Great place if you want an AUTHENTIC Asian full body massage!…read more Meaning, they will massage almost every part of you, which, by the way is very common in Asian massages .... That includes your butt! In Asian culture nudity is not that big of a deal. Aka like going to a Korean spa, where everyone in the women's locker room is butt naked, and no one cares. Same goes for the men's locker room as well. I cannot help but laugh at all the one star reviews hear from people complaining about their butts being touched! Lol they clearly have not had an authentic massage. Do not go here if that's you. Go elsewhere there are many around this area. If you want the typical massage where you have a blanket on top of you and you're fully covered then go elsewhere...

They were playing relaxing music and the place was very clean. I enjoyed the massage. A couple things took me out of my relaxed state. After my fiasco with…read moreanother massage place in the same plaza, I happily found this place that took me in as a walk-in for an hour massage. I had to pay in advance of the service, which I always find odd, but also can understand. They take credit card payment and you can tip using the card too, but of course cash is best for tip. I had a really awesome massage from the lady, got her name, and received their card, but when I got home I discovered there was like a stamp program thing on the back of the card and they didn't provide that lol. The next time I got a massage, I asked for two hours and they didn't make me pay in advance. I got another lady and she started off really bad by slapping my neck around that I was just about to ask for someone else and then it got better as she actually massages me. She was good for the most part, but then I noticed she was on her phone while she was massaging me. You know, the one handed massage. The buzz of the phone. The clicking of her typing? Now you shouldn't do that at all, but I can understand if you need to do a quick read and reply text since--stuff happens. But she was constantly on it so I stopped the massage and she was surprised. I told her I was stopping the massage because she was on the phone and she looked shocked and apologized. She told me it would be a 90 minute massage charge which I said fine, but when I got home, I realized it has only been like a maybe 75 minute massage. So not only did she make me cut the massage short when I wanted two hours, but she over charged me! I still tipped well, but I was a little annoyed. I got her name and then asked for the prior girl's name so I could book with that girl again. The one thing she did do for me was mark my card twice to reflect my first service so I appreciated that. It really does depend who you get! The third time I went back to the first girl and had a 90 minute massage which was pretty good again. I wanted to go back the next day, but got busy so now I'll be going back today:). Because of the second girl, I had to lower my stars and honestly, I would have lowered it to three, but that really isn't fair to the business since most people don't take the time to read the reason why so thats why it's four stars. If it hasn't been for that second lady, I would have given this five stars since I had great massage at very reasonable costs. There's ample parking outside. It's quiet with great relaxing soft music playing. Massage oil is okay--not too smelly. The first girl is very thorough in her massage and I appreciate that as that is rare. They have a bathroom for use and it looked like maybe a shower as well? I haven't used the shower. I'm sure I'll be coming back for more massages and can recommend at least for the girl I like. Sorry, I won't say her name cuz I want to make sure I can always book her last minute.

My body is well past using massage therapy for pampering; I need it for relief from aches and pains. Out of desperation, I walked into Lemon Tree Massage for a same-day, 90-minute upper body massage. My shoulders and neck were feeling like concrete and they hurt. My massage therapist was very friendly, but she was not an expert in muscle anatomy. Therefore, the massage was not as helpful as I needed it to be. I paid $100 for a 90-minute massage plus a 20% tip. I tipped her for her effort and professionalism even though I left disappointed. She checked in throughout the massage for desired pressure, but she was definitely more accustomed to massage for relaxation versus therapeutic relief. A few more notes...There was no table warmer, which was fine by me, but you get the gist this is a no-frills experience. There is no neck cradle on the massage table; you're given a donut pillow. This place is located in the shopping center next to the Home Depot.

Unfortunately, on the way there, I got a flat tire and was flustered, meanwhile, trying to get a hold of my husband to come replace the spare as I couldn't for obvious reasons. I reached out to the salon a couple of hours after to explain what had happened and got no response. I called the next day and left a message and texted again. No response. They charged my card the FULL amount because I missed my appointment. Because I understand it is still a business and they blocked that time for me, I felt horrible but wanted to see if maybe they can credit back at least half of what they charged me as I am also not working and I used money I got as a gift to prebook. I called to see if maybe they could work with me and at least refund half of it to my account. I even stated that in my text and voicemail. Never got a response. I understand I signed a form saying I'd pay in full if I was a no show. Why on earth would I leave my card on file if my intention was not to show up? Even if they had called back and said they couldn't, I'd understand. It's the principle... they never reached back out after several attempts of me trying to reach them. It was very upsetting and unprofessional. I think some customer service classes would benefit this business. Edit: She told me to call her instead of calling my husband after an accident. and that's why she ignored my calls. Petty much? It wasn't a matter of respecting time, it was an unfortunate circumstance that needed immediate attention. My attention was focused on making several phone calls in the heat while in pain. Thanks for your understanding! Unbelievable Edit again! She deleted what she said about calling her instead of my husband and I DID text back when the situation was resolved. Yes, I texted 2 hours later when I could catch my breath and calm down. So what? What's wrong with that? Charging me the FULL AMOUNT without any service. I STILL understood that as stated above. The point is you didn't return my call, lady! I'm talking about customer service! I wasn't having a drink and tanning and ignoring your texts and calls. You saying that I didn't respect your time as a reason not to call me back, is childish because it wasn't intentional. I was very understanding and very nice in my text and voicemail to you! I even apologized. Don't need my money back! You can keep it! Enjoy!
