Yesterday I went to put on my lash set with Adelyne like every 2 weeks. I have a membership & I paid $130 monthly + tips every visit. I had to left work and Today I ARRIVED CRYING from burning pain in my right eye, I was there for two hours and in the end I came out with no solution. the service was AWFUL!! I arrived crying with irritation in my eye and the receptionist never showed empathy. I finally waited two hours for someone to come see my eye and told me that they weren't going to take them away because my eye is very irritated, she said come back any other day LOL!!! the receptionist was more concerned with telling me how much I was going to pay instead of worrying about me, about my eye. the problem is not the money, is how they made me feel. In the end, Adelyne came out, the one who applied my eyelashes, I greeted her and She didn't turn to see me and quickly went into her room. hey, she knows me, i see her every two weeks. This location is the WORST! I've been disappointed with them before but tonight took the cake. I had an appointment and after sitting in the waiting room for 10 minutes upon arrival and checking in 10 minutes prior to my appointment time, the receptionist informed me my technician was not available. She said someone should have called me earlier and rescheduled. I was waiting for her to apologize and offer to comp my next appointment but there was nothing. I really want to like this place for the convenience. But because they are all individually owned and franchised, as soon as you use a new location your Entire membership is screwed. It's expensive as is. But then you pay and arm and leg because credits can't be seen easily between system. The amount of times I've had to get involved for over billing is ridiculous. Also if you don't pay for a master stylist almost guarantee for lashes to fall out on a week span So just milking more money from you to have Someone who doesn't start yesterday and has some experience so your lashes aren't out in a week. ONE WEEK LATER and my skin is STILL horribly discolored from the eye patches. Quick recap: they did not use hydro gel eye patches. The patches used had a strong adhesive, difficult to remove, and caused an allergic reaction. Had to visit an urgent care for rash and swelling. Swelling has gone down, but the redness and discoloration remain. They responded to my initial review and called, but they have not answered my returned calls. The skin is sensitive and I cannot cover up with makeup. I am so upset and inconvenienced. read more

I have been going there just about a year. I always make my appointment with June if I can. She is caring and remembers you and what you have told her. I meant so much to me when I came in and she asked how my daughter was doing. Two weeks prior I had talked to her about some difficulties my daughter was having. My lashes always look amazing after. Getting my lashes done is my one self care thing I do and I am always so relaxed when June is doing my lashes. Here are the photos directly after my application this afternoon. I had to have them removed due to the constant burning and irritation. I sent this photo to my lash girl from back home and she said I needed to have them removed immediately to prevent long term damage. As You can see the lashes were applied directly to my lash line which is improper application. I was charged $40 to have them removed from the Market Street location. Numerous workers assured me that my lashes were in fact applied incorrectly. The lash artist was hesitant to remove the lashes due to how close the lashes were to my natural lash line. I'd appreciate a refund this is my second time having a bad experience. To be 100% I am terrified and will now stick to my regular strip lashes. read more

I was so disappointed that all my lashes fell out after 8 days! I couldn't believe it after I spent $145 on a new set. I was told numerous times by the staff that the lashes would last between 2-4 weeks. I also bought the eyelash foam cleanser to continue to make them last. I went in for the new patient special of $79.00 and then added on the 6D lashes for $45.00 plus wash and tip I was out of $145.00 dollars quickly. She's so meticulous and friendly. My lashes look GORGEOUS and I get so many compliments, I don't even hesitate to tell anyone and everyone that it's all thanks to June! As a master stylist her services do come with an additional fee but the extra $10-$20 is SO WORTH IT! My lashes fall out within a week even if I use their cleaning supply and everything which I had to pay for on top of my lashes. I was told they would readjust for free. Even if you sign up for the membership every month there's hidden fees they will charge you. I was very unhappy all around. I like the lady up front she was sweet but gosh the ladies did not do a good job on the type of lash I asked for. I've got my lashes done in Tucson and dang did they do a great job! My lashes never came out I only went there once a month. But here it's terrible. They will scam you. You are not getting what you're paying for. I wish my ladies from Tucson were here. I pay twice as much here and get lower quality lashes. Just disappointing. And they don't refund you when they do a bad job. I tried two different ladies here. read more

