was coughing up with allergies start to loosen which was great. Then I had a wonderful massage by James. He was very thorough and professional and really opened up my neck and shoulders. Then I did the bio mat ion session. I fell asleep I was so relaxed! Very glad I found this place. Best massage ever! I've been getting massages for over 10 yrs and this was by far the most relaxed I ever felt after. James was professional and polite. The entire place was calm and soothing. A few months back I did the Groupon deal with the Float session, massage and biomat. It was the best $47 I had ever spent. I went back again and even gave it as a gift. The second time I put my phone on the float pool edge to listen to relaxing music which made the experience better. I have to say my favorite thing (to my surprise) was the bio mat. I've never experienced it before and it was amazing. You lay on a massage table but have warm blankets over you with the amethyst crystals underneath and you relax to a guided meditation which sends you into la la land....amazing. This is perfect if you are over stressed and need to pamper yourself and release all the stress and tension in your body. I'm planning on doing the 3 month deal so I can experience this monthly. read more

At first I was a little weary because it's a small place and no other businesses were open on Saturday, but the clinic he works out of is very nice (he rents a good amount of space in the back of an ND's clinic). He was very professional, attentive and has a lot of experience with various massage techniques.
