I came here for the first time on Saturday, November 8th for a lash lift and tint. The technician did not curl or tint my lower lashes. I was surprised when she handed me the mirror, but I didn't even know what to say and didn't want her to intentionally botch the job if I asked her to fix it. I would think lower lashes would be included, and the before & after pictures they publish definitely have both upper and lower lashes done. Then she charged me $85 for the service, which is $10 more than what is currently listed on both their website and the printed material I received at my appointment. False advertising in more than one respect... take your money and time elsewhere. Edit: I saw the owner's comment so I am coming back to add 2 photos. Both show the price at $75. The model used in the printed material also very clearly shows that the lower lashes have been tinted. However, the owner of the business did make it right, so I am adding a star. As long as you know what you're getting, it's a nice place and the person who did my service was sweet and easy to talk to. read more

This was my first time at Let's Lash Studio. I paid over $200 for a full set with Reese, and the retention was horrible. Within three days, more than half of the lashes had fallen out, making it look like I needed a fill almost immediately. The day after my appointment, my eyes were bright red and uncomfortable. I reached out to the lash tech and received no response. I then had to go to another lash studio and spend an additional $100 just to fix the work. The lash tech who did my fill told me that over 60% of my lashes hadn't even been done and that it looked like I'd already had the set on for two weeks. I've been getting eyelash extensions for over four years and have never had an experience like this. Spending over $300 on eyelashes within one week is unacceptable. I will not be returning. She took the time to ask how I preferred my lashes styled in regard to the shape of my eyes. She was light on the glue so I don't have any heaviness or lashes stuck together. Had my first set of eye lash extensions put in a few months ago and had a great experience. I was nervous but as soon as you enter, the studio is bright, open, modern, and professional looking . The vibe is upbeat and there is relaxing contemporary music playing in the background. I love that they have a purse stand next to your comfy chair and there's even a cozy blanket for you to cover yourself with. I gotta say I dozed off for a bit there while I was getting my extensions! My first time was about 2 hours long and since then, the refills take a lot less time, about an hour. My lash tech, Lindsey, does a great job, I highly recommend her. She was kind, friendly and did a fabulous job - especially because she had to work with my lashes that were put on by another individual. They looked great and I couldn't be happier. I wanted to wait at least a week too see how the lashes held up before I wrote my review. So here goes! TL,DR: they did a good job. So recently the lash lady I've been going to for 8 years, retired and I was devastated!! I hate wearing mascara and the way it runs and how hard it is to clean your face but I also hate how my face looks without it. I searched for places with pictures of the look I wanted. I like the natural look-hate that bratz doll thing that people seem to be going for these days... anyways the pictures looked like it would be good so I booked an appointment. The place seems new, super clean, modern, they text to confirm appointments. When you're driving there it kinda sneaks up on you, the turn in comes up quick And the fast food place next door does not have a throughway. The process: They have you sit on these lazy boy type of chairs and recline a bit, but not lie down completely. Then they tape down your bottom lashes and some on the top too, it was a lot of tape all over my eyes. They also use a marker and write dots on your eyelids-I'm guessing to mark how high up the lashes go-it was a little weird but it wasn't anything bad. The full set took 2 long hours! I'm used to it being an hour long. My only complaint would be that it's very dry in there and after so long, my eyes started feeling a bit dried out. The technician did exactly as I asked and the lashes are lasting well. I'm very happy with this place! Tip: I wouldn't waste money on the "lash wash" they sell. IMO it's completely unnecessary and I've known people who have used it and it's caused their lashes to fall out sooner. It might depend on your habits, or it might be different if you get those massive lashes but I don't think it's worthwhile personally. The price is comparable to what I was paying before and other places in the area. read more

I wanted to share my 5 star experience at Let's Lash. I just relocated back to Scottsdale after 17 years of living in Los Angeles and was in need of a new lash artist. It's always a challenge to find a new artist that not only has excellent skills, but the highest quality products for application. After searching extensively on Instagram, my prior master lash artist in Los Angeles gave the thumbs up to go to Lets Lash after she saw the before and after photos on Instagram I showed her. I chose to book with Shandi as her styles were beautifully done and exactly the look I want to maintain. The salon is very clean and decorated nicely. I absolutely loved the big cozy recliners that were in place of those flat beds that tend to become uncomfortable. Before Shandi got started, I showed her two photos from her page that I liked the most as far as the hybrid lash style goes. She reclined me back in the chair and meticulously filled my lashes. After she completed the fill I got up and took a look in the mirror and OMG! I was over the moon. She did an incredible job and gave me the exact look I wanted. All the products used were of the highest quality and my lashes are lasting and looking fabulous. So happy to have found a new home for my lashes. I like the cat eye style lashes and they come out perfect EVERY-time. She is meticulous l, my lashes are full. AND THEY LAST! I've had no issues of having to go back early due to the lashes falling out.. Nonus.... It's kind of like going to a massage. It's very relaxing. She offers a blanket to cover you. I had to come here to get a fill because my typical lash artist is closed due to COVID-19. I dmed them on Instagram and they were extremely responsive, nice, and had plenty of openings. When I got there, the office is super trendy but also clean! The artists and those workingc, including the owner, are friendly and welcoming. My artist, Sarina, asked me about what I usually get and what I like. She worked on my fill for about an hour or so and they came out AMAZING (side note: the chairs are super comfy for a lash nap)! I did Hybrid and they looked as though I did volume. The prices are reasonable and comparable to other lash studios. They did not charge me extra for coming from a different artist and they are usually supposed to charge for less than 50% lashes (which i swear I had but maybe not). Overall this experience was 10/10 and I will be returning. As a little perk they gave me a goodie bag for being there as a first timer that had a sticker, a pop socket, and some cute sparkly lash wands. Highly reccomend Let's Lash! read more
