Heather is hands down one of the best at what she does. I have chronic pain from a muscular…read moreautoimmune condition, as well as bulging discs in my neck from a horrible accident where a big rig ran into me years ago. I have been on the verge of neck surgery for years. I have to get massages regularly to maintain. I want to avoid surgery at all costs. I came into Scottsdale for a Labor Day weekend getaway with my BF and scheduled a massage with Heather hoping for some relief from the constant spasm, and migraine I had from the car ride. Not only was Heather able to release all the spasms in my neck, she was able to do some energy work and cranial sacral massage techniques to move knots and fluids out of my neck and body that nobody has been able to move in literal years. She was able to improve my AI muscular condition in one session. I was kicking myself for only booking 90 minutes instead of 2 hours. This girl is worth every penny. I wanted to try to come back Monday before i left but I couldn't fit it into my schedule with the holiday traffic. Heather is a gifted healer. She has the knowledge and skill to release everything and anything and get it to drain out the lymph. I have struggled with lymph movement for years and she was able to clear things that had been stuck for years in one session. I felt magnitudes better from just 1 90 minute session and have no doubts she could do wonders if I could see her regularly. She is well worth buying packages from. I plan on traveling back out to Scottsdale just to see her again.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a background working in a PT/Chiropractic setting. She communicates during the massage to ensure the massage is the right pressure, and I always leave feeling like my tension and pain has melted away. She takes appointments in her home studio, as well as mobile massage. She offers packages at a discounted rate which is a nice perk for someone like me that likes to get massages regularly/monthly. Overall would highly recommend Heather! One of the best massage therapists I've experienced.

I surprised My husband with a couples massage Valentines Day morning. I won't say the masseuses names considering they were nice. My deep tissue massage started with my back however it was eventually became a painful side massage. Seriously a side massage. I was hoping it was gonna get better, but it didn't. My husband said his massage wasn't any better. He felt like he was in physical therapy and being tortured at the same time. I smiled, paid and tipped. I guess it's my personality. My husband said he will NEVER RETURN AGAIN.

The best part is the cost is no more than another Chiropractors but I find they really do more to help you heal faster. This office has such a caring staff too. I highly recommend this office. It starts with the front desk. A tech named Jen did the pre-doctor stuff like light massage and then takes notes before the doctor came in to perform adjustments to my spine which corrected my alignment problems, which eased my pain. When the adjustment was over, I loved using the roller table. Sometimes I used the muscle stimulation, and/or had laser therapy. They treated problems involving my muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, cartilage and nervous system.

I showed up the next morning with my ankle and Achilles on fire, ready for some relief, and was greeted with, "Yeah, we don't see your appointment." I showed them my confirmation, and they said, "Oh, she called out sick this morning. We left you a voicemail." And to be fair, they did. I was ten miles into a run when it came through. By the time I showered and limped in, I hadn't checked my phone yet. So there I am, standing at the counter, half-broken, having to ask if maybe there was another opening. Sure enough, there was. But I had to coax that solution out myself like I was the manager on duty. The good news is that the replacement therapist was phenomenal. One of the best massages I've had there in a long time. The bad news is that the technology experience is a mess. The app loses bookings, communication feels disorganized, and now tipping happens through some random third-party platform that seems designed to make things harder. I genuinely like the people at this location. They're doing their best inside a system that seems determined to sabotage them. Three stars. One for the therapist, one for the effort, and one for my newly rehabilitated Achilles.
