This place had a lot of great reviews so I went in for the first time today and I wasn't disappointed! The place is clean, staff are friendly, and Steve did a wonderful job on my nails! I sent him a picture via email and that's what he gave me! He kept constantly making sure throughout the process that it was what I wanted. I highly recommend this place and will recommend to all my friends. Coming back for sure! Just be sure to make an appointment!

This was my first time going to this salon and it definitely won't be my last. Finally found the nail place that I'm willing to give my business to. Had a scheduled 1 o'clock appt and was happily greeted when I first came in. Was offered something to drink while I chose the colors that I wanted. After waiting a few minutes I got a chair with Steven. Genuinely nice person with great customer service. He did my nails exactly how I wanted them! I look forward to getting my fill here. You can't go wrong with the prices as well, it's really affordable with great quality. If you are debating going here, I wouldn't wait any longer. But, def make an appt because it does get busy and you don't want to wait too long.

Second time visiting this salon and second time my mother and myself are thoroughly satisfied. Every staff member I've come into contact with has been amazing. Steven did mine and my mom's nails, Julie did my toes and Shayla did my mama's toes. I rarely get pedicures and Julie took her time and was very knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done perfectly. My mom has some feet problems and Shayla took extra care of my mom. Everyone in this salon is so friendly (Steven is sassy which makes him even more great) This will now be my new spot for mommy/daughter dates.

At first I wanted to try is nail place cause it had good reviews and stars and it was my first time trying it out and at first it was nice they were friendly.. But the guy that did my full set I loved the color but he really messed up on my natural nail and I don't know if I have nail trauma now or nail fungus now !!.... But I'm not happy the way my natural nails looks .... And another thing to my nails lifted in like a week and my fake nails where hurting my cuticles and my nail beds ... And when took them off they look all bad now ... I will never come back here ..

Came in for first time today and will be back. The salon is beautiful and people are very nice. It's a relaxing place to be. They did a fantastic job on my nails without any pain or cuts. They were able to copy the Pinterest design I wanted perfectly. I will be back.

I had my nails done for a big event by Steven and I was very happy with the outcome. He can be hard to understand some times but when you can understand him he is hilarious. I would recommend them, I only knocked down one star because they charged me $28 rather than the $23 that was advertised for gel nails. read more

I received a $50 gift card last year (February 2020) for Steven Crazy Nails. As everyone knows, shortly after the COVID pandemic happened and everything shut down. Now that things finally opened up and I have my COVID vaccine, I feel comfortable attended public places with high traffic. Unfortunately, my gift card expired on 02/2021. I called to ask if they would still honor it due to stores being shut down with the whole pandemic and I was told, "No...it expired so it's expired" and they won't honor it. Very disappointed as I used to frequent this place often. You lost my family's service. read more

Was super surprised that this place has such great reviews. I went in this place based off of the reviews and was highly disappointed! My nail tech was the guy in the front he did a horrible job, my nails lifted after a week, I asked for two coats of primer but he didn't listen and my nail color was rippled! A couple of the ladies as well as my nail tech kept giving my daughter dirty looks and heavy sighs and PAUSED repeatedly with each of my fingers because she was doing ballerina moves , she's 2 and is extremely well behaved and NEVER have we received such rudeness from a nail salon anywhere! If anything they talk to her sit with her and smile! I felt completely uncomfortable and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! And before someone says "don't bring your child to a nail salon" pretty sure this would be considered YOUR future business! read more

I came in today as a walk-in and only had to wait about 10 minutes before being sat for a manicure. Julie took care of me and did a beautiful job all while being friendly and informative during the process (i.e. cost, number of coats, etc.). The salon itself is immaculate and shows pride of ownership. Being that I recently started treating myself to manicures, I have gone to 3 other nail salons recently, and Crazy Nails has by far been the friendliest, cleanest, and the most comfortable. I'm glad I don't need to search anymore for a great nail place. read more

