Very unhappy. I have spent so much money here and gone back so many times for touch ups. This bald spot you see previously had taken color well. After fading, I returned for touch up. This is after 4 weeks and I have a complete bald spot. I noticed this during my visit and asked her to fill it in. She mentioned something about the strokes? I still asked her to please fill in the gap. She finally did with one tiny little stroke which clearly didn't take. This looks horrible. I have to still apply make up to fill in gap daily despite spending well over $2,000. I previously called and emailed for a fix but no one ever responded. I do not recommend. read more

I got my eyebrows microbladed by Chloe and I cannot say enough amazing things about her work/her! I want a more natural looking brow and she was able to deliver way beyond my expectations. She mimicked my natural shape and we went through multiple different shades to find the perfect fit. I also didn't could barely feel it, it wasn't painful whatsoever. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO GET THESE REMOVED!!!! They are over 3 years old and have not faded at all. I have had them looked at by professionals and they are all at a loss. I have been told that they used poor quality ink and were not trained correctly because they dug way too deep into my skin which is why they still look like this. This is after using retinols, having microneedling treatments, using salicylic acid. Everything you read to help with fading has not worked on mine. Going to this brow "artist" was literally the biggest mistake of my life and I have permanent proof. My face literally looks horrible. My brows are shaped horribly it makes me look like I am frowning constantly. They are uneven and they always have been, even though I followed care instructions. One side is way thinner and lighter than the other and way higher up. I am telling you GO TO ANYONE BESIDES THIS PERSON. HORRIBLE ID GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD !!! read more

Please read the negative reviews about this place. I am also attempting to remove my brows and was told they went too deep into my skin and the pigment is permanent I guess.... Which makes sense as I was in a lot of pain while Lindsay was doing my brows. Now I'm left with very thick, blurry, poorly shaped, asymmetrical gray brows. I commented at time if service that I thought they were too dark, I have brown hair with blonde highlights and she "matched" my brow shade as black. She also said how I was doing my brows and my natural brows were asymmetrical so she was correcting them. They got rid a lot of brow hair; I had said I just wanted natural/slightly fluffy brows. When I left I had 90s brows. Long story short while someone's comment about having prison brows is funny it's honestly the truth. And when you look at their page there is no "healed 2-3 years later", it's always just right after the work is done or a touch up. Also if you're looking for a natural brow steer clear truly! The strokes on NONE of their work in any way look natural. They are 1/8in curved lines, they make zero attempt to make them look natural, it is straight ABH dip brow block brow. I had hoped for nice results in microblading over my previously tattoo' brows, and at first they appeared better. Unfortunately, after healing my brows were left scarred blurry and gray . This was after 2 sessions.not one FYI I also did my training with Lindsay for microblade, but felt the education was not well organized or done in a sanitary way. I noticed several little things I questioned about her practices. There are very unsanitary practices going on that she doesn't seem to understand. Having my aesthetics, cosmetology, laser, and some permanent make up training, as well as having been a medical assistant in the past., I felt that not wearing gloves while assisting several students while working on models and having no background in aesthetics did not make me feel good about the training. I also noticed after my training that there aren't any healed photos posted anywhere of Lindsay's work. That in itself should be a red flag. I'm not saying she isn't a nice person or means harm, but, I don't feel she's doing things correctly. I did ask for at minimum a partial refund, and was denied it. I was offered to do another model but then the offer was taken back. I do not feel prepared to work on clients and feel I was taught some incorrect practices. I just urge you all to do your research and find someone who has more education and posts their healed results. Not just the immediate results . read more

Lindsey did an awesome job fixing and covering my previous eyebrow tattoo. It was thin and not natural looking. I was skeptical about microblading at first, but after Lindsey did mine, they look so natural and I'm so happy with the shape and natural look of my eyebrows that I've been coming back every 6 months for my touch-ups. She should open another location close to where I live as I have to drive 50 miles for my appts. But it is all worth it!!! read more
