My appointment 2 prior to today was canceled via text because she said she wasn't feeling well. My appointment today was canceled 20 mins before the start via text. I showed up , and she walked right by me and left. Didnt even say anything,, the straight rude behavior and audacity! How does the a appointment automatically get canceled 20 mins prior Unreliable? Its not automatic. Maybe an few hours before..ok I could see that. But to say the appointment canced 20 mins before an appointment, the business owner doesn't answer the phone..and leaves her building 10 mins before me appointment? Sounds like she canceled the apt. Unreliable and unprofessional. I contacted Groupon and got a refund! There is nowhere that says she requires a confirmation email or text, I believe she just had other plans. Amanda is AMAZING and does beyond excellent skin services. I moved to Phoenix 4 years ago, and I left an esthetician in Ohio who saved my eyebrows. It took us almost 2 years to get my eyebrows where I wanted them to be after years of having them waxed in cheap places. When I moved to Phoenix I went to a couple places and people started to make them thin again. Luckily I found Amanda not too long after. She has been doing my waxing for at least 3 years now. Not only do I love the waxing services she provides, but I now consistently get a dermaplane. I also purchase face wash and moisturizer from her. My skin has NEVER looked better. I get constant compliments on my eyebrows and skin after my dermaplanes. I also go see Amanda because I love the vibe in her space and how efficient she is. She is super sweet and warm.
