Showed up before appointment time and after 15 minutes past appointment went to desk and said I had to leave because I had to be somewhere within an hour and a half. Girl said "okay". No, "I have a technician in a few minutes", no " I apologize for the wait can we offer you a $5 gift card toward your next service", no customer retention gesture at all. I made an appointment with more than an hours notice. We chose the basic pedicure which was advertised as a one hour pedicure with a 5 minute massage. We were sat in the pedicure chair at 10:35am and checked out and in the parking lot by 11:07am. Pedicures "complete". I noticed things during my service but didn't mention them, it wasn't until we got outside and my daughter let me look at her toes, that it made me look closer at mine and this is what we paid $75 for. I have tried this nail salon a couple of times. The first time wasn't bad. The pedicure was good but the water was cold and they had to boil water to make it hot for me. The manicure was just okay, I felt rushed because I wasn't getting acrylic. I thought I could express my needs and the next appointment would be better. I arrived for my second appointment two weeks later and I started with a pedicure. Again the water wasn't hot enough so I asked for more and got it about 15 minutes into my pedicure. The pedicure went okay. I have some problem areas she didn't address as well as I would like. The water kept getting hotter to the point I was taking my foot out and it was red when I pulled it out. I also stepped on some type of heater in the water that burned my foot. Pedicure done and I went for my manicure, again I felt rushed. You could still see red in the side from my previous color and she knicked my cuticles a couple of times rushing. She messed up my polish and just painted over it but didn't fully fix it, at that point I knew I was never going back. When I asked her to correct the red around she attempted to clean the red with her nails and a paper towel but the paper towel ripped and it was just her nails which hurt. I didn't enjoy my experience. I have three stars because the pedicure was bad. read more

My nail tech was extremely rude, grabbing my hands and pushing them away when she wanted them or to put them under the lamp, and acted like I was the most annoying client when I asked if there was a darker option of the color I had chosen. She did the bare minimum, my cuticles were barely touched nor were they cleaned up, no cuticle oil was used and she only used a dremel to sand off my old polish. When I asked her fix a few spots where she had been careless with the polish and to even out the shape of my nail it was like a personal affront. Will never be coming back here. read more

I called shortly after opening on 8/31 and made an appointment for 3pm. The spa pedicure was okay, but the manicure is one of the worst I have ever had. The tech removing my nails was moving comically fast, like running in her heels and grinding my nails so fast and hard they were HOT and the dremel kept slipping off my nails and hitting my fingers. I told them what I was wanting when I called so why she was acting like she was working on a time crunch is beyond me. When my nails were finally prepped, she didn't like how thin and sensitive they were, which wasn't surprising considering she ground the living hell out of them. She then proceeded to pressure me into getting builder gel, which I didn't want because I knew the long stiletto wouldn't work as well but I ended up caving because I was already not feeling the happiest about the experience thus far. My nails are so bad, I want to cry. I paid almost $150 for my pedicure and builder gel set for my birthday and they're crooked, lumpy, and curled at the ends. Now that I've had a day to really examine them, the edges are jagged and unpainted, you can see my natural nail edges underneath and she cut me multiple times so my cuticles are all screwed up. I want them fixed before I go on vacation but they're so tender and I have little open wounds on multiple fingers so that's just not possible. I'm so angry and all I want is my money back so I can get them done somewhere else because they can't be trusted to do them right. read more

This place is right by my house and I took my mom. We came for two pedicures and the plug for the water came off and BURNT my foot to the point that I instantly got a blister. The staff said nothing. Not even a sorry. And the pedicure chair, the massager pinched my back. I have never. And it was $123 for two pedicures. Insane. Horrible customer service. I have been coming here for 2 years. I had an appointment for a pedicure. I chose the deluxe pedicure with a paraffin wax add on. This is my usual service. A young man(won't give name out of respect) rushed through my pedicure. Cut my toenails so quickly that I left with 2 of my toes in extreme pain due to being way too short. He rushed through the exfoliation and only fully exfoliated the bottom of one of my feet. He kept pulling at my feet and rudely saying, " keep your feet pushed forward." The only positive was that he worked with me because this time the color swatches I chose weren't very close to the actual color when applied. Another technician spent only 15 minutes filing the top layer and applying the new color and I was charged $55 for it! With the $60 pedicure, that's $115 total. not sure how to feel abt this place...i've been coming here since 2023 and I really liked their work. i usually get crazy crazy designs only paid from 80$-100$. I don't really mind what I pay for my nails as long as Im not paying anything crazy for color. the first time i ever got my nails done here I had gotten my nails done here i only paid 60 dollars for acrylic and color. when i started getting design, obviously, it started getting a little pricier. I was asking for more so it was understandable. However, this time I got my nails done with Quin and i got super simple nails. just color. she charged me 80 dollars. SIMPLE nails. and it was a fill...i don't know if every tech charges differently, but when i last did a fill for just color it was 50 dollars. maybe it was just her that charges this time ay because like i said, i get crazy designs here and pay 80 with a gentleman that sits in the third ish row from the back of the salon to the front. i was not fond of being charged 80 for going over someone else's work. maybe I just wont get my nails done with quin or here at all. and sorry to quin that I didn't leave a tip but its the tip was included with the fill and color change. read more

I have been here twice both with my niece. The first time, I forgot to take pictures but the french pedicure was awesome and the lady was gently plus super friendly. My twice visit was opposite from my first visit. The lady that did my pedicure this time, was not wanting to be there. I got the #3 with the longer message and some more goodies. She keep speaking Vietnamese to her co-workers, never really asking me if everything is ok. She was very rough and cut on the sides of my toenails. It was painful too. I noticed she skipped my top coat on my pedicure. She told me to stay and wait. She never came back and left me sitting there. I tried to put on my flip flops and messed up the left big toe's polish. The other nail technical working on my niece called and yelled for my technical, who was in the breakroom or something in the back. She came out after awhile and she looked disappointed that I messed up my polish. She rushed the re-polish without a basecoat but put a topcoat on this one, and this time she helped me with my flipflops. read more

Logan did my fill for me today when I came in 30 minutes before they closed (sorry!), and he did such a good quick job without making it feel like he was rushing. It was super busy, and they were cleaning up to get out by 5 but still accommodated me, which I appreciate because my schedule only allowed me to come in at that time. I got my full set from here about a month ago, the pink french tips, which were cute, a little crooked, but the best color match to my inspiration picture (not shown). I'll be coming back for Logan when i need my next fill or set :). What I liked: Thin (sides and top), blended smoothly to the base, great shaping, clean looking, fit my nail beds, no excess on sides or underneath. no damage done to my cuticles. ps: I asked for my right hand pointer finger nail to be shorter because it always breaks anyway. read more
