Super convenient and reasonable prices. The spa was located in a large shopping area and felt super safe. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles, cold beverages, an elegant seating area, and calming ambiance. There were plenty of private rooms. Everything looked brand new and sparkling clean! I was told that the owner makes a lot of their products and they care about environmentally friendly and organic materials. I went to get a classic full set and it was my first appointment. Hailee was my lash artist and she was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I love how my set came out (and I'm super picky!). It took about 2.5 hours total in and out for my appointment. The relaxing spa music and generally quiet ambiance made it relaxing enough to take a nap during my appointment. Definitely recommend this spa for anyone looking for a new regular place to go for beauty treatments.

One thing that really stood out is how seriously they take hygiene and state regulations (which, sadly, is hard to find these days). All tools were individually sealed in sanitized pouches, and I even saw staff thoroughly cleaning the chairs from top to bottom after each client. No, I hint a smell of chemicals .That level of care gave me so much confidence. The technician who did my pedicure was wonderful--so kind and attentive--and did a beautiful job. My toes look amazing! The atmosphere was also really relaxing and comfortable. The staff stayed focused on their clients, which made the whole experience feel more personal and professional. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. Clean, friendly, and high-quality service--I'll definitely be back!

Sometimes they call to let me know, sometimes they don't. They have no respect for their loyal customers or their time. It's very unprofessional to run 30-90 min late every single appt. Today was the last time. The arrogance in the owner and not showing any care or apologizing to me after my last appoint the tech was over 90 min late and when I showed up at the pushed back time, she was still not available so the owner had to take over then she rushed through my services. This is why I will no longer be a customer. I have had many techs leave throughout this timeframe. So once I get accustomed to a new one they also leave. They have a very high turnover. I have referred so many people to this salon and I will now let people know to stay away. Very disappointed OMG!

I had to left work and Today I ARRIVED CRYING from burning pain in my right eye, I was there for two hours and in the end I came out with no solution. the service was AWFUL!! I arrived crying with irritation in my eye and the receptionist never showed empathy. I finally waited two hours for someone to come see my eye and told me that they weren't going to take them away because my eye is very irritated, she said come back any other day LOL!!! the receptionist was more concerned with telling me how much I was going to pay instead of worrying about me, about my eye. the problem is not the money, is how they made me feel. In the end, Adelyne came out, the one who applied my eyelashes, I greeted her and She didn't turn to see me and quickly went into her room. hey, she knows me, i see her every two weeks. Having had a recent previous terrible eyelash lift experience that left my lashes crooked and…read moretangled, I felt hopeless in the face of my search for a new beautician whom I could trust and depend on. I came in to the salon for the first time, with my eyelashes in the worst shape possible and confessed my prior struggles to Monica, who reassured me my lashes would be in good hands. I admittedly was a bit skeptical and jaded at first, having previously received terrible service elsewhere. The process itself was definitely thorough and structured. Monica was very informative and methodical throughout, from start to finish. The end result was impeccable, to say the least. I left the salon feeling beautiful, confident and blissfully relieved. Monica's talent is commendable--she was able to take something that was broken; mend it, and mold it into something beautiful. My lashes have never looked and felt as good and healthy as they do now. I highly recommend Lash Studio Co, and praises go out to Monica!

I recently had a Brazilian and underarm wax with Melissa Stauffer at the Chandler location, and…read moreunfortunately, my experience was very concerning. During my entire Brazilian wax, Melissa did not wear gloves at any point. I also personally observed her reuse applicator sticks by placing them back into the wax after they had already made contact with my skin. She also wiped the area from back to front during the service. There was no cleansing or skin preparation before she began waxing. The waxing technique itself was also disappointing. Several areas were waxed repeatedly because the hair was not being removed adequately, which made the service much more uncomfortable than necessary. Despite the repeated passes, I still left with visible hair remaining in both my Brazilian area and underarms. I have had Brazilian waxes before, so I understand that techniques can vary between providers. However, my concerns here were primarily about sanitation and basic professional practices, not personal preference. I did contact management afterward, and I want to give them credit for how they handled my complaint. They responded promptly, acknowledged that my sanitation and service concerns were valid, apologized, and issued a full refund for both services. I genuinely appreciate their response. Unfortunately, my individual experience with Melissa was still concerning enough that I felt it was important to share for other clients considering booking waxing services.
