Not happy with my second visit. Completely different from my first visit. Went in for a final color dye & my hair turned out to look almost the same. No significant change like I wanted. I arrived at the salon four minutes late, struck up a conversation with the esthetician who was sitting outside the salon, I waved to the "hair stylist" said I'm here & waved. By the time I actually walked in to the salon it was ten minutes past my appointment time. She took thirty minutes to discuss & mix the hair color. She was clearly inexperienced, taking direction & instructions from the manager. This was very different from my first visit. In my first visit she said they consult with each other to make sure the are taking the best approach. However the manager didn't bother to follow up & make sure this girl was going in the right direction with the hair color. When she was done blow drying my hair I noticed the hair color wasn't really different - it looked almost the same. She even commented she didn't know why my hair wasn't taking to the hair dye. I was in a hurry to make my nail appointment so I had to rush out of there. Never did she offer an alternate solution. After my nail appointment I was able to take a closer look at my hair & really didn't like how it looked - my roots were the red/auburn color I wanted while the rest of my hair looked a lighter shade of cooper-ish. I called the salon, spoke to the make stylist, told him I wasn't happy with how my hair turned out. He didn't show any kind of sympathy & was quick to get off the phone with me, just saying I'd get a call back after speaking to his manager - this was 2 hours before closing.
