I went in because I was in desperate need to get my nail fixed before work tomorrow. After driving to the original place I went to and discovering they were closed for the holiday, went to three other places all closed I ended up here. Not sure if my nail gal was new but she didn't seem to know what she was doing. First I asked for thin white French using and powder. Didn't get that at all. I know this makes me sound bad but it's frustrating when your nail tech doesn't say much but laughs and giggles to her coworker speaking Vietnamese the whole time. So you can't help but think they're talking about you. I told her I didn't like how the other place I went to put the gel coating on thick and I didn't want that this time. But it's thick and looks more like glue than a top coat. Each nail is a diff shape and length. She cracked one and tried to fill it using the acrylic powder. She kept dipping the nails into the powder over and over. So they're too thick. She could also cut my skin as if it were the nail bed. Then in the end she asks if I liked them. Not a bad nail salon. I explained to the lady getting ready to give me a pedicure I wanted a French tip. She didn't speak english very well and I think we ended up agreeing on the same thing. The overall experience was okay. I did get the French tip I wanted and the color is a perfect. At check out they took off the cost of the French tip. Maybe this was due to the confusion. Hmmm, how to start this review.... I will start with the positives. Most everyone working on this visit was extremely nice and interacted with their clients, not just with each other. The chairs were a great deep message, maybe some of the best I've ever sat in. Overall the place was clean and lacked the typical acrylic chemical smell of other nail salons. Great color choices and someone had taken the time to put them in color order. Would I go back? Yes, if I had a different technician doing my nails I certainly would. My list of grievances are not too long... I was not asked about my water temperature preferences as it was filled before I even sat in the chair. With water that was cooler than room temperature. However I decided to ignore the cold water and have fun with my friends. I also prefer a nail salon that opens a sealed package of tools in front of their customer. This did not happen on my visit. Nor did I see what they did with used tools to know that they didn't use the same tools on each person. Then the cutting and filling started. Which left me asking, is each nail supposed to be a different shape and cut at different angles? Maybe it is an emerging trend, that like so many others will pass me by. However, I am old school and like my nails tidy and uniform in size and shape. Due to my recent knee injury and my inability to trim my own nails right now, I had plenty of length for her to shape my nails from. No worries I can deal, my nails grown crazy fast.... Yet, the straw that broke the camel's back happened at check out. I picked black polish for all toes, then on my to big toes I chose 3 pink glitter to go over as an ombre effect. However, she didn't do one, just added a pink strip at top and charge me a design fee. Never have I been charged a design fee on a two tone, non-ombre effect. Furthermore, as I was getting ready to put on my shoes I noticed a big chunk missing from the paint in my right toe, which I had to fix myself as she didn't even offer. Honestly speaking all of these things factored in when I left a tip. My friends tipped extremely generous to their technicians, but I did not leave a stellar tip, only about 15%, which I thought was very generous giving the situation. My tech did not seem to think so. Oh well, I guess we both have to live with the disappointment. read more

They are super friendly, outgoing, and talented. My niece got a full set by Kim and they turned out incredible, like Instagram worthy. My 5 year old got her mani done by Tony and he was so friendly with her and kept her entertained, a day later and she is still talking about him! Was trying to find a new nail salon as mine is a little further from home, but this won't be it. I'd rather drive the extra time to have it done right. I asked for a single color on all nails, and a simple design (One from their own samples) on the ring finger. Unfortunately they made the designs different on each hand, and the polish doesn't cover the entire nail. One of the jewels is upside down. My nails are different lengths on each hand, over filed on the sides, and some are crooked. I will say the nail tech was very polite and kept a great convo. read more

Big fan of this salon! Few things that stand out compared to other nail salons.. CLEAN! From the moment you walk in everything about it is clean and professional. Very relaxing, non- chaotic atmosphere. POLISH COLORS/ DESIGNS! Soooo many cute designs to choose from and so many color options. I have been coming here for the past 5-6 years and have been very pleased until the ownership change a few months ago. A nail technician that knows me and my family very well asked a co-worker to clarify a few words in her own language during a very sweet conversation about our dogs and the owner told her it was inappropriate to not be speaking English. Honestly... I didn't even notice nor do I care. This upset the lady so much she started shaking. I told her it's fine and that I don't care. We then went back to do my eyebrow wax where the owner decided to come in and they argued over my body while still waxing my eyebrows. I was so shocked I just paid and left and luckily my eyebrows made it out alive. Covid happened and I forgot about the incident. I went back and my nails turned out terrible. I got a gel manicure and pedi and had nail polish all over my skin. Awful job with cleaning up around the nails. I also got an eyebrow wax where I asked for them to be just cleaned up and now they are a total different shape and I lost my arch that I've had for years. I will never go back and its very disappointing that this new management/ownership isn't as great as it used to be. read more

Going here was a huge mistake. My daughter and I had a 3 hour break from appointments at the hospital. I called to make an appointment giving us 2 hours for nails. We both wanted dip. Despite how kind and pleasant they are here the service was awful. I left with my nails unfinished and lumpy and my daughter left with a Knick on every cuticle. Super disappointing. They offered to fix it but we had already been there 2 hours and needed to leave. Offered no discount or anything. I will never go back. read more
