While still in the lash studio, I called this place and told them I had made the appointment in the wrong state. I ask to speak to the manager she was not there. I was told the manager would call the next day but she never called . The salon charge my card $99 dollars for lashes I never got. I tried to call them multiple times and no call back..To my knowledge they were only to charge 40% of the lash cost of $99. I am a senior and will be filing a report with the BBB.