I've gotten my lashes done on an off for years (4 years) just because I always worked out or sweated them off, my stylist didn't listen to me and gave me volume, whatever the case. I've had my lashes on and done here a couple times now and I can honestly say the quality of their work is amazing. They're lashes don't clump on me, their options of styles are so nice for someone who has no idea, or even though I had an idea of what I liked I still appreciated the visuals! But what really makes my experience is the lash lady I enjoy seeing the most, which is Ashley T. Like I said it wasn't my first or second experience with having lashes so I wasn't a first-timer however Ashley was so detailed with my first visit there and didn't push me to do volume [its more expensive and I've had a lash lady push me into it, I HATED them] she understood and listened to what I wanted and how I wanted mine to look on my face. But what helped me the most was giving me the break down of proper care and cleansing of my lashes since I do go to the gym 5x a week and all the oils/sweat and sometimes makeup get into my eyes. My lash fallout has been so minimal and I can go three weeks between sessions because of the quality of her work. I have been to other lash artist at this location but my experience wasn't the same as it was with Ashley! Highly recommend her if you're going to this location! I don't usually review the places were I get beautified lol, but I think Jazmin deserves to be recognized. I started going with her since I moved to Arizona, I'm glad they assigned her as my lash artist because she is great. My lashes rarely fall, could be also that I wash them and have products that are for the lashes, but her work is amazing. Super friendly, if you feel like talking she's going to hear you, and if you feel like taking a beauty nap, she'll work in the lashes and let you know when she's almost done. I've been as customer for many years. I took a break during covid. I had the worst experience the last 3 weeks! Christiana did my new set and forgot to set the glue with the spray. 3/4 fell off. I came for a touch up at 1 week that I paid for without complaining, thank goodness for Andy my usual lady over the years who made them normal again! Today which is 1 day shy of 2 weeks latter, I went for a fill and the manager refused to fill becasue I didn't have enough lashes! No kidding... all of my full set fell off and I only had what was left from my touch up! needless to say I cancelled the membership. How do you make a mistake and them expect me to pay the price! Way over priced and the staff is really unfriendly. Especially Kendall. I went from one location and their quality was not good. The lashes would fall out like crazy. However, when I went to a "master" the lashes rarely fell out and lasted a long time. I decided to go to this location and the stylist are SO unfriendly and so unwelcoming. They're young women who don't have much experience communicating with others, which are a shame because this entire business is social and service oriented. I decided to just cancel and walk away. I booked an appointment as my regular lash tech was on vacation. The office was welcoming and professional. I could only post three stars as there were added fees that were not stated until I was given the final bill. I had a full set first time customer price of 79 dollars and online it said that booking with master lash tech was 45 dollars but the receptionist claimed it was only 20. I thought I was getting a great deal. I was charged an additional $45 for a full volume set. This was not told to me as I thought the $79 was for the lashes. Also, when using a chain they don't lash everyone of your eyelashes. They only lash for an hour and a half. This was the major problem I had with using this company, my left eye was done correctly, but my right I had a huge gap in the middle of my lashes. I feel that this could've been avoided if my lash tech had been properly prepared. She left the room several times to get different lashes, taking my time and leaving me with uneven lashes. The next day I received a phone call asking if I needed a touch up. I would have happily gone in and had it fixed but I had left the state for a vacation. I definitely would not use a chain in the future and go with an individual who will do your lashes correctly and not be confined to such a short amount of time for a full set. Okay so...Amazing Lash Studio is worth the time and the investment; if you're not in the East Valley it's even worth the trip! The service is incredible. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and the team at the front made sure I was ready to rock right on time for my appointment. The process took 2 hours I think I fell asleep here and there because it felt a lot shorter. The rooms are spotless, the women are knowledgeable and the best part is that they are sincere and not pushy. Absolutely can not believe the lack of customer service I have had at this place. A week ago I called inquiring about a brand new set of eyelashes for my bridal party and I. I asked the receptionist to give me some information, as I have never had these before. The girl that I spoke to seemed as if she didn't even work there. She was giving me answers to questions I hadn't even asked and not answering the questions I was asking. She was all over the place! I asked if there are discounts offered for large parties. She said "full sets are $79.99 for your first time." That did not answer my question!! I read up on volume lashes on the website and asked her what the prices were and she wasn't sure. She told me two different prices and still didn't seem sure. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to and she said "no". She had an unprofessional attitude, as if she just wanted me off the phone. All I wanted was for my girlfriends and I to get our eyelashes done for my wedding, but I guess that was too much to ask for!!! Thankfully, one of the other Amazing Lash Studio locations were knowledgeable, helpful, and able to accommodate me without any issues.
