I got my eye brows waxed and also had a brow mapping for the first time and you guysssss!!!! My eyebrows never looked better! She even gave me tips on how to preserve my eyebrows since I told her I don't like to get them done all the time. Just an amazing experience from beginning to end. My experience with her recently has changed however…read more Shortly after I got my second full set (3 years ago) I have been unhappy with the tail end of one of my eyebrows being noticeably thicker. I've always just used makeup to even them out. Since its started to fade, it's gotten even more noticeable and bothersome, especially in pictures, as one eyebrow is consequently more arched. I never knew you could remove microblade until recently when my friend told me. As soon as I learned about this option, I asked Tia if she could help me and remove a couple strokes towards the tail end of my eyebrow. She immediately tried to discredit my concerns and said it looks like this because I haven't maintained my annual "color boosts" appointments. She told me I must sleep on the thinner eyebrow, which is not true. There has never been ink that thick on the other eyebrow, and it's always been slightly thinner. She recommended getting a full set WITH removal at the same time, but warned me that it will possibly remove new ink as well so I will have to come back to get it re-done shortly after. I asked her if I could just get it removed first, then come back for the full set after - that way I dont have to damage my skin back to back and risk my eyebrows looking messed up. She said if I do that route, it will be $300 per session and will probably consist of multiple sessions. $300 is what she charges for 2 FULL eyebrow removals and I only need a fraction of that. I would've paid half, but $300 is greedy! I can get 3 laser removal sessions for $100! Clearly she was trying to manipulate me into getting a full set so she can get more money upfront, without regards for my concerns. Why would I want to rush a process that is PERMANENTLY on my face? Overall I truly felt that she only cares about money, not the long term satisfaction of a customer that has never let anyone else touch their eyebrows. I felt penalized for not keeping up with "annual color boosts". I would have continued being her customer too, but I expect someone who actually cares about my concerns and doesn't try to minimize and invalidate them - even if they seem small or stupid to you. It's MY face and I notice this eyebrow every day. Very disappointing.

I was very comfortable with her methods and felt safe. She is also very personable and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. She used plenty of numbing cream/gel to ensure I did not feel pain during the procedure as well. Her website is also very informative and provides a list of food/drink/medicine items to avoid before the procedure so you will have the best experience and reduce pain & bleeding. My advice is to adhere to them so your experience will be as pain free and lessen your bleeding as much as possible. Once ready, I will post before and after pictures as proof of her great work! I had struggled with adult acne for several months and she always made sure she did treatments to assist with the healing process and gave suggestions of products to try. She uses lots of organic products and is very knowledgeable about how to care for your skin naturally from the inside and out. Marie discussed with me permanent make-up and how she could shape my brows. After looking at her website, and before and after photos, I was pleased with her experience and the after shots I saw. I'm super happy with how my brows turned out, they look very natural! Marie clearly states on her webpage what to expect during and after permanent make-up, and gives instructions on steps to follow prior to having the procedure done in order to reduce pain and bleeding and increase the likelihood that the permanent make-up will hold. I followed the directions for both my first application and my following touch-up appointment and was very pleased with the procedure and results. I also used her recommendations when getting other tattoos on my body to help reduce pain and bleeding and was really impressed with how well it works. On top of that I scheduled a facial a month in advance, called the day before to confirm only to find out that their staff had canceled it because the girl who does facials is working her second job that day and they don't even know her work schedule for her second job to re book. Stay far away. I unfortunately pre paid for these services and am disputing the charge for the facial as the owner refuses to give a refund. I would not recommend this hole in the wall of a "day spa" to my worst enemy!!
