I went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. The older woman, Lisa, was doing my pedicure. She was not at all friendly and never spoke to me, even though I spoke to her. I will make sure to never let her do my nails. She would not listen to my request and just ignored me. I was miserable while she was doing the pedicure. As a resident of Estrella Mountain Ranch, I'm so grateful this nail salon exists. Kellie and Jason always take care of me. The coconut pedicure is so relaxing with the scrub and hot stones. I always do dip nails and the selection is great. I prefer that my toes match my nails, and their products have a three match system for regular polish, gel, and then dip. They don't do dip on toes, so I will rotate between regular and gel on my toes. My nails and toes have always matched which may seem weird, but it matters to me. They take their time here and make sure you leave feeling great. My dip nails usually last about a month and toes the same. read more

I recently visited this nail salon because it is close to my home and I have to say, this is the worst nail salon I have even been to. It was not a welcoming environment and did not once finish my nails how I wanted them and explained with details. They made it seem like it was my fault and instead of trying to apologize, they started to be snappy at me. Current score is right on par for where I would rank it. My friend and I had set an appointment. We still had to wait a few mins past our time to be seen, but I'm not complaining about that. My guy was fine. I have no complaints about him. My friend, however, got a new girl. The new girl didn't speak any english, so the guy doing my feet was translating all of my friend's requests. My friend pulled her toe back in pain at one point cuz the girl cut too far down. The red polish that my friend chose was not only on her toenails, but her toes as well. All in all, between the 2 of us, it was a 3 star experience. I would not choose to go back here, but I'm hardly in the area. If you want a place that nickel and dimes you, then you found your spot. This place will charge you $5 to fix a broken acrylic nail tip (just one nail), $5 to shape the nail in an almond shape. We go to another salon now and can get a new fullset of acrylic nails with a French manicure cheaper than a getting fill and fixing the one broken nail. It not just the price, the customer service lacks as well at NAILcessity as well. When I asked about the price for the almond shaping and being charged $5 the manager told me to have my daughter come back in and they would shape it in another shape and he would give me $5 back. Here's the thing: I understand as someone who works the service industry the worst thing is getting someone last minute. I'm getting married tomorrow, and because my normal nail girl is away I thought my mom, my bridesmaid, and myself. I called ahead at the wedding venue, explaining the situation and I know for a fact my nervous self said it so nicely. They told me they had an opening at 3 pm and before I could say it wouldn't work, the man over the phone offered a 12:30 slot For 3 gel pedicures, and 2 gel manicures. I don't know if the reception was bad or what, but we get there and I told them how I was here for our appt and the man said how he only had us down for 2 pedicures and 2 manicures...okay lol. I was like oh, um no I said 3. But whatever, not a big deal. We got seated in a good amount of time, took my bridesmaid and mom back for their manicures and I waited for my pedicure. They were helpful to make sure our colors were the ones we wanted. I don't know the name of who did my pedicure but he was awesome and so attentive. So I added an extra star but only for him. My toes are done, my bridesmaid's toes and manicure are done, and my mom is still waiting with her feet in water getting cold. Hello? I finally got up and asked how much longer for my mom because at this point it's been an hour and we need to hit the road, which I get isn't really anyone's problem but our own. They said it will take another 10- 15 minutes. No ma'am. Be so for real. I walk over the manager or owner or whoever is talking down to my mom and telling her how he has her down for 3:30 because he only had us for 2 pedicures. Okay. Back up my mom first of all. I just had the worst pedicure ever. I only go to this place because it was convenient. I have not been happy in the past because the place is dirty, they are rude and the vibe is not good. But today was horrible and I can never return sadly. The pedicure lasted :15 minutes, my heels are still extremely dry, she poked and hurt me twice with the cuticle tool and the water to start was scalding. I'm a longtime client of theirs Every time I go I always see the same nail lady make appointments. The last few visits have been very disheartening but today was a final straw. I made an appointment for nails and pedicure because they started with my pedicure. I had to wait even longer to get my nails done. They stopped in between my pedicure to do someone else's already took my dip polish off, so I could not leave with my nails like that The owner then told me I would have to wait till after her other appointment to even get my nails done since they said it should've started with my nails first 3 1/2 hours. My nail technician seemed miserable, she was massaging with one hand barely touching me. This service made me feel like walking out but imagining how that would look soaking wet, lucky for me my gel polish was applied well, but communication was also an issue. My sister's manicure was a nightmare she woke up with nails that didn't dry completely and the top coat bubbled up on here nails, they look awful. Such a waste of money, I can't recommend this salon to any of our new neighbors and we will never return. read more

