The owner of the massage shop had decent reflexology technique. However, her daughter who assists her is rough and thinks she is competent. Her mother indulged her when the daughter said she could do reflexology on my brother. I looked over and could tell that the daughter was not doing it right. I had to inform the mother that the daughter's technique was odd. The mother went ahead and took care of my brother. But it was uncomfortable to have had to have that conversation when I was trying to relax. read more

There is a mother daughter team that work in here. The mother is exemplary in her technique and service. The daughter, not so much. Took a 30 minute foot reflexology for $30. Had the daughter do a very confusing session that felt okay with the large sweeping motions, but the fine work was grossly lacking in thoroughness and pressure. I mentioned this gently to the mother/owner who took over immediately and practically gave me another session for no additional charge she more than made up for the mishap at the beginning. read more

I went here on my lunch in hopes of some relief. What ensued was the most painful "massage" experience of my life. First, it was clear I was given a woman who had absolutely no idea what they were doing for my foot reflexology. There was no reflexology involved. I believe the woman who knows what she was doing was with someone and they decided to let this woman give it a go rather than ask me to wait. Then when the next woman took over it just got worse. I was in so much pain I had to ask her to just stop and let me leave. Now I'm going back to work in worse pain and full of nothing but regret. I will never come back here. read more

DON'T waste your time , energy or your money trying this place out , trust me there are far better places that offer amazing massage and amazing customer service !!!! The lady was rude and refused or listen And after just five minutes of her terrible massage I got up and left. People who do massages need to listen to what the customer wants not what they think is best. No one knows our bodies better than our self !!!!!!! Alice is amazing and very knowledgeable of the body and any issues you may be having. Clean environment and always accommodating.

Alice has magic hands!! I had an ankle injury (broken and torn ligaments in Spring), and she is working on my legs every other day to release knots that grew from using crutches and walking in pain for months. She works deeply into the muscles with her strong hands and knuckles, and can be painful as the knots are tough to work out. When she is finished, she applies the SAME pressure with NO pain. She has a wonderful translation app on her phone if either of you has questions! I am healing with her help...and she has a teacher in China that she speaks with to ask questions about anything new to her. Love Alice...she is wonderful! :) read more

Just discovered this fabulous new place in the same shopping area as Fry's - very convenient. I arrived early for a 1 hr foot/head/should/leg massage. They were extremely welcoming and offered for me to relax in the massage area (instead of at the reception) - and brought me warm compresses (for my back and neck), as well as a comfy blanket. A very nice way to begin the relaxation process while waiting. I had been in pain all due to a workout injury - and the entire left side of my body (calf, pelvis, lower back, all along the spine, left shoulder) had seized. Alice immediately felt all of this as soon as she began the massage. I thought I wanted a delicate massage, as every part was sensitive, but she convinced me that it would be better to add some pressure to release the tension. She was right. Although more pressure than I am accustomed to, it really did the trick. I could feel the pain subsiding - and was enjoying the result so much that I extended the massage for another half an hour. She was very attentive to my pain and what I needed, and ensured my constant comfort (bringing new warm compresses as the others cooled). Fabulous experience - left there feeling like new. We were visiting a friend in town and they took me to get foot massage. Great experience. Feel the warmth of the staff when we waiting. We got friendly greetings and had a chair right a way. 10 minutes later more people came and filled most chairs. amazing, we were here on vacation and after hiking a couple days my plantar fasciitis was acting up so I got in to see Alice and I have never in my life and I have had a lot of massages have had a more effective, well done reflexology appointment. It was so good that within one day I was able to walk again and before we left, both I and my husband had a second appointment. For the person who wrote that they were rude, I believe that there is a language barrier but rudeness was not encountered on any one of our three Appointments. If you do not try this place out you are depriving yourself of not only a reasonable prized reflexology appointment but benefits that you won't find In very many other places. Inexpensive and this lady that did our three treatments knows what she's doing. From walking that hurt so bad, to absolutely no pain in my foot in two days is more than remarkable.
