I have received my eyebrows tattooed with the feather stroke technique by Pam two times and both times they turned out beautiful! I received my first eyebrows in 2019 and second in 2023. I am now noticing Pam's reply to my negative review. She replied with a lengthy story about me claiming I had gone in with a bad attitude because I had just broken up with my boyfriend in the car and that I asked her assistants to hold my phone to record. First of all, I use a different email & name on Yelp which is strange how she would know who I am. Secondly, I have been married to my HUSBAND for over 20 years so for her to say, I had came in there with a bad attitude because I had just broken up with my "boyfriend" in the car is laughable. Secondly, after I asked if I could record and she said no, I put my phone away. Asking her assistants to record never happened. There were no other people there except a male whom she kept verbally abusing and I think was her boyfriend. however, it only adds to my negative experience at her sub par business and her inability to accept customer feedback. Got my eyebrows done here about 2 years ago would not recommend. Very lovely office everyone was super nice but I hate my eyebrows. The first time she was "done" they were nothing near what I wanted so she kept trying to fix them which came out even worse & now they just look so crooked I even have a piece of my eyebrow tail that doesn't line up up with the rest of my eyebrows so I have to pluck the end and draw it in (pic below ) I signed the paper because i Just wanted her to stop working on my brows tbh & my mom got me this for my birthday so I didn't want her to feel bad (she went with me). I am not very good at putting on makeup, especially on my eyes. The eyeliner and mascara always run because I have oily eyelids and I end up looking like a racoon by the end of the day. I saw Glamour Co.'s website and read all about Pamela Abshear's experience in permanent makeup so I decided to make an appointment. I went there last night and she was so warm and welcoming. We talked about what I wanted and she understood my needs perfectly. A topical anesthetic was applied and I just relaxed until it was time to start. Pamela talked me through it the entire time, was understanding of my nervousness, kept applying the anesthetic cream while she worked and was just so sweet. The process took about an hour from start to finish and when she handed me the mirror to see the permanent eyeliner she applied, I wanted to cry it looked so good. I can't wait to see how great it looks once the swelling goes down. I highly recommend Pamela for any permanent makeup needs. She is incredibly knowledgeable and did a fantastic job!! read more

Had a lash lift and was pleased with my experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Everything was explained in great detail and the procedure took under an hour. My natural lashes are very light in color, and relatively short and straight. I am very happy with the lift. It's not very noticeable on bare lashes (since they are so light) but with mascara I can tell that they are significantly lifted and slightly curled. I was a little disappointed in the lash tint. I was under the impression that they would have a blue-black tint, however my bare lashes are still very light. I cannot tell a color change at all. All in all, four stars for my experience and the outcome of the procedure. Happy that the lift should last a couple of months. I just wish the tint was more noticeable. read more

Absolute horrible customer service - I made an appointment for December 4th 2016, called and confirmed two days before the appointment. After driving approximately one hour for scheduled, CONFIRMED time, no one was at the location. I called both numbers (if you call the number on website, they give you appointment number for scheduling) and both numbers had their mailboxes full. I have been in Phoenix for over two years now and have looked online trying to find someone that could apply permanent makeup on my eyebrows. I had them done almost four years ago in the Middle East and I had to constantly draw them on everyday since they have faded. I found Glamour Co and Pamela on Groupon. I wasn't sure so I gave her a call and spoke with her. Of course permanent makeup doesn't last forever but it can last about two years so I was weary about someone doing this. After talking to her, I knew that she was the perfect one! She told me not to purchase the Groupon, and she would give me a better deal and she did! I explained my situation and she talked about her experience and guaranteed I would love it. I could tell she had a sweet spirit over the phone. After arriving at her office, she really made me feel relaxed. Afterwards we talked and I felt like I have known her for years. Not only does she have a wealth of knowledge, years of experience, but she is an amazing person. I have already recommended her to several people and I will be going back for some additional services. I love her she is amazing and it has only been three days since I had my eyebrows done and I love them! She did an excellent job. Whoops - I had the micro blading, not micro needing by Pamela and it was a disappointment. It's difficult to tell right away, so maybe I did sign something saying I was satisfied. I still had to go through a painful process to have them corrected. It was a while back, so maybe she has improved her skills. I would not recommend purchasing a Groupon for something permanent. Had an appointment 11-17-18 at 3:00 PM. I had very little eyebrows left and it took a lot of time every day pencil them in. I am 85 years old and looked forward to having brows that needed little from me. The time spent on me was generous. The process was painful and the session was ended due to pain and redness. The result was different so I did not react positive at the time. I was scheduled to have a retouch on 12-16 (Sunday) at 11:00 AM. I drove there (a 40 minute drive) and NOBODY was there. It was a sham to make the appointment. I believe that due to the fact that I did not make a positive or any review after my initial appointment I was written off as a disgrunted customer. Not true as I was waiting until after the 2nd appointment where I was going to request some adjustments before posting a review. read more

