If I could give this place more stars, I would. Kelley (the owner) has been doing my lashes & brows for over 6 years now. People always ask me about my lashes. She knows what she's doing. Her experience & knowledge in knowing how to perfectly place each lash to accentuate your eyes and face shape is amazing. I have a bit of a lazy eye, so she places the lashes in a way where you can't even tell. Add waxing & tint to your brows & you'll walk out feeling like a different person. Oh, & I recently tried Cryo-One which is a treatment for toning & sculpting. It targets certain areas you'd like to have treated...I had my stomach done & the little wrinkles over my knees (yes that, too!) i could see significant improvement right after. It's actually a relaxing procedure. It doesn't hurt at all! When you walk into her studio, you'll immediately feel relaxed, with the color palette & decor & the welcoming atmosphere! This was my second time ever getting lash extensions my first experience was two weeks prior at a different company and my eyes were bloodshot and burned so bad the burning did not stop and Within 10 days 95% had fallen off from me rubbing eyes from burning so much. I had a friend who told me she also had an issue with burning and came here. First contact was through Instagram And I got a response almost immediately very polite and had many photos of work done ! I was scheduled with Jessica she was very nice asked me about the length I previous had if I liked it and if wanted more dramatic volume lashes which I did. She first did a removal to get rid of the remaining lashes to start with a clean slate. She then went on to do my volume lashes I feel asleep as I was very relaxed I was prepared for some burning when I opened my eyes but to my surprise there was none my eyes were not bloodshot and these lashes actually felt much lighter then previous. I am now on day 4 and still no burning and only a couple have fallen out which is to be expected from your natural lash cycle. I got a full set of volume eyelash extensions with Kelley G. She was so sweet and so beautiful!! When you enter the suite, the room is adorably decorated with pink cushion pillows, a comfortable blanket, and soft fuzzy rug. All the accents just made for an even more relaxing experience. She starts off by having you wash your eyes and then briefly explains the process to you. You then lie down and relax for 2 hours as she places your lashes. One thing I really appreciated is that my eyes hardly watered. I've gotten my lashes done before and my eyes were constantly irritated that time. But I guess the glue Kelley uses is less of an irritant. Plus she has a fan to get rid of the fumes from the bonding agent/glue. Overall, it was a good experience. Another plus--this place isn't difficult to find and there's a private parking lot. It's also located near Biltmore Park so grab some grub and do some shopping after gettin your lashes did :D I just got this done yesterday and am scheduled for a two week fill, so I will update the review then in regards to comfort and retention. read more

Love my lashes!! I have never had eyelash extensions bc I was always nervous to try - I have super sensitive eyes when using even high end mascaras, eyelash glue from falsies can irritate my eyes, and to be honest some eyelash extensions can look a bit too 'aggressive' for my taste... I went to see Kelley (recommended by a friend) but was still a bit nervous about the process... I told Kelley I wanted a 'natural and whispy' look, and she delivered!! My lashes look amazing and the process was so easy and relaxing (I almost fell asleep twice and joked w/her after about how the entire time I was curious if she was even doing anything bc all I could feel was tiny taps on my lashes)... When I talk about Kelly I feel like a light shines down from heaven (the God lashes sent her!!). I have gotten my lashes done by many people, and she is by far the best. I'm glad my days of running around trying different places are over, because I found my lash girl. Wow! Talk about a one stop shop. Hair removal, lashes and facials! This place is amazing. Super cute inside and very very clean!!! I went here for a Brazilian to try It out and I have to say Kelley really knows her stuff. I have been gettin waxed/ sugared for years and have always had really bad ingrown hairs after from the technician not knowing the proper way to remove the hair. NOT HERE! Kelley takes her time and uses the best before and after care to ensue a perfect service. 5 STARS I decided after getting my Brazilian done to try her out to again. I opted for a facial. Living here in Arizona make my skin really dry and irritated. I got a basic facial (not knowing what to expect I went for the lease invasive) Kelley took her time to ask me questions and figure out my wants and needs. She gave me the most relaxing facial (I fell asleep) with extractions (where they were needed). After the service was finished she then explained what she learned about my skin from the facial she gave me. Kelley recommend some great products for me to try out, which I am currently using. Again 5 STARS After getting both those services with exceptional care and professionalism I made an appointment to get my lashes done next! I'm more than positive It will be another 5 Star rating and I will be sure to update this review once I get It.
