First timer here to get power dip and a pedicure. Nice location and the day I came in (Wednesday) around 1PM was perfect. Ended up getting Viv who is the manager of the shop. She did a wonderful job on my nails. Had Cindy for my Pedicure and probably one of the best treatments I've had in a really long time. Can tend to be a little pricey, especially if they request (or they suggest) to do "extras". For example; it was an additional fee for callus removal that was $7 more added on top to the price of the pedicure service. My nails to shorten were an extra charge and sometime the polishes (like gel) can be more money as well. Just make sure to ask questions regarding cost etc. I was quoted one price when I called, but walked away spending more. I was happy with the overall results and the quality of time they took to make my experience worthwhile. NOTE- They do have a rewards program which by checking in to your appointment you earn points. Also, if you pay cash, they have a punch card to earn a percentage off after so much spent. They also offer waxing services as well. read more

Q Polish doesn't just do beautiful nails they change lives with their compassion and kindness. My mother always looked forward to coming to the salon to get her nails done but after taking a bad fall and being placed on hospice care this week, she was unable to make it into the salon. Vivi and Nancy went above and beyond by coming to her home on a Sunday (their day off) to do her nails one last time. Their gentle care, patience, and genuine love meant more to our family than words can express. Thank you, Q Polish, for showing that true service comes from the heart. I chose this for mani-pedi's with 3 of my granddaughters because it said they had kid chairs. The salon is beautiful but they were really short staffed and it would have been nice to know that when you schedule online with a specific person, you don't necessarily get that person when you arrive so they were scattering to find someone for the 4 of us. The girls enjoyed their little spa day and loved all the space they had to do some dancing, and walking like they were in a runway show, lol. They loved their nails so all in all, it was a good day for them. Be sure to call ahead to make sure they have enough staff to cover your services. read more

Took my 2 year old to get her birthday nails done. It's hard to find a place that will do kids nails let alone a kid of this age. The entire staff was so welcoming and patient with her! This is my go to place it's clean and efficient. They have a huge supply of colors and services. The manicures and pedicures are very consistent and I've never had a negative thing to say about any of them. I wish they were open on Sundays though. read more

Do not recommend. They up charge everything down to filing your nails, my nails are barely over my fingers but charged me length, no design, nothing special and between me and my daughter they up charged MORE then an entire fill. Absolutely disgusting service and highly suggest finding a place that actually cares about customers, this is NOT it! Do not go here! read more

Went to this salon a few years back for dip nails which ended up looking way too thick. Decided to try them again last week for regular gel polish manicure but within hours the gel began to bubble and is now starting to crack and peel off less than a week later. I had a great experience there and Eric took his time to make sure they were perfect which I really appreciated. However, after about 4 days, the clear coat on my dip nails started to chip off which I've never had happen to me before at other salons. I left very disappointed from this place. I did my research looking up a place I could take my daughter's for their first pedicure. Long story short they rushed them. My daughters didn't even get to soak their feet for more than a minute and they were being question of their age because they look too tall for what I heard the lady say. Even tho I told the front lady their age.The chairs for kids didn't work they are super old and the price on the website is not right. read more

Absolutely love going here. Vivi and Bob have been my daughters and mine favorite. They have an amazing pedicure called Spoil Me for only $41 that is just the best ever. I mean if your feet aren't soft after that you might as well cut them off lol. read more

First time here for a pedicure. The salon is VERY clean which is always my number one issue. My two complaints: the nail tech cross talked with a co-worker the entire time, during the massage portion which was annoying, and paid little attention to what she was doing. She gave a quick swipe of my calluses and heels and they still looked like trash when I left. I asked if she could redo them and maybe file them more and she said no she'd have to 'start all over again'. When they knew I wasn't happy they said it would be 5 dollars more to fix it- which I would have paid had they informed me of this upfront. I've never had a pedicure where my heels weren't worked on. This is what my feet looked like POST pedicure: no thanks UPDATE: as I was about to leave they brought me back, explaining they wanted me to be happy with my service and would fix it. The gentleman who worked on my feet went above and beyond and they look gorgeous. After initially giving this business 1 star based on the stellar cleanliness but poor service I'm now giving them a 5 based on the outstanding cleanliness of the facility, the staffs willingness to address and fix my concerns and the stellar pedicure I ended up with when all was said and done. read more

Everyone was super friendly and courteous. Everything was clean. I didn't have to wait too long. I brought my five year old in for a kids mani/pedi and was extremely impressed with her nails. Other places don't really put too much effort into kids mani/pedis but they made sure to pamper her and did an amazing job on her nails! This place is great. I've always gotten a technician as a walk-in. Their prices are fair and the care they put into their work is admirable. Bob remembered me after my first time, and they're super-patient with me: I'm ticklish with manicures and a bit sensitive when they sand down my nails for my gel manicure. I love their work. Very satisfied with my experience here today. I am new to the area and was wanting to get my nails done first thing this morning. I called around to a couple salons to see if there were any last minute openings and Q polish was the first to answer. There were 2 technicians available right away plus I got an additional percentage off for being a first time customer! Every one was polite enough- no small talk really made but that's okay. I was in and out in about and hour and my nails look pretty good. I received a Gel manicure with a really good massage and hot stone pedicure all for 41$ One of my toes skin was clipped and it bleed a little but it's not a big deal. It had been awhile since my last pedicure. There were a couple bubbles and excess nail polish on my nails but all in all not too shabby. I'm reasonable and I don't expect a super perfect job done when it comes to nail polish application. And for 40$ you can't go wrong. I'll be back! read more

