I have given this pathetic establishment way to many tries. I refuse to get my nails done here because every single time I have to go home and re shape them myself . Lash lady leaves my eyes stinging everytime and pulls my original lashes out on a full. They asked me to come in a day early after telling me they have no openings until Sunday. I texted Katie's young lame ass at the front and she said yes 11. I show up at 11 and don't get seen until 11:25. $125 for these lashes just are not worth it. I made a reservation for 1pm. My girlfriend arrived 15 minutes early to only have to wait until 1:30. After getting her pedicure and the color she wanted, she asked for her finger nails to match the same color on her toenails. The woman helping her did not use the correct color when trying to match her toe nails. When she informed the employee that the colors did not match, the employee attempted to paint over the already applied polish. After doing so, you can tell there was originally a lighter color underneath the correct color. Additionally her finger nails were not trimmed properly. It's unacceptable that anyone should have to pay $85 for very poor work. She will not be returning here. read more

I took my husband to Diva Nails to get our usual manicure and pedicure. This one was close to our home so we thought this may be our new go to place... Our experience left us traumatized. For starters the salon seemed understaffed and overbooked although we made an appointment for 4:30, we did not finish and leave until 7:20. We began with our pedicure, I upgraded my husbands pedi to the "healing" pedicure because he's on his feet a lot and I really wanted him to feel relaxed.. The technician used the "cheese grater" callus remover so aggressively in between every toe that it resulted in deep open bloody wounds. Due to the open sores the tech was not able to finish all the other add ons in the service that I paid extra for... not only did it take over 3 hours for our services but my husband left limping and in excruciating pain. They did not offer to take the pedicure off the bill ( considering the service wasn't complete, but in fact completely botched) When I called to explain my experience and explained that now we have to go to the doctors office to be sure there is no infections to the "manager" he proceeds to tell me that I need to bring my husband back in so he could take a look and decide for himself if it it bad enough to refund us... read more

So I've been here twice now and I can honestly say they do a phenomenal job with your nails. All of the employees are super nice and so accommodating. I have a limited hand and finger movement so it's super hard for me to find a nail tech that is patient enough with me to do my nails. Today I had my appointment John and he did and a wonderful job. The design I got was super simple but it made a world of difference going to a nail tech that actually understands my needs. Loved this place the aesthetic is nice, but recently walked in with my mom to see availability and it was booked, which is understandable we did not make appointments so we made an appointment for the following day, the man did not write down our names or time and just took his word that he would remember for our appointments the following day. Upon the day of appointment we waited an extra 30 mins past they took my mom first but her nail tech left my mom with just the plastic nail glued on her nails and did not return for 20 mins, and I till wasn't attended after 50 mins, nicely we cancelled and had them removed the nails because of our time crunch. She did a poor job filing, shaping, clipping and painting. I got home and had to clip off the shreds of nail from her horrible filing job. They need more and newer polishes. Not good colors selection. The two I did pick, she kept adding thinner. My polish has bubbles and rough edges. Sloppy color left in skin too. Super cheap service but not worth it. save yourself some time tbh. ive gone to the same salon for years and thought i should try somewhere new and this place was right down the road. i ALWAYS get a classic pedicure with acrylic on my big toe and gel polish. this service has never failed me and i have been doing it for years. i come to diva nails and ask to do the same thing. within just a few days the gel started to peel and the acrylic started to erode away. yes, ERODE. then after a week the corner breaks off. i go back to get it fixed, not only did they try to find a reason to blame either me or the technician but then they charged me $8 to fix the nail. and then guess what, two days later my gel started to peel and the corner broke off again. i will not be going back. read more

When they opened, they quickly got everyone checked in, washed up and to their posts. It was fast! The place is bright and airy, smells and looks clean. Asked for black dip French tips... horrible she couldn't do it which I respect but she kept saying she could and I kept suggesting to do something easier. She complained the whole time how messy it is and how all her tools she cannot use anymore because they were stained black. As if that was my fault and shouldn't they be replacing them either way? So i went here because of the high reviews. I called and made an appt for 3 pedi and 1 fill. I got there thinking they would do all the pedi together but no he took my family and sat them to do pedis and then sat me with a guy to do my nails. Ok. Matbe that is my fault for not specifying when i made the appt. I can handle that. The guy doing my nails stopped 5 different times to play a video game on his phone. And i know because my family could see his phone from sitting in the pedi chairs. I was wondering how do you just stop doing my nails and pick up ur phone. RUDE!. Then instead if leaving a chair open next to my family they sat someone there so when i was done i couldnt even sit next to them.there were other seats available. The 2 people working on my families pedis started at the same time but my 13 yrs olds ended about 15 mins before my boyfriends. Why? Her feet are worse than his because of all the sports she plays. Is it cause shes a kid? Are you giving me a kid discount? No, wwll then it should be the same length of time. Since i was sitting across from her i could see all the dead skin still on her feet but now rough. So i asked them to do it again. On a positive note my nails look good.
