I've never gotten so many compliments in my life. And not only was the design good, but when I was too lazy to go back to get my nails redone for a full month, they lasted without issue. All the other place I've tried in AZ, before finding this place, the nails are coming apart after a week or two. These looked brand new (minus grow out) for a full month. Mine was fabulous but I could tell by looking at my husband's face his wasn't up to par. I asked him later about it, he said he barely got the leg massage, it was so light he couldn't feel anything. His whole thing lasted a total of 15 minutes. If you look on their website it says 35 minutes. Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. Guess this isn't the place to get a eyebrow wax. I'll keep coming for the pedicure though.

More flexibility. I had an appointment scheduled this Monday, June 17, 2024 and let her know today…read more June 13th that I needed a time in the afternoon. Before even checking with me, she asked another client to change and automatically rescheduled me for a time that conflicted with another appointment. When I let her know this wouldn't work for me, she became very angry, stating she was trying to accommodate me and did I not respect her time? She went on further, stating I pre-booked the appointment weeks before and that I had made changes before (one time). I've only seen her once and yes, life happens, changes need to be made, but she does not seem to understand this. I replied to her that I never asked to move a client for me, especially without checking to see if that time would work for me, so obviously, she did not seem to respect my time. She then said I was being rude. At that point, I let her know to cancel everything and that I would be going elsewhere. She then replied that she cancelled it and wouldn't be charging me for it!! Her cancellation policy states that as long as you cancel or change an appointment before 24 hours, no cancellation fee would be applied. She is just too much and very unreasonable.