I have to update this review to reflect some changes. My first time here was great and I had a great experience. My second time was ok, which I get it it happens sometimes! My third was a deal breaker and it's time to find a new nail salon around here. We called ahead for an appointment for three manicures, and we bought the Groupon for gel manis. Apparently they cut off vouchers after two people which we were not made aware of. It also doesn't include that they will charge you to remove your existing nail polish. The man at the front was rude and unaccommodating to us which is frustrating as a repeat client. The whole ordeal was unprofessional. He would kind of just grunt instead of answer our questions which was obviously unhelpful. Too bad. This place used to be good. read more

I've never been here before and was driving around trying to find my new nail salon near my new home. Qpolish put up a great fight today! My tech was amazing. Extreme detail to everything. I got the #1 (luxury nail spa) pedicure. Attention to nails, hot stones, sugar scrub, parrafin, timed massage that lasted forever. And he popped my toes. Cleaned between my toes. Who does that! I didn't think I was being heard when I told the gentleman doing my pedicure I had a cut on the side of my foot. Told him I wanted them to focus on the nails only, but he was insistent. He was so rough, the pedicure hurt. Also, I brought my 2 daughters- ages 6 & 8 in with me. They have cute chairs for kids. (No iPads or tablets) One chair was occupied, so they offered my older daughter an adult seat next to me. At the end, they charged more for her because "she wanted an adult seat". That seemed pretty petty. Neither of my daughters pedicures lasted the evening. Probably won't go back. read more

The service and the two women were wonderful, I give the women 5 stars, the salon manager 3 stars because of that bad feeling I was getting from him w/his chop chop attitude. What I didn't appreciate was the manager making the girls work faster! Spent $211 with them, it's very uncomfortable to have someone do that. I didn't like it and to me it's a mental form abuse. Management needs to learn what's acceptable and isn't. Not sure if I'll go back. It made for a very uncomfortable situation and when you are spending this much money. It's cheap, degrading and shows no class. read more

I would never give a gift card or offer service and then take it away due to a client being sick. That's saying like a gift card expires in a few months. I have been going to them for multiple Waxing services for months prior to this. They said that there is nothing I could do. Very disappointed because I am the type of woman that stays with a licensed professional once I find somebody I like. I will now be moving on to other options and places now. Customer service is definitely not the way it used to be. Very disappointing.

Wow! If you are looking for a new place for nail and waxing service this is it.! I have used the same location for 5 years and have not been back since I found Q Polish Nail Spa a couple months ago. Fully remodeled, new chairs and equipment. Great environment with friendly, professional staff, music and televisions. They even offer refreshments such as wine, champagne, water and soda. They have specially designed chairs for the little ones. Prices are fair and competitive. I would highly recommend this Spa to everyone. Men and women both. read more

This is my first time here in Qpolish Nail. I have been to many nail salons, but this is my greatest one. Here is so cleannnn, and I love the environment with my favorite TV channel on. This place does not have a strong smell of chemical stuffs. My nail tech ViVi did excellent job on my nails. She told me about Dip powder, and I love it. The language barrier is a huge issue. Though while I understand that it's not the fault of the technicians, it is extremely difficult to communicate needs and expectations as a customer. 1. During the removal of my last gel set, I insisted to my technician that I was not comfortable getting the old gel drilled off as the last time they did it, my nails came out brittle and ended up breaking soon after the service. Isn't gel polish usually removed by sitting wrapped in acetone and foil for a few minutes anyway? She refused to hear my concerns and insisted my nails will be okay. Honestly, this is when I should have got up and left. I'm upset I didn't. 2. I came in with a manicure inspo photo (a french tip with stars over it) and my technician fussed with me the entire time I was seated for my service because SHE was not happy with the color. We reached a point where I grew uncomfortable with having to reassure her that it was what I wanted that I ended up changing colors altogether. Looking back, I'm really frustrated that I let that happen, but there is no reason I should have been driven to do that while getting my nails done. Not even a week following this appointment,my nails are thin and weak, even with a gel layer, and one of my nails is even about to rip off because of how fragile it is now. I am SO so frustrated with this salon (and myself for giving them the benefit of the doubt after this happened once before). I do NOT recommend this establishment to anyone else, regardless of its location convenience. Care for customers needs, expectations, and the health of their nails should not be something I feel like needs to be fought so hard for in such a service.

She still doesn't have a clue what she's doing, pulled up a very messy unorganized cart that she couldn't find anything she was looking for, not interested at all doing a good job, and constantly looked up every time a customer walked in, was more interested in the conversation around us than she was in doing my mini pedi. She haphazardly trimmed my nails, did minimal filling, did not trim my cuticles, and spent less than 10 seconds on each heel scrub. Got a wet rag, (not even heated), wiped my feet and said " your the special right" . I nodded yes and she said "your done" The owner was doing a pedicure on a customer in the next chair, so he has to be aware of the mother's limitations, but still chooses to let her work on customers. This is very unhealthy and unsafe. Most states require nail technicians to be licensed.
