This happened so many times I lost count. While on hold I got back in my car and drove back to the pharmacy. - this pharmacy is horrible understaffed for the amount of business they get. I have no problem calling my insurance to make sure that things are covered. But the way that she decided to talk to me was extremely rude. Completely unprofessional and quite frankly uncalled for. This was an older woman, I proceeded to let her know that she was being rude. As I was making my phone call standing not even 10 feet away. I could hear her continuing to talk smack about me with her employees. Completely ridiculous.

Good Customer Service…read more I went into CVS because I thought I might be coming down with a bug and thought it would be a good idea to stock up on some over the counter medicine. When I arrived at the store I wasn't quite sure what medicine would be the appropriate medicine to take. The pharmacist took the time to answer all my questions even suggested a medicine that would work best. I normally do not go to CVS for my prescriptions or over-the-counter drugs. However this will be the place I come in the future. You can't beat this type of customer service. In fact the customer service is so good and fast I didn't have time to walk the aisles looking at the random items you find in drug stores.

Did not even acknowledge us. I walked up to the counter and said Hi and she still did not say one word. She was working on Tuesday March 2nd at 11am. She gave trash service and her job should be given to someone else who isn't miserable. Regardless if I was able to shop there or not that doesn't give her an excuse to treat people that way.
