After the eyes were done she made a suggestion to improve my brows. Again, she offered me a great price. My brows were lacking the color I needed to show off my eyes. I got a special on a deal site to get permanent makeup by Marie Cutrer. I was apprehensive at first as I've never had permanent makeup. I did my research and discussed the look I wanted with Marie prior to treatment. She was great. Very accommodating to make me feel relaxed and presented a professional demeanor. I felt as if I knew her as a friend, she made me so relaxed. Marie listened to my concerns, addressing each and every one of them then discussed other services she offers and asked me about myself. I've worked with Marie for four years, and have had the best results of anyone I know having permanent makeup applied. I finally got my mother to come over to have her eyebrows fixed and not only did Marie fix her eyebrows she gave her the lip line that Mom's been trying to get with her plastic surgeons for years! Mom is thrilled with the outcome and so am I. I know Marie is the best but I was still totally amazed at what she did to fix my mothers problems. I went in a few weeks ago to get my eyebrows done by Marie and am wonderfully please. I am soo excited with how they have healed - the shading makes it look natural. I have had them done a few years ago by someone else and was really impressed by how Marie made sure to reiterate the importance of things to avoid before the procedure and after care. For some reason the numbing agent was just Not working on my left brow in the first round, so I was glad that Marie took her time and made sure reapply and assess how I was feeling. I'm always on the lookout for cleanliness at establishments and did notice a very frequent changing of gloves, and sterile needle use. She also gave me lots of good beauty tips and recommendations on dealing with the acne being cause by recent hormonal changes- I'm definitely seeing some improvements. Thanks Marie ! I'm so glad I crossed paths with Marie! I decided to get permanent makeup for my brows since I have little hair growth. Drawing my eyebrows on every day with a pencil was becoming such a hassle and I was done with having the daily insecurity from having practically non-existent eyebrows. I was overjoyed when I saw the results! They look so natural and were so expertly placed. The pigment she used was a perfect match for my fair skin tone and people are surprised when I tell them they're not natural. Not sure how she works her magic but feel like I look five years younger. I recently had Marie refresh my permanent brows and I am very pleased with the results. My brows had turned a grayish color as a result of fading from a previous brow enhancement with another aesthetician in Phoenix. Marie was able to restore a more natural and appealing color for my brows and she did a marvelous job of filling in sparse areas so that my brows look great. She explained all through the procedure what she would be doing & made me feel very at ease. Yes, I will admit there is some pain in having your eyebrows tattooed, however if you follow Marie's considerate instructions prior to the procedure your pain will be diminished, additionally she takes extra care in ensuring that the topical numbing agent that she uses, is doing it's job - all through the procedure. Ladies, I can't speak to your personal experiences but I can tell you mine has been wonderful! Marie has always been caring and professional. I have had my brows, eyes, and lips done and am more than happy with the results. I always followed her preparation tips and post visit recommendations which made my recoveries easy and problem free. I love the work Marie has done on me. I do not how ever understand the negative comment i see here. If you go to her website, which she has had for over 3 yrs, you will red the do' and dont's of before and after the procedure you have done. Fading is natural as with all type of tattooing. you do have to get a touch up or two if you want it to look like you have it planned in your mind. She has done a great job, i happy very happy with the work and the prices are great. I love the new sauna, and plan to use it often. She is very professional and has a warm personality. It is a bit painful, as one should expect when having needles poked in your face, but the level of care she gives to the job and the attention to it and the extra meds for numbing she uses makes it a great experience. read more

I have been a RN for 40 years and I recently noticed some negative reviews about Marie in regards to not following proper infection control procedures. I am not usually one to comment on line but I have to say that my experience with Marie, which included 3 separate appointments to have permanent make up applied to my eyebrows, eyeliner and lip liner was professional and she followed proper infection control procedures. This included single use sterile needles, sterile needles on the machine, use of gloves and a clean and pleasing environment. She was very professional but friendly during the appointments. I had my eye brows done twice, the first time Marie did my eye brows, it was the first time I had my eye brown done, and then I went back for a touch up. I am what you call a bleeder and Marie took the time to make it as painless as she could, she really cared for my well being, she recommended I take Vitamin K to help with the bleeding to clot it, When I went for my touch up, I took the Vitamin K for a week before, it helped a lot. It didn't bleed as much and she took her time to make sure I was comfortable. I truly appreciated that. Marie is Professional, kind and really makes you feel comfortable and she explains the procedure so you are very informed. I had Marie do eyeliner on my first visit. I loved the way it looked so I decided to go back and get my brows done. Now I love them too. I was impressed by the cleanliness and relaxing environment. But it is a tattoo which involves a vibrating needle. Like visiting a dentist, tattooing involves some discomfort. Marie numbs the area which makes the process tolerable but you really need to go in with the expectation that you may feel the needle. I really like that Marie didn't overdue it on the first visits. It looks very natural and subtle. I want to grow into my new liner and brows slowly. So I plan on going back for a touch-up of liner and brows. read more

Marie did my eyebrows two weeks ago, I had them done years ago and thought I was happy boy was I wrong every day since Marie redid my eyebrows has changed and with each day I am happier and happier..... I LOVE Marie! She has completely helped to fix my eyebrows! I came to her (which BTW she was very accommodating with her appointment times!) to fix some very old tattoo that had turned orange! The first visit was awesome ... she had me numbed and I barely felt a thing! The second visit was just as good and she just touched up a few spots and now I am totally in love with my eyebrows! I usually do not write a review unless it was really bad or really good, and this is a good one! I had permanent makeup done years ago and it was not a good experience because it was painful and took forever! I found Marie Cutrer online and I had my brows and eyeliner done and I really like the outcome and the procedure was so much better than my last! I was super numbed up and it was not uncomfortable at all and it was very quick! I had a bit of peeling but I just kept applying the skin healing balm and the color on both my brows and eyeliner looks really natural. I am definitely going back for my lips! read more

Marie was recommended to me by a cosmetologist. I came from out of state to get my brows done four years ago. Marie was a total professional; she did not disappoint me in the service I received.
