Although the burns healed, they left dark discoloration that I am still dealing with. After reporting the burns, I requested a refund but was repeatedly asked for photos and told to wait until after my dermatology appointment. Even after providing my dermatologist's documentation, I did not receive a decision within the promised five business days. I understand chemical peels have risks, but I expected accountability, better communication, and compassion after being injured. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I cannot recommend this business.
