Emma was absolutely amazing and she was so friendly, I've had her work on my hair both times I came in and did amazing! Definitely recommend her services. Thank you again Emma! read more

My granddaughter was quoted one price and it increased from $300 to $400. The owner said it was because too many people got involved. She was the only one involved. She even had to come back for them to fix errors. The owner was not very nice. Be very careful. That was a big price for a haircut and color that was not attractive at all read more

I just had my third visit at Lily Joy, my second time with Karina, her thoughtfulness and knowledge is second to none! Karina takes the time to discuss the process and listens to what I am wanting, after discussing what is going to be done she gives you your quote so all is up front and you know what to expect. The atmosphere is nice, very professional and music in the background. It is really nice to have a professional salon in the Estrella Market shopping center! Thank you Karina!! read more

Sherlyn gave me the best haircut and style of my life! I learned a lot about my wavy hair and how to take care of it in this Arizona heat. I look so good thanks to her! I would definitely drive here again just to have her! read more

I went in with three different colors in my hair and wanted a solid red. She mixed three different colors for me to match the solid color we were going for. Megan took her time and explained every process that she did to my hair. Everyone in the salon was helpful and so attentive. Nothing felt rushed and it was an overall relaxing experience. I will be booking regularly! read more

Not happy with my second visit. Completely different from my first visit. Went in for a final color dye & my hair turned out to look almost the same. No significant change like I wanted. I arrived at the salon four minutes late, struck up a conversation with the esthetician who was sitting outside the salon, I waved to the "hair stylist" said I'm here & waved. By the time I actually walked in to the salon it was ten minutes past my appointment time. She took thirty minutes to discuss & mix the hair color. She was clearly inexperienced, taking direction & instructions from the manager. This was very different from my first visit. In my first visit she said they consult with each other to make sure the are taking the best approach. However the manager didn't bother to follow up & make sure this girl was going in the right direction with the hair color. When she was done blow drying my hair I noticed the hair color wasn't really different - it looked almost the same. She even commented she didn't know why my hair wasn't taking to the hair dye. I was in a hurry to make my nail appointment so I had to rush out of there. Never did she offer an alternate solution. After my nail appointment I was able to take a closer look at my hair & really didn't like how it looked - my roots were the red/auburn color I wanted while the rest of my hair looked a lighter shade of cooper-ish. I called the salon, spoke to the make stylist, told him I wasn't happy with how my hair turned out. He didn't show any kind of sympathy & was quick to get off the phone with me, just saying I'd get a call back after speaking to his manager - this was 2 hours before closing. Up to now I have not received a call back. Visit hair salon at your own risk! read more

I've been coming here for about 3 years to get my haircut by Karina and I've loved it every time. We've gone from long to short hair and somewhere in between all done well and professionally. This is easily the best salon/stylist I've had and I look forward to coming here for years to come! read more

I can highly recommend Shari for eyelash extensions! This was my first time and she educated me about her services and had a great personality with pleasant conversation. She is beautiful inside and out and my eyelashes look and feel great. It took about 90 minutes and there was no unpleasantness at all. Go see Shari and you won't be disappointed. I look forward to trying the other esthetician services she provides with the 20+ years of experience she has. Thank you!!! read more

No one answers the phone no matter what time of day nor do they respond to inquiries.

I love Lily Joy! Karina makes this 67 year old look much younger with cuts and color! I don't go to anyone else and I travel from Glendale to be pampered! read more

Very disappointed with Lily Joy, the day of my appointment I had a meeting get unexpectedly added to my calendar. I called as soon as the salon opened to let them know I couldn't make it and they charge 50% of the service to cancel and offer no other solution. Truly terrible customer service. Avoid this place. read more

I had an appointment with Emma for a long overdue haircut. She was very sweet and welcoming discussed what I wanted and she went to work. Emma did a great job my hair looked wonderful just what I wanted. read more

Terrible management and customer service. The owner Karina clearly has trouble hanging on to both her employees and customers. What a shame. Been in before about 4 months ago and tried to walk in again to make an appointment two days in a row this week and they have been closed both days....odd. read more

Don't trust the prices on the website. They will quote you double in person then only do half the work. Buyer beware

Mayra did my hair today!!! She took her time and made me feel super comfortable and confident with my first appointment here :) Loved how the stylists worked together to help find the best style and way to go with coloring my hair to ensure that I leave happy and feeling the prettiest! The vibe is too cute in this salon and the staff are extremely kind. read more

I don't usually write reviews unless it's a must due to a terrible situation that may help others...but I want to send out as much praise as I can about Lily Joy Salon. Marissa is amazing and has so much talent and a ton of experience. I see NATALIE she is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and is super sweet. I know it's hard to find the right salon so if your up in Estrella Mountain Ranch check them out! Divina cut my daughters hair and she was so so so happy! I recommended Natalie to a friends mom and she looks amazing! read more

I have been going to Aveda salons for over 5 years - they are usually reliable, good service, super friendly. Not this one - horrible customer service. I reached out to the salon (both email and phone) with zero response. Just beware, and don't walk in thinking you will have the typical Aveda experience- it's more like a Super Cuts. read more

Just went in for haircut. Very please with the results. Jessica Baxter was my hair dresser. Very friendly and understood just what I was looking for in my haircut. Very clean salon, full service and good hair products. Made 2 follow up appointments. Very nice experience, reasonable prices and local. Recommend Lily Joy Salon! read more

My sister and I LOVE this salon. I have not been able to find a better stylist (Karina) who knows exactly what I want! Every time she knocks it out of the park. I have pretty curly hair, as does my sister, and she knows exactly how to do ours layers and bangs to suit our hair type. I literally haven't gone to a different person for the past few years! Will always be coming back. read more

I went in for a haircut and it was the best cut I got, very much needed. The hair stylist named Ariana did my hair and she was so nice and displayed great professionalism whilst having an entertaining conversation during the service. All of the stylists there were extremely nice from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for their hair needs to be fulfilled! read more

They are reasonably priced and I have always been pleased with my nails and toes. They get me in on a timely basis.

I don't usually write reviews but felt I should for this salon because of how great my stylist is. She did a color correction on my hair and walked me through every step and was very communicative. She took her time and I felt that she listened to what I was wanting and did an amazing job on my hair. If you're looking for a balayage specialist Megan is the best. read more
