I came in the morning but was not offered a mocktail, water, soda or champagne mimosa... My final results for my pedicure were ok. I feel like there could have been a better job or closer attention to Details around the feet and it felt like everything was timer based. I can't tell you how happy I was to see that they use individually packaged pumice stones and had the tools in the sanitizer. That alone sells me on coming back! The same man who greeted me then came back and asked what I wanted and why I was there, which was confusing and unprofessional. When the pedicure finally started, the nail tech cut me twice, badly enough that I was bleeding and she had to apply pressure for a while to stop it. I was also nicked several other times on both feet. It was painful and careless. When it was time for polish, I still had the moisturizing mask on with towels wrapped around my legs. The tech told me she would be back and that someone else would do the polish. After the second tech finished painting my toes, she left. I waited about 15 minutes for my polish to dry, assuming the original tech would return to remove the mask and towels--but she didn't. Instead, I saw her start a brand-new pedicure on another customer. I ended up wiping off the mask myself, paid my bill, and left. I skipped the gel manicure entirely and did not leave a tip. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone. Don't go.
