1/2 Review - Elements Massage We visited Elements Massage for my mom's 60th birthday and booked massages for all of us at the same time, which they handled well. The therapists were very skilled, though a bit more talkative than I prefer--but that can happen when you're not seeing a regular therapist. There was a small organizational issue since I had requested a facial for my mom and it wasn't ready, but I understand things can slip at a large company. The location is convenient and the experience overall was relaxing; while the add-ons cost extra and aren't necessary, the hot stone, hot salt, and CBD oil upgrades are really nice as an occasional treat. I have two tears and a SLAP lesion in my rotator cuff, so the muscles are super tight. I was in a lot of pain one particular day and decided to see where I could get a massage on the fly. Elements on Signal Butte in Mesa had a few openings. I chose Alex, and I am so glad that I booked that appointment! I asked him to focus on the shoulder area to get those muscles to soften. He listened and did an amazing job! I became a member and booked another massage with him for two weeks later. I always have a wonderful experience at this location. The therapists know what they are doing, and they have a lovely menu for body work or self care to choose from. I scheduled my appointment with Jasmine who had experience with trigger points and from the moment my appointment em started that's the area she focused on to help relieve pain! My boyfriend and I did a couples massage, and it was great! We had Leah and Casey - both did very well. They were communicative and did the right amount of pressure on the areas we asked them to focus on. Both of us came out of the evening session very calm and relaxed. I had never had a massage in the evening before, but it might be the go-forward! It's really hard for me to give a place a 5/5 since I've been to places that had softer beds, a relaxation room ahead of the massage (separate from the waiting room), and offered complimentary drinks/hand or foot massages. Been a member for at least 2 1/2 years. That ended yesterday. At some point -- without communicating that there was an issue with my membership status -- I was informed yesterday AFTER my massage session that I was not 'in their computer' as an active member. This occurred sometime between my appt 4 weeks ago and yesterday, despite there being a valid cc on file. I understand computer snafus occur, and that probably occurred, but we never got to that point. Office staff has been trained to blame the customer, loudly announcing for all to hear that 'this' happens when you don't pay your membership (that was NOT the problem), and speak to a person with argumentative rudeness and condescension. Speaking with the owner, Angela _____(wont disclose her name so I guess I'll go get that from the corporation commission) yielded nothing more than 'blame the client' . . . so it's no wonder the office staff are jerks. Scroll down and look at the number of people who have had similar issues and tried to deal with this location, and instead experienced a rude manager and were eventually HUNG UP ON. This is a bad location and should be avoided. Stay away! read more

Trevor was the best! I usually request a female therapist but forgot when I made the appointment. Now I'm glad I did! I travel a lot and get massages every place I go; along with regular massages when I'm home. So I've had a lot of massages. I can honestly say this was in my top three massages of all time. And I just got a massage a couple months ago at a top spa in Bora Bora. Trevor's massage was better than that! I wish I lived closer and could come back regularly! read more

Front desk staff is only cares to upsell. I've said multiple times not to offer CBD as it's not regulated and someone will test positive from use of it. They were clueless and that's it's safe. Please ensure your staff is aware that CBD still has THC in it. Also you call the number and they don't answer and then blame it on you are calling a yelp number or google number as they track phone numbers. That's great for you but why wouldn't you answer as you are a business! Lastly, you can't get an appointment and then only a master is available for extra fee but they can't explain what a "master" is. read more

Horrible customer service. The staff will lie to your face to make sales on their "wellness" packages. Then when you realize they're scamming you will make it impossible to cancel. They will say they never recieved it, when they just didn't want to or forgot to process it. If you have issues like I did, the manager will hide in her office when you come in and pretend you haven't left 10 messages. To top all of that off, the massages are subpar for their price. Spend your money elsewhere and get a good massage. read more

