Customer service is such an important part of any beauty experience, especially when trust and long-term retention matter. I had struggled with adult acne for several months and she always made sure she did treatments to assist with the healing process and gave suggestions of products to try. She uses lots of organic products and is very knowledgeable about how to care for your skin naturally from the inside and out. Marie discussed with me permanent make-up and how she could shape my brows. After looking at her website, and before and after photos, I was pleased with her experience and the after shots I saw. I'm super happy with how my brows turned out, they look very natural! Marie clearly states on her webpage what to expect during and after permanent make-up, and gives instructions on steps to follow prior to having the procedure done in order to reduce pain and bleeding and increase the likelihood that the permanent make-up will hold. I followed the directions for both my first application and my following touch-up appointment and was very pleased with the procedure and results. I also used her recommendations when getting other tattoos on my body to help reduce pain and bleeding and was really impressed with how well it works. I continue to see Marie for facials on a regular basis and always leave feeling totally pampered and cared for.

I was getting ready to book an appointment when I got a message from one of my friends about a poor girls review on Sonya. And several of her friends reviews saying she just wants her photos taken off her page. And there is tons and tons of negative reviews on the lady. So thankful my friend sent that to me. She saved my face. How do you do this to someone and not even apologize? And still keep the poor girls pictures up? Wow that is distasteful... Sonya if you're reading this you should be ashamed. Your business should be shut down. By the way she's very rude. Before I found all of these negative reviews I texted the number from her contact button because I wasn't able to book online. She sends me a link that when I clicked on it, it said error. I told her I still couldn't get through and she replied saying: "Please send me a screenshot. I just had one of the students try it and hers is working." Is my word not good enough? Why do I have to send you a screenshot of my error page? I just noticed her husband Nathan G also writes reviews on here make her "look better" since she obviously sucks. What's really sad is they posted that review about "Devan D" posted hers. I couldn't tell you the amount of videos and reviews I read the last three months before finally making the jump to do it. ... I was lucky to happen to have a personal recommendation!!! If I'm going to jump then jump right. ... she spent so much time measuring my face and mapping out my eyebrows for perfection. Asked my opinion even though I'll admit I couldn't believe the perfection she aims for and how could I come up with anything to actually make it better. ... long story short Im never going anywhere else and would travel States for her. Sonya @BabetteBeautee is absolutely amazing TRUE BROW MIRACLE WORKER! I had previously tattooed my eyebrows years ago- as it faded it turned greenish/blue/grey aka UGLY! She was able to bring my brows back to life! The microblading/ombre powder technique she used was incredible...I have seen questionable microblading results from others....not the case with BabetteBeautee.... the results were so incredible! Never in my life have I been complimented on having nice brows...literally, not a day goes by when someone doesn't compliment how perfect my brows look. When I first reached out to Sonya, I was so nervous about getting my brows done and had no idea what I wanted. She talked to me about which method would work best for my skin type/needs and made sure I was comfortable with that before she started anything! When she mapped out my brows, I had a couple of special requests to make them thinner, shorter, etc., which she accommodated 100%. Not once did she try to make me change my mind or make me feel like I was bothering her with my suggestions - a sign of a truly CONFIDENT artist. I recently went in and got my eyebrows micro bladed by Sonya. I was worried initially because the first day they're darker than expected (so I looked super mean lol) but then they fade into the perfect color. I'm in love it saves me so much time in the morning not having to draw them on every time I put on makeup. I had my eyebrows microbladed about a week ago . I can tell they're going to look really natural once they have fully healed. It wasn't at all painful. As I have aged, my brows got thinner and it became a hassle to use a brow pencil, so I booked my appointment with Annie. I was nervous that microblading would hurt, but Annie took such good care of me. I always want to know what to expect and she explained the process from the beginning. She used two types of numbing cream so it's virtually painless. Annie is a perfectionist when it comes to brows. She gave me several options to choose from and made sure I was happy with the outline before starting. The process was so easy and my brows look great. I'm a little older and wanted to be sure my new brows made me look my age, and again, I couldn't be happier. Annie is funny and nice and made the process go by fast by keeping me comfortable.