I want to start this review by saying Pam, I see you leave comments only back to the negative reviews. I hope that you don't comment back as you seem to hang up on me & ignore my text messages as I send them. I got my eyebrows done 3D Feathering about a year or so ago. I walked in & Pam was in the back room. Not where the tattoo was done but the other side of the building. Her husband greeting me, such a nice man. Really appreciate his company I must say. She saw me sit down & her husband talking to me & looking at me & walked right past. I was kind of like wth but maybe she just didn't realize I was a customer. Whatever, I brought my dad with me who pretty much the whole time was talking to her husband. Before I went back she started telling him he is no help when she needs it & all. I don't want to hear your personal issues. Keep it at home. I frankly don't care. He was very sweet about it as she continued to literally be a b**** to him. I'm not one for foul language but lord was she rude! I went back & she said not one word to me for about the whole 20 minutes, she asked if I was okay once & applied more ointment to calm down the area. When she said I was done I looked & their were gaps everywhere. I pointed them out & she fixed them with the slightest sigh. My eyes were teary filled & she handed me a tiny mirror to look at my tattoo in a dim room. Looked fine. I paid the $160 & left. Her husband said goodbye. She walked away as soon as I said they look okay. 2 days after the tattoo applying the ointment given to me & following instructions. Ink started to clump up as if it was healing. I woke up on the forth day with big ink bubbles that eventually began to leak throughout the day. Day 5 the bubbles were gone & almost no ink was there. The brush strokes were gone & it looked like she just made my eyebrows a block & filled them in. I tried to message & call. Each time I called she would answer & I would give her my info. She would hang up. This went on for about 6 months. Now about a year later my eyebrows are so faded. Look dark grey, no brush strokes. Nothing. I'm 18. It looks bad. No response, nothing. I could probably get ahold of her husband but it's not his job. He openly admitted to my father that he doesn't get paid, he invested his money & helps out. I hate Pam. I really do. I have posted this on AZ scams even though she is not a scam people need to know. I also contacted group on. Have your husband run your business or fix your attitude. Buyer beware, don't go here! I'm looking for a better place right now. I will come back & update my review once I find a better place. I had my eyebrows microbladed by Pam at the Glamour Co and they are a disaster. Firstly I had existing pigment from 10 years ago and I asked her at least 3 times making sure she could cover that so it would not ever show through. She assured me it was no problem. I reiterated that I did not want it done unless she was absolutely sure of this. It was evident she was only partially listening because while I am talking she is herding me through to the room. When I made the appointment through her husband he was very hard sell and said that many people come to them to have hash jobs fixed. My eyebrows are now very patchy. I called to discuss with Pam and was told by her husband that I could make an appointment for a touch up which would cost me $99.00. He also refused to allow me to talk to Pam even though I left a couple of messages, I have never heard back from her. Speaking with other permanent make up artists, the process takes 2 - 3 hours. I was in the room for 30 mins then herded out. Pam did a hash job and I would definitely not recommend this outfit to have any services performed. I am not happy with the outcome and especially not with the fact that you cannot even communicate to voice your concerns. Not a professional business in my opinion. read more