Went in for a basic pedicure. Do Not go to this salon if you are looking for professional service, verbal communication, and cleanliness. The pedicurist did not speak English. She handed me a book and I selected which treatment I was interested in. The scrub, callus removal, massage, etc. were all done so swiftly, I almost did not notice that she completed that part of the service. Because she could not communicate, she pushed and pulled my feet to a position she needed to do the pedicure. I had selected two colors of polish to consider which is what I communicated to her. Obviously, she did not understand me. She proceeded to apply the polish she selected and put the other choice in her cart. She met me at the front counter so I could pay. I pulled out my phone wallet app....Lisa, the pedicurist, had no idea how to process the payment. She was bewildered. The male manicurist providing service to another customer near the front counter proceeded to attempt to tell Lisa what to do. She did not know where the machine was, he is speaking to her in an annoying and frustrated tone and she did not understand. He walked up to the counter, rattled off words in her language.....the WiFi did not connect to my phone....now he is annoyed with me and started speaking to me in a disrespectful tone. I said to him that I am not stupid and not to speak in such a manner. I put my phone away, pulled the actual card, paid for the service and left. I will never return to this salon. Asked for chrome on my nails and they said no they didn't have time, no where near closing, just didn't give enough time between appts. Then after starting and working 15 minutes they said someone who was arrived super late for an appointment needed to be attended to. They left us mid appointment and made us WAIT ANOTHER 30 minutes. They did ok job the nails themselves. Second experience, took her (out of necessity for something close) and they left them way too long, because of time constraint they could get them cut shorter, returned to get them "cut only" and the lady straight-up rudely responded to me, saying why don't you just wait until you come get them cut, there's a wait." Had to argue about getting it done. And they tried to charge for the "additional work". They do NOT know how to treat customers. Well. They used to be my favorite but unfortunately they find a way to charge you an arm and a leg without telling you. They suggested I add glitter just on the tips of my dip nails. They didn't tell me how much extra and it ended up being $13 MORE because it was ombré. I didn't ask for it, they just did it. My mom added glitter and they didn't charge her a dime more. Will not be going back. They did the same thing when I asked for almond shape last time. If they were more transparent with their pricing I would respect it. I'm recounting my senior mother's experience from a few months ago, that she just now told me. This likely involves the owner. My mother, who has a disability due to a stroke, went in for a nail service. Due to her stroke, she faces challenges using her hand, leading to unintentional pulling. The man not only argued with her about this but also physically pulled on her arm. Additionally, he made her uncomfortable by commenting on her sitting posture and speaking in his language laughing making her feel targeted. The lack of consideration for her disability is unprofessional and infuriating. I wouldn't recommend this place for individuals with disabilities due to the evident lack of patience and empathy. read more

My go to place in the Goodyear area for nex-gen mani and pedicure. 9 out of ten visits are great. I'm a night person, so we usually arrive later (between 4-7 pm). Love this wonderful gem. Everyone is so nice and very polite. Very clean and lots of room. I alway get something called NexGen nails they look amazing. Everywhere I go women ask me about them. You definitely need to try them, much better for your own nails than acrylic. I alway make sure I make an appointment. They do book up real fast. Thank you for making my hands and feet look beautiful. Whenever I have people in from out of town I take them in and they just love the experience they have there.
