I cannot say enough good things about Tina at The Brow Nanny. Getting permanent eyebrows was…read moresomething I thought about for a long time, and I'm so glad I trusted her with my face. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and completely at ease. She took her time mapping and shaping my brows to fit my face perfectly. Nothing felt rushed. She explained the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure I loved the shape before starting. Her attention to detail is incredible. The results are natural, soft, and exactly what I wanted. I wake up feeling put together without having to fill in my brows every day. It's such a confidence boost. If you're even considering permanent brows, Tina is your girl. Skilled, professional, and genuinely caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I visited Brow Nanny a few months ago, and unfortunately, it was a very awkward experience. From…read morethe moment I arrived, there was virtually no communication. I completely understand that eyebrow work requires focus and precision, but not even basic small talk like asking how my day or weekend was made the appointment feel uncomfortable and impersonal. I tried a few times to break the silence, but there didn't seem to be any interest in engaging. It felt like there was no effort to build rapport or client connection. Customer service is such an important part of any beauty experience, especially when trust and long-term retention matter. Beyond the interaction, I ultimately had to get my eyebrows corrected elsewhere and ended up paying significantly more to fix them. In my opinion, the work was not as clean as I expected, particularly given the pricing. Considering the cost, I expected a higher level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, the combination of the experience, outcome, and overall attitude made me decide not to return for a touch-up appointment.

I was super skeptical about the whole situation but was eager to try. I've been following Courtney's IG page for some time now, keep in mind I follow a lot of beauty pages that have these types of services. However, her work stuck out to my the most. I honestly believe she has a real talent. Right away, Courtney was super helpful getting me in for a last minute appointment when one became available. Her studio is super cute, clean, and easy to locate. With a short consult to begin, I was confident she knew what I was looking for and to say the least, she took my ideas and brought them to life. Every time I leave her studio, I feel beautiful not just on the outside, but within as well. Her work gives me a boost of confidence that carries me through both my busy work life and personal commitments. One of the best things about having my lashes done by BRI is how effortlessly put-together I feel. I can shower, get dressed, and I'm ready to go with minimal effort, I still look fresh and polished thanks to her. It truly makes a difference in my everyday routine. And the retention? Unmatched. My lashes last me up to three weeks, and if I'm extra careful with aftercare, they even hold up for four weeks which is incredible, especially considering I have oily skin. That's a rare find in the lash world. I also have a little section of my lash line that I'm working on growing out, which has left a bald spot, but BRI never makes me feel self-conscious about it. She knows exactly how to work around it and still makes my lashes look full, even, and absolutely gorgeous every time. I feel so lucky to have found her, and I'll always be coming back. Thank you, BRI, for not only making me feel beautiful but for being such a kind, skilled, and reliable lash tech. - A loyal and forever grateful client
