These people charged me $99 for a new application of lashes when I do not even live in this state . I scheduled the appointment the night before from my phone. I live in California and this place is in Arizona. I went to my appointment in California and when I got there. The lash studio did not have me scheduled. While still in the lash studio, I called this place and told them I had made the appointment in the wrong state. I ask to speak to the manager she was not there. I was told the manager would call the next day but she never called . The salon charge my card $99 dollars for lashes I never got. I tried to call them multiple times and no call back..To my knowledge they were only to charge 40% of the lash cost of $99. I am a senior and will be filing a report with the BBB. Not so amazing for me. There's one really good technician here, Micaela. If I had only gone to her, my review would be 5 stars. When our schedules didn't line up, I've seen other tech's who didn't do a good job because their lashes didn't last long. What's worse is that anytime I complained, they told me that my eyelashes were going through a shedding process and that's why the extensions weren't lasting. I realize that shedding is an actual thing but it only happened when I saw subpar lash technicians. I've been going to a new place for 7 months now and shedding hasn't been an issue once. The final straw was on my last visit I walked in and there were about 5 employees around the desk talking, no one greeted me, they just looked annoyed that I was interrupting them by saying I was there for an appointment. When I was getting my lashes filled, the technician mentioned she could see damage to my lashes. I explained that I opened my BBQ grill and a large flame came out and singed my lashes but I had already had one appointment since then so I thought it had been repaired. She went on and on about how I fused my lashes together and criticized me for not taking better care of them. It was as if she enjoyed listening to herself speak because she didn't stop. I felt uncomfortable both by her and the unwelcoming I received when I came in so I decided I never wanted to come back. Eyelashes are too expensive to be served with a side of snark. Upon terminating the membership, they give you a form to fill out which asks if there were any issues. I said no because really, I didn't want to waste my time by writing this out. For what? How does that benefit me? Especially when my prior complaints had been turned around to put the blame on me. No thanks. First and foremost let me start by saying that I have had my lashes done for years by a friend. She is licensed and runs a home business, so even though she is a friend, she is a professional. When my friend gives me a volume full set, the cost is $130 and it's takes around 2-2.5 hours. A volume fill is $65 and takes 1.5 hours. This is with 30% lash retention. My friend was out of town and I needed an emergency volume fill. Amazing Lash Studio advertises a first time full set for $60. If you join their club you get $60 a month when it's usually $80. The gal gave me a "volume fill" that took less than 45minutes. None of my inner corner lashes or outer corner lashes got filled. She either rushed it or they don't teach their techs the correct volume lashing fill techniques. I am less than a week in, and I already need another fill. My lashes look like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree. The glue is white and you can see it. The lashes themselves are pre-made clusters, and feel very plasticky. And no, I am not going through a lash cycle. Had she filled me even 80% of the way, they'd look a lot better. I traditionally have great retention, and one week in I'm already extremely dissatisfied. With that said, when I went to pay, they charged me the full $80. So it's $60 for a full set, but $80 for a fill? Hmmmmmm..... Ladies. Spare yourself the song and dance of a "membership" and products that won't do anything for the shabby work. Find a salon or independent esti with experience and check their work on IG. !!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I went here just wanting my lashes done before I went to an event I had and the membership was pushed and pushed on me over and over after I said no several times. I got my lashes done and immediately had lots of fall out to the point where one eye was completely and noticeably different than the other. even though I washed my lashes twice a day with amazing lash studios cleanser and did everything they told me to do. they did offer me a complimentary service that I came in for 2 or 3 separate times in hopes it would be done right this time. the last time I came in was a week ago and ALL OF MY LASHES have fallen off. They will not let me out of my membership or offer me a refund. All they can offer me is a discounted service. It's so frustrating because I don't feel I should pay $175 for a service that was never done right. Finally had a tech that I really loved and did an awesome job and advised me to come in every three weeks instead of two which I agreed because her lashes stayed on for that long. Received a phone call a week prior to my appointment that my tech is no longer with us and I need to call so I can reschedule for that same day. I called back and told them that I will keep my appointment. Received a text 4 days prior to my appointment to confirm and I responded, received an email to confirm and I've responded. The morning of my appt received a text reminding me of my appointment. Came in and was told that I'm not on the books today and they can reschedule me. I asked how is that when I called to confirm respond to email and text and got a reminder that morning! I have been coming in every two weeks (three weeks the last month or so) for over a year. I pay $119 a month plus $25 for every service plus I tip my tech well. I drive all the way from Gold Canyon to come here when there's probably plenty of lash studios that can do my lashes but I am a pretty loyal person. Needless to say I am going to cancel my membership and will not deal with Amazing Lashes ever again. read more

