First and last visit! Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. The girl who did my pedicure didn't say one word to me, even when I said hello. Then she didn't put a top coat on and when I asked for the top coat she told me she already did it. I was watching and noticed she didn't do it, my mom sitting in the chair next to me noticed she didn't do it, and the girl sitting in the chair on my other side (who I didn't even know!) all told them "no, there's no top coat". They proceeded to talk to each other and then tell me they did it, kept arguing with me when THREE CUSTOMERS all agreed there was no top coat. I was basically called a liar, a sloppy top coat was put on, and I was then told "there now you have two top coats". I've never been treated so poorly at a salon in my life. The Customer Service was terrible!!!! The owner was very rude and unprofessional! I had an appointment at 6:15 for a fill and when I arrived for my 6:15 appointment mind you I was 10 minutes early. I request with the owner TO ADD a pedicure to my fill appointment .. In witch she agreed.. Once my fill was complete the nail tech and I proceeded to the pedicure station area where I took off my shoes and the owner stated NO PEDICURE PUT YOUR SHOES ON .... THE TECH AND I WERE IN SHOCK !! This salon is amazing! Exceptional service. We were a walk in appointment and they took us in immediately. The ladies are super nice and made sure we were comfortable. They offer the trendiest nail designs and they really put the passion into what they are doing. My husband came along with me to get a pedicure and he even got his eyebrows waxed. Had a mani pedi here the other day for the first Time: the location is good for me. The pedicure was standard, nothing to brag about. My gel manicure looks great. I asked for some nail art and let that girl do her thing. I'm very happy with the outcome. I did ask for the package they offer which provides a very small discount for getting two service but was charged more in the end. I would give them ZERO STARS, If I could. HORRIBLE SERVICE !! Took my daughter in to get her nail fixed after messing it up, (grandma took her the day before for her birthday). The owner (a man, I don't know his name) yelled at my daughter because it was HER FAULT she messed it up, NOT THEIR FAULT!!! I was shocked!! I told him that he was being SO rude and not to talk to my daughter that way! We then told him that her nail lengths were all different and she asked to have them fixed yesterday while she was here and her nail tech said they were fine and did not fix them! I went there to get my toes done (pedicure) & painted took forever , was helping other customers before me considering I walked in first and made an appointment, then when I got my nails done that took forever & I went to get them done on the 13th , I have both my thumb nails , both my middle fingers, and one of my index fingers BROKEN !! I am extremely disappointed in the way my nails were done at other places I haven't had a nail break until after a month if not longer , so I'm super mad and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone , unless they do something about it ... then the pedicure I got done the design n nail polish when I got home which was a about a 20 min drive home I go to put socks on and when I took them off and my right big toes is completely RUINED :( and I was so sad because the other foot looks beautiful . I was satisfied from the moment I walked into the beautiful salon. The gentleman who helped me was smoking outside when I arrived but quickly washed his hands before helping me- which was nice. I had a basic pedicure which came with hot stones, ten minute massage, and the basics. The pedicure was the cheapest offered at $23. Terrible! I got a gel manicure & pedicure. She forgot the top coat on one of my feet and the polish on both was awful. She didn't even cover my entire nail on a couple of toes! The manicure was a little better. She had a hard time because she was trying to do it with a pillow on my lap while the other lady was doing my pedicure and moving my legs. Went in with two eyebrows, left with one and a half. The dingbat didn't even want to acknowledge that it was missing. I've been to this place many times....that's the part that has me most pissed off. I'm in tears right now. A woman's eyebrows are not to be messed with. My brows have always been sister's, not twins. Unfortunately the nails broke less than a week from when I got them done. The nail tech tried to say that the nails I wanted could not be done because my nails were too small, which defeated the purpose of even going to the shop in the first place. I asked for the coffin nails like the ones in the pics on yelp and he ended up making them short and square. His whole argument of them possibly breaking if he made them coffin shape did not hold up because they broke anyway. I get my nails done in coffin and stiletto shapes all the time and they never break. Overall the nails just looked okay, but definitely not worth what I paid. There seems to be racial undertone vibes within the shop, so I will not be going back. read more
