I got my eyebrows threaded by Binu yesterday . I am very pleased with the results. I've been terrified of getting my brows done due to someone over-threading them back in 2017. It's been 6 years since I've allowed anyone to touch them. It was definitely time lol. I passed this shop by chance, looked up the reviews & decided to give B&B threading a shot. My eyebrows are uneven! I told the lady I wanted to leave them thick, that I was growing them out. I tried to explain that they needed to be matched together, one side was thicker than the other so I wanted her to leave the hair on the thinner side to grow out. I told her and was trying to explain all the details of it. I don't think she was listening. She didn't seem to look at one eyebrow and match the other. Think she was just going off each individual which now one looks higher than the other, the arches are different and the top of the brow is thinner from one to the other, also where the eyebrow begins is different, one is lower than the other. I get people can be vague in what they want but I wasn't, she kind of brushed me off like she could handle it but I was left with this. I had just moved here from California and I was looking for someone to thread my eyebrows. I had a girl in Scottsdale that I really liked but it's quite a bit of a drive for me so I was looking for something a little bit closer to Queen Creek. I consulted with Yelp and right away I found B& B Threading. I was able to make an appointment easily through Yelp. I arrived and I was pleased that parking was very available and convenient within the plaza. I was greeted right away by Bishmu who ended up being the one who threaded me. There was only one other girl there and it was very convenient. I was able to be in and out within 10 minutes, getting threaded, using the restroom, and paying. It was also one of the least expensive threading trips I think I've ever had. I told Bishmu that when it comes to my eyebrows I am very much less is more. I wanted her to clean up around the edges but I really did not want the shape to change whatsoever. She listened to me. There were a few strays that I found after, but I think it's because I told her not to take off too much because it was my first time there and I was hesitant. I am just following up to say this is now the only place I will get my brows done. They are extremely gentle which is so important to me as I start to feel irritation on the second brow when I'm being threaded at other places. Absolutely no feeling of that at B&B. Always, always a pleasant experience. I live about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic, but I will only go to B&B. Other places hurt and continually ignore my requests with keeping my brows thick. Both Beenu & Bishnu work with the client to get the best result - even if that means leaving some extra hairs (most other artists wouldn't do this even if it makes sense for someone who is working on their brow growth). The wait time is minimal, usually no wait or just one person ahead finishing up their service. read more

They don't thin them out like some other places... thin eyebrows went out in the 90s. They're also practicing social distancing and clean. They also take walk-ins. read more

I have went here for years with no problem until today! There is a new lady working here and she is horrible. I went today and asked that she just clean up the hairs below my brow and she took off the top and sides and I barely have any eyebrows left and no shape at all! I will have to draw on lashes until they grow out. She also kept getting the threads in my lashes! I've had the niece before and she is ok not great. If it isn't the lady they call the aunt then don't let them touch your eye brows! read more

Terrible experience. I went here to get my eyebrows done and now they're completely ruined. I had thick eyebrow when I came in because I spent three months growing them out. I specifically told her I just wanted them cleaned up and now I barely have any eyebrows at all. I'm embarrassed to even leave the house. I don't know if she didn't know what cleaned up meant or if she just didn't know how to do her job. I'm extremely disappointed and will definitely not be returning.