I want to give 3 1/2 stars because I felt like It was closer to a 4 but that can't be shown. I will explain all my reasonings. Firstly, Pam is very friendly and warm natured. I like her upbeat attitude. Secondly, her husband is good humored and makes a good addition as an assistant. When I went in I was extremely nervous and I could not stop squirming during the procedure. Pamela did an amazing job trying to calm me and distract me and really tried to get me to feel better. I really appreciated that she wasn't acting annoyed and tried to be patient. But I didn't like the fact that I felt very rushed. Her next client came in when we had just started. The whole time, I felt like she was just going fast to get to the next girl. When she told me to sit up, I questioned that my brows didn't look exactly how I wanted but she waved it away and said oh you're fine! But once I had left the office, I could see that one was not as thick as the other. If she had given me some more time I could have mentioned that and had it fixed. But instead she ushered me along to get to the next lady. I can understand she was probably tired, but in that case, she should schedule more time between clients so there is not a harried feeling. I really feel like for the money I paid I at least deserved a chance to reflect on the outcome and have it fixed if needed since follow up appointments are not cheap. read more

To me, the measure of a good company is how it treats their customers when something isn't right or they have a complaint. This company disappointed me very much. I had wanted permanent makeup done on my eyebrows for a long time but couldn't afford it until I found a groupon for Glamour Co. My appt was on Monday 4/27/15. When Pam was finished, she had me look at my eyebrows to see if they were OK. My eyes were tearing and a little blurry but I thought they were OK. When I got home and was able to see, I noticed she had missed a spot on one. I called to let them know about the problem. Her husband took a message but I never heard back. I left another message and finally heard back only to he told it would cost me another $99 to have it fixed. It is a small spot but now very noticeable. If a client is not happy with results when they get home and can really look at the work, a good company will happily fix it. NOT SO WITH GLAMOUR CO! The husband was rude an unwilling to help. I will not be referring anyone to this company. read more

I went to Pam the first time for my eyebrows in Prescott and was really happy, but the next time I went for my eyeliner was not so great. She did not remember the type of tattoo I wanted or what price she had quoted me. My eyes swelled immediately and I was told that it was my fault and was because I wasn't relaxing enough. She got ink splattered all over my shirt, told me washing it would remove it - I washed it and the ink didn't budge. I texted her to tell her my shirt was ruined and here's what I got for a reply :)). Really? A smiley face after you ruined my shirt? NO apology - nothing. read more

If I could give this NO STARS, I would but it doesn't give you that option. I brought my mom to Pam because she wanted natural looking eyebrows and by seeing Pam's website "pictures" we figured this was the right place to go. Other than receiving an ugly eyebrow job, they make you sign a paper stating you're satisfied, although while your eyebrows are fresh and bloody, its hard to tell how they'll really look. My mom noticed they were uneven as soon as she left and I told her to let them heal a bit, maybe it was the blood. NO, they're still completely uneven, and one starts at a different point than the other. When I reached out to them, her husband was completely argumentive and just blamed every possible thing on my mom. They look nothing like the website pics. I told him there were no hair like stroke look to my moms eyebrows and he had the audacity to say, that wasn't the technique, its just a blend. I send a screenshot of his website where it says Hair like Stroke. He still argued and kept lying saying looking at your moms pictures before she left, they looked lovely and even, she lost pigmentation. Although pigmentation loss is common, THEY NEVER TOOK AFTER PICS OF MY MOM, pics that he kept saying he was looking at and I kept requesting these 'supposed pics', he continued to argue with me and offered to do nothing. He kept saying "in our pics, her eyebrows look lovely and even". THEY TOOK NONE. He chose to ignore me because he said I threatened him, which if telling you im reporting you to the better business bureau is a threat, then I'm sorry you feel that way.
