Absolutely not! Literally one of the worst experiences I've had. I should have known not to go on because there wasn't a single customer in there. They knew I hadn't been there before and put me with the old lady. she did her best but it was awful. I was in a rush and just needed to get my nails done. she used an old polish that created bubbles on all of my nails. She was fully prepared to charge me full price and send me on my way had I not of spoken up. They ended up only charging for the manicure which I appreciated. Just had the worst pedicure experience ever here! The tech was friendly at first but when she started doing my pedicure she was extremely rough and careless. It was painful to be honest! She was filing my nails and not even looking, so the file was scraping skin and not even touching my nails. She was basically pretending to do each step, if that makes sense? Every single step from filing my nails, clipping my cuticles, buffing- every single thing was painful and done sloppily and carelessly. The paint job was just as horrific. Paint all over my skin. When I asked her to clean up a few areas, she got an attitude with me! Additionally, I couldn't decide on a color. She had handed me one sample kit to choose from and said "this is all we have", after I couldn't find one I liked, she got up irritated and shoved another one on my lap and said, there's more in this one. So, there were more colors..? The whole experience was just awful, she hated her job and makes sure you know it. With two horrible coats of paint and one top layer, the pedicure is dull and awful looking and will chip off soon. I was going to get a manicure and I just said never mind. Absolutely the best place i have gone to. My mom requires extra help, she uses a walker, has back issues, cognitive issues, etc. And the ladies here were so accommodating. Hannah held the chair for mom and provided a pillow for my mom's back. They offered drinks. I had Tia and she did a wonderful job. Mom had Jenny, and she did an amazing job as well. They were both incredibly patient with us (it's been a long time since we have had nails, we were not up to date with the products used, the designs, the costs, etc), we had a ton of questions, and they answered thoroughly and respectfully. Walked in at1:30 on Monday morning and requested a gel nail fill with buildable gel, as I am in town visiting and working; I also requested that they not use a drill on my natural nail, as the last place really dug into my nail bed. I left crying. Actually crying my eyes out as soon as I got to the car. I have and always had acrylic nails. The lady that did my nails wanted to replace the whole acrylic itself on all of my fingers. I didn't object. However once she started pulling my acrylics off, my natural nail came with it and I ended up bleeding. I told myself maybe it was just that one, accidents happen. She started taking all others off and same thing. It was so bad and painful that I told her to stop and do not do my other hand. I had open wounds on 3 fingers out of 5. With all the open wounds, the chemicals that come with doing nails stung so bad on the open wounds that she had to take water out to spray whatever she put on my fingers off. I held back tears while she kept apologizing. I told her to just cut all my other nails off and just put acrylics back on the nails she ripped off because there was not enough nail left to even have a nail to put nail polish on. After I paid, I ran to my car and cried my eyes out. I don't even care that my nails look horrible, it was so painful and extremely unsanitary. I'm keeping an eye on my hand to make sure I don't end up with an infection. read more

I went to a different nail salon to get them removed and it took them an hour to get the acrylics off. And my nails were torn apart. The second time was the last straw for me. I've been to Prestige Nails a few times and will not go back. The callus removal treatment always leaves my heels so cracked that after a week or so, it hurts to walk. Why use a cheese grater to remove calluses? But, what gets me the most frustrated with this salon is you're paying upwards to $75-$80 (with tip) for a gel pedicure and when checking out, they make you feel horrible if you want to use your credit card. Extremely disappointed in the service at this salon. I visited 3 times and my last visit was around Christmas which was by far the worst experience. I called a day ahead to make an appointment with Michelle. The young girl at the desk advised Michelle wasn't available but called back a few minutes later and let me know she had an opening the following morning (Sunday). I knew with the holiday season they may not have many openings so I was happy to hear I got an appointment. She told me 9 on a Sunday (which was strange since they open at 10 but I thought it was holiday hours). The next day I arrived at 8:55 and no sign of Michelle. The nail tech who was working on another customer's nail before open told me to come back at 10 they are closed. An hour later I return asking for Michelle but I get blank stares and confused looks. I let them know I had an appointment with Michelle at 9 for a fill but was told to come back. They said Michelle didn't do fills which was weird because I visited prior and had a fill done by her. They eventually rushed me into someone else's chair and I knew at that moment I would never return. Not only did they waste my time they basically charged me for a full set $35-42 (not including my tip which was not deserved but I always tip regardless). I was highly disappointed with how unorganized they were and how the situation was not handled appropriately. Yes I could've walked out or asked for a manager but I didn't waste my whole morning just to turn back. Moral of the story, there is no point in making an appointment or calling ahead because there's no guarantee you'll be seen by that nail tech. I have been going here for a few years now and it is hit or miss. Occasionally, I will get a gel manicure that lasts a solid two weeks. Cathy did my nails twice and each time the gel started peeling in less than a week. I highly recommend Kimberly for a good gel manicure. Today, I went in right after they opened and asked for a dip manicure. I waited about 10 minutes until Lisa arrived. She kept stopping to answer the phone (I guess she is the only one who is allowed to answer the phone?) Not much conversation other than how short my nails are (I keep them short on purpose,) but that is okay. Towards the end of my manicure, another woman came in who appeared to have an appointment. At that point, Lisa started rushing through the rest of my manicure. Checked the topcoat too quickly and messed up my pinky, so she had to start again. Then pushed me to a side chair and told me to wait five minutes for it to dry and started on her appointment lady. After 8-9 minutes, Lisa came over, brushed some cuticle oil on my nails and said, "Okay." Um, where is my lotion and hand massage? Guess I have to do that myself but still pay full price. Unfortunately, today was a very disappointing experience. I came home and still see areas of my nails that I have to file myself.