Walked in today at 4:15 on a Friday (they close at 7:30) asked for a pedicure and was told," No. All full today" . There was 1 woman getting a pedicure and 1 person getting nails ???? There was no attempt at 1. Seeing if I could come back later today. 2. Suggesting a better day. Not to mention, nothing on their website states appt necessary. Totally disappointed by the lack of common professionalism or courtesy. Won't be going back !!!! read more

Do not go here!!!! I was super excited after reading the reviews on yelp and thought I finally found a nail salon I would want to keep going to. I went for a full set and pedicure. Was there for 2 and a half hours with an appointment (I was 5 minutes late & called them to make sure it was okay, they didn't mind considering they only had two customers left). All that got finished was my pedicure and this how it looks after a week. If i'm being totally honest it turned yellow the third day I had it one. Even though I had an appointment they kept taking customers that just walked in while I was waiting for my full set. At that point I decided to pay and leave. Very nice people but terrible planning on there part. read more

This is my new nail place, the nail techs remember who you are, they are funny and make you feel welcomed. My toes usually get jacked up from my workout schedule and they give a great pedi, foot massage. This is the only place I'll go now. read more

Amazing place! Super clean and the staff is very friendly. I originally wanted a gel nail manicure, but then I was rushed for time so I changed super quick and needed just a basic manicure. Shayla was super nice and understanding. Also, she did an amazing job of trimming my cuticles. I Went here to get a pedicure done a few Sunday's ago. They told me they were closed it was 3:40 and the sign on the door said closes at 5. When I first walked in no one greeted me they all just sat there staring at me like I was not welcome. Service was not friendly. read more

My 1st time and I absolutely LOVE my nails. Steve did my nails and did a fantastic job. I stopped in cause it is close to my job, I honestly wasn't expecting anything special, just a typical stop at the nail shop..... boy was I wrong. The mani & pedi I had on 3/17/26 was AWFUL, AWFUL!!! PLUS both nail techs talked about and LAUGHED AT ME right to my face!! I have never been made to feel more demoralized in my life all because I asked for my nails to be short, square and smooth so that I wouldn't scratch myself or run my pantyhose -- A SIMPLE request that I made when I first sat down. The woman that did my pedi used a metal grater that removed so much skin from the bottom of my feet that I couldn't hardly walk for 3 days, and it hurt terribly for over a week! The odd thing was the area she scraped and scraped didn't have hardly any need for such a device. The actual caluses were never even touched!! It seemed almost as if it was done out of spite. They knew that my son's wedding was in 3 days too. So after this brutal pedi, I could barely walk, dance or do anything during the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception or the farewell brunch. It was absolutely the worst experience of my life!!! The skin on the bottom of my feet was so damaged that it was bright red for nearly 3 weeks! Most businesses treat their customers nicely if only to have repeat business. I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would treat their client with such vile behavior ESPECIALLY when I was so kind, curteous and tried to be engaging. Oh and that was the second time the manicurist treated me like that. If you don't like what you do, don't take it out on your paying client. I will never go back there EVER EVER again!! By the way, I just got a mani & pedi this evening from another salon and am absolutely thrilled with how my nails look!! That salon over on Lake Pleasant Rd treated me with such love that I can't wait to go back there!!