Bella is a liability. Plain and simple. I was shocked and super skeptical when I saw how many (ahem) fake profiles on Google Reviews that gave her such kudos. Can't be! Here we are on Yelp, and I see where the "real" reviews are. I walk in for my first appointment at 6pm, and I see a messy-haired deathly-ill-sounding person behind the counter listening to a complaining customer on speakerphone. I already feel it's gonna be a sh*tshow. One client had just come out and standing in line to pay. She yells from behind the computer to the lady, "ARE YOU DONE?!!!!!!" then becons her over to check out. As she's hacking and coughing all over me, she shoves a clipboard in my face and mumbles about signing somewhere. Then she quickly rushes me through lash choices, and says we need to remove them. I politely told her that whoever I talked with on the phone said I could work with the lashes I have on, because I have a bad back and can't be on a table for more than an hour; and she said I'd be out by 7:20-7:30pm. Bella eyeballs my lashes and said, "No, we are gonna need to start over. Who knows what junk is on there". I said, "well I went to a licensed esthetician for the last 2 years, and...." -- she cuts me off-- and says sarcastically, "That's nice". I asked how long I would be on the table, and she said it would take 2.5 hours! I politely told her that I can't lay down that long and it wasn't what I was told on the phone. She was so completely condescending that I asked her why she's being so snarky. She stops what she's doing and said, "Snarky, HOW?! I'm answering your questions aren't I?" That's when I grabbed my purse; completely and utterly shocked at how she was getting away with this treatment! I see now I'm not alone, and that these are the real reviews. Not Google. I called the Chandler Mall branch later that night. COMPLETELY PROFFESIONAL. Horrible customer services and the Director Belle she cannot be trusted. All lies and doesn't care about her clients as well as the customer service for her store. I had a horrible experience today and today was the last straw. I will not be going back to this location. I set an appointment two weeks and advance. They called me at 830 am to tell me my Beautician called out sick. I live 30 mins away I was already heading to my appointment and I tried calling them back but no one answered because the phones where off. I drove all the way there thinking they can accommodate to me. Nope. Belle said I'll have a free service at my next appointment but they didn't have anything. and all other locations are booked and she'll pick the location where I can go to get a free service. I asked her to write that in writing she refused. She straight lied to my face!! She said that she made an appointment at the location that is convenient for me and I just called to verified and that studio told me that you cannot do that. Other studios do not have access to other studios. I am so upset and cannot believe how a year + customer is being treated. I get my lashes done by Master Stylist Kelly, she always does such a phenomenal job. My first experience was for my birthday trip and she was awesome. She talked me through the process and was very friendly and kind. I see her every 2 weeks and it's just like running into a girlfriend at the grocery store. She got my lashes almost exactly perfect to the reference photo I gave her, and has always done everything to give me the best services even if I run a couple minutes late. Overpriced, unfriendly and unwilling to help when the lashes fell out on day 3 and I let them know at the time of the initial appt that I would be on vacation for a full week starting the next morning. When I called the day we returned to ask about a small touch up they said there was nothing they could do and They offered me a 30 min touch up for almost the same price I paid for the full set.. No thank you!! Added details in response to owner: Lashes were finished 9/28 at 4pm, I called 10/9 as soon as the store opened around 9:45 am , so this is NOT 2 Full weeks later and as I said in my initial appointment, that I wouldn't be able to come in on day 3 as we were on vacation out of state. Had you reviewed my account completely you would also know that I did in fact purchase the cleanser to use 2x per day and I did so religiously as instructed. I came in for the first time about two weeks ago, and got a full set of wispy, hybrid lashes. They used an oil remover to take off the few lashes I still had on, it immediately got into my eyes and started burning. It was extremely painful, and i was unable to open my eyes due to the overwhelming pain. The woman doing my lashes didn't apologize once nor did she warn me or tell me to close my eyes tighter before applying it. The lashes were shorter and thinner than I had asked for. My left eye was bloodshot and unable to focus for 2 days after my appointment. After talking to two other lash techs I was informed the oil based removers are extremely harsh and dangerous to use if used improperly. Turns out i got chemical burn in my left eye. I am typically not the type of person to write negative reviews or say anything but i was pushed to write this by family n friends in hopes of warning others. I never went in while it was red because i wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. But after finding out it was a chemical burn the other day i thought it was the right thing to do. I paid $90 for a lash lift which was not worth the money at all. My eyelashes look almost exactly the same. This was my first time getting any eyelash treatment and wasn't informed on anything that was happening. My eyelashes are very long and this "lift" just makes them look sad. I asked how long a lift would take and was told approximately 1-1.5 hours however I was in the room for maybe 40 minutes total. I don't know if it was a lack of experience dealing with long lashes or just rushing through. I can't express how unhappy I am with the results and how upset I am having wasted my hard earned money. I've been going to this studio for a little under a year now and I don't know if I'm ever gonna go back to naked lashes. I get 13 mm D-curl lashes in the sexy style and I've gotten so many compliments about how good they look. Susanna was my very first stylist and made the process of sitting through my first set super comfortable and easy! I've also been seeing Aundrea for the past few fills and she is AWESOME! Not only is she sweet and easy to talk to, but she rocks at doing fills in a timely manner AND they stay for 3-4 weeks at a time. I haven't had any fall out or problems with them coming off without the natural shed of my regular lashes. Well, maybe I should've listened because the "volume" set I got was an extremely light classic application at best. I thought they'd be ok but the more I looked at them, the more upset I was. There was nothing "volume" about them! I cried. To make it worse, the already sparse lashes began falling out within a couple days. By 1 week, I had literally two lashes on my right eye and a clump of five lashes in the middle of my left eye. I went into the Tempe location a week later, they split the 69.99 cost with me as my first refill had not hit yet, as I was going on vacation on for Christmas and was not going to walk around with half lashes. Upon returning from vacation I went into the Scottsdale location, as everything is better in Scottsdale. Used my 69.00 refill, and paid additional for hybrids to be placed in as well. They did a great at job but not even a month later I have ZERO lashes left. I baby anything I get done (nails, extensions, lashes) so it's NOT user error. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Juan, the owner, who was apologetic and made sure I would leave that day happy. Ryan removed and replaced some lashes and was so gentle that I ended up snoring! My photographer sent sneak peeks over this weekend and my lashes look fabulous. I'm a little disappointed that it wasn't done right the first time but the studio definitely showed they cared and made sure I was happy.