Every month they stole $ from our family bank account. We turned in multiple cancelation forms but they would get lost and we continued to get billed. They won't give you a phone # to complain to corporate. Don't expect the manager to call you back after they have your money. My husband and I got a couples massage together at this location and had a great experience! We spoke with Sabrina on the phone who helped us set up the appointment and get our vouchers transferred. Mike and Esteban were both fantastic. I don't get massages often so I might not be the best reviewer, but it was one of the top massages we have had. The last three times I've tried to schedule an appointment here, it has been canceled day of. I try so hard not to talk poorly of the people who work here, everyone has their own life going on I get it. But I cannot recommend anyone to this business that has a regular full time job, they do not cater to appointments that you schedule in advanced, and they do not try to fix it when they fail to fulfill that appointment. If you don't mind the smell of finger nail polish remover from the nail salon next door that permeates the building and massage therapists that never stop talking during your entire massage- this is the place for you! It would be ok if the massage therapists were soft spoken and talking about your massage or trouble areas in your body- but nope, they are fast talking, loud and speak of their own lives and other random topics of non-interest. Forget feeling relaxed when you leave. I have tried 3 different massage therapists at this location in the hope that I will find a good fit and have not had good luck. The massages were just ok as well- I felt as though the massage therapists are recently graduated from school. I did not feel relaxed or tension free after my massages and the last massage I had, I left with a headache and sore, bruised spots. read more

I'm still waiting for my credit card company to settle this dispute of being charged over $1,500 after I canceled my membership due to pregnancy complications. The manager wouldn't return my calls. I finally tracked her down on social media and she sent me the contract which wasn't even my signature or name! It turns out that I never received a contract. I paid over $1,500 and only received 1 massage. I don't even know how they continued to charge me after my debit card expired! Very shady practices. Don't get scammed like me. read more

Gonna start with a shoutout--DEBBIE, YOU ARE AMAZING! God I needed this!! My car was getting worked on at the place next door. They surprised me by saying it would take 3 hours...um, what the heck am I going to to do for that long? So, I walked around the complex and just like a mirage in the hot desert, a massage place just appeared in front of me. I almost crawled in and begged for someone to just touch my left shoulder...I had a knot that is so big, I named it! Lisa at the front desk took pity on my pain-ridden expression and checked to see if anyone was available for a walk in. It was definitely my lucky day because Debbie took me back right away. The prices were a little higher than other places (rhymes with Lassage Wenvy), but the quality was on a completely different level. Debbie has been doing this for nearly 20 years with a specialty in sports therapy, so my nurse's muscles were in expert care. I took a beating today, but in a good way! I truly felt that she was treating my pain instead of just masking it. I needed every minute of this and will definitely be back. Thank you!!!! read more

My mom got me a 90 minute massage for spring break, so I upgraded the $99 massage (for first timers or members) with hots stones for $25. The girl checking me in was very sweet (and not fakey sweet, like my mom clarified!) She gave me a little tour of the place, asked about my health, then turned me over to my massage therapist, Kayla who made sure I understood that I really just had to speak up if I wanted it softer or more firm. She observed a few things about my spine to tell my chiropractor and answered my questions about how tight was one side of my body vs the other. For the first part of the massage, I didn't talk so she didn't talk, then towards the end, I talked so she talked to me. The lobby was pretty funking with some teal chairs and fluffy rug. I got a bottle of water after my massage and a recommendation for future massages. The membership is $69 for 60 minute, $99 for 90 minute (more options I can't rmember) and they just charge you once a month, the massages can stack up and don't have to be used the month they are charged and there are no extra fees, cancel whenever you like. I decided to treat myself and join, there were 6 places in Minnesota near me. When I joined, I got a coupon for a free hot stone massage, free aromatherapy massage (about $10) and a free, I think, 60 minute massage to be used after 6 months as a member. My sister in law and I found this place on Groupon. I personally had no idea they had a strong 5 star rating, but I can totally see why! For starters the two receptionists in the front were super friendly and accommodating. Walking down the hallway to the bathrooms there were open rooms and you could see that they were kept up, the blankets were "polished" so to speak and everything seemed tidy. My therapist was Riley and she was phenomenal! She really loves what she does and her passion shows in her work. As a fellow massage therapist, I give her props. She spoke highly of the company and had a very pleasant attitude overall. This is my first time going to an Elements, but I have to say that I'm very impressed! If I lived here I would go back, so instead I'm writing a yelp review and encouraging others to do so instead! read more