I don't write reviews very often so believe me when I say that this place is worth sitting down and writing a review for! First of all, I have to say that I haven't been to this salon in YEARS (unfortunately I moved almost an hour away and had to stop coming here). Recently, I was in the area and needed a pedi. I walk through the door and Sheila and Steven recognized me immediately. THAT is great customer service! They remembered how I liked my nails done. They are so friendly, funny and efficient. They always ask questions to make sure you like the color you picked out and you feel comfortable. They offer you water and are extremely accommodating. The price is awesome! I seriously can't express enough how quickly I fell in love with this place and the employees. I went with my boyfriend, we both got pedicures and I got a full set. Steven actually took his time and did it right! I have always had trouble with getting my nails done, and he did it perfect. Just the way I like it and wanted it. No trouble at all. My boyfriend got a pedicure for the first time and was nervous, but they made him comfortable and instead of talking amongst themselves and making us both feel awkward, they actually talked to us. Had real conversations with us. I'm not quite sure what a really good tip would be, but I hope I tipped them good, because they honestly deserved it. I had felt like I had been going there all my life and we all knew each other. My best friend recommended them to me and I'm super glad she did!!!! Hello just wanted to thank you for your amazing job on my nails I'm in love with them ! Probably one of my best experiences, this place was very clean and welcoming I didn't have a appointment but they still made a spot for me! The shape of my nails are perfect ! And no cuts witch is always great ! Steven took his time and made me feel so cared for very professional listened to exactly what I wanted /needed. The polish on my nails looks great they do have little spots that were missed but personally it's not a big deal! Steven is an amazing artist and should be praised for his ability to create such a beautiful art. I have been going to him for at least three years now and I couldn't be happier every time I go. He is professional and a master of nail design. What's even more incredible are his prices and the fact that whenever you get acrylic nails they stay on for a full two weeks and if one breaks off he is more than willing to fix it for a very minimal cost which is rare. I have since moved to Connecticut where I detest getting my nails done, the prices here are ridiculous and when I come home in August for vacation one of my first stops will be Stevens crazy nails. read more

By far the cleanest, friendliest and careful work I've had on my nails. I've been going to Steven and Shayla for over 3 years and won't let anyone else touch my nails. They offer certificates after so many visits and his work is impeccable. Steven is particular about his work and takes the time in his work so it meets the quality expected. The friendly atmosphere and clean environment makes getting mani and pedis a treat without having to worry about getting ripped off with fast but poor quality care. If you're looking for a place to commit this may be you're new home because you can't find the same quality and service at any other nail salon. read more

Best place ever for nails & pedicures ! I use the pink and white product with gel coating on my nails. Steven doesn't just build up product on product but rather keeps them filed down so they look thin and natural after fills and back-fills. My nails look great and so natural. My cuticles also look great. Shayla's pedicures are also the best I have ever had and so relaxing. I always have the callus treatment and my feet feel so good after a pedicure. I visited the salon for the first time. The first thing I noticed was how clean and beautiful it was. Steven did my nails and I really enjoyed the conversation, but also his focus on my nails. They have a huge selection of gel polish. I also had the best pedicure of my life....literally. It was so amazing. The young lady (I didn't catch her name) really massaged my calves and my feet. I was quickly falling asleep in my chair. Nails and toes came out beautifully. Price isn't the cheapest I have had, but certainly not the most expensive. Just went here for my first time and I'm glad to be able to go back in two weeks! Steven was able to take me as a walk-in (I called to make sure beforehand just in case!) and was super kind and accommodating. He made sure he knew exactly what I wanted and checked with me throughout the process to make sure everything was good. He had me in and out in a flash without sacrificing quality either. Prices are very reasonable and staff are friendly, would recommend this salon to my friends or relatives! I had my nails painted by Katey and then designed by her aunt. I walked in without an appointment, but was still warmly greeted. Staff was friendly and competent. I received several compliments on the design of the nails and enjoyed that the nail artist made small chit chat, rather than sitting sullenly as in other locations. I've been going to Stevens nails for a couple of years now. ... he is hands down the best! They continually have new colors and the quality is great. The pedicures are so relaxing, with hot stones and hot towels included. If you give them a try, you'll be hooked! The prices are very competitive, and they have a stamp card, where you get a stamp every time you go, and when you fill it with 10 stamps you get a FREE pedicure ! Definitely a plus! read more

I read reviews on Steven before deciding to give his place a try. I arrived on a mellow Friday two weeks ago. He was funny and friendly and did an amazing job on my nails. He was very meticulous. I waited two weeks to be assured my nails would last. Even with wearing them extra long they are all still beautiful and I have gotten multiple compliments. Fell in LOVE with this place!!! First time here and I got a gel manicure and it turned out perfect and I am very picky!! Also got an eyebrow wax and she was so gentle and really took her time. I have been too many nail salons. This one by far is the best. It was extremely clean and well-managed. The staff there was friendly and they did an absolutely amazing job on my nails.
