Made apt for nails for my daughters & myself and they offered seats that were so far away we couldn't even see each other, when making apt. It should have been shared that sitting together wasn't an option. The front desk " gentleman" didn't care and wasn't apologetic at all. Last time i go here. Also the nail color selection my grown daughters were offered was a disappointing selection . I opted out of doing my nails so i could walk back and forth from one end of the shop to the other to have conversations with my girls. Very Disappointing experience. read more

This was our second time coming to Classic Nails. We made appointments and checked in. They had no record even with text verification. They asked who we had appointment to with and we told them one person. The reaction when we were looking to see who we booked with was met with "eye rolls" and attitude. They said we had to wait, which was fine. While waiting we pulled up the other text and saw the name of the person our appointment was with and we were met with "well, someone can take you now" with a condescending tone. This isn't how customers should be treated even if you are busy. read more

I've gone there for 3-4 years. After seeing how they prioritize new clients over existing, the quality started going down yet their prices are gradually rising. They like to sit you in a pedicure chair with water for 30-45 minutes and do nothing and when you finally decided you have wasted enough of your time they suddenly want to take care of you. I value my time and loyalty. Nail salons are on every corner. Its time to move on. read more

They are great at doing nails but the person who answers the phone when I call to make an appointment is very rude and had an attitude.

I will never go back. To feel like I interrupted the tech by coming in and getting a mani and pedi is not good service. Started with mani. Once I said I wanted a basic service she threw the menu. The tech then leaves old nail polish on my feet and one of my toe nails slanted. She was about to paint over that until I asked her to take the old polish off and fix the nail. I wasn't upset at that point because she fixed it. Well when we get to my mani she starts shaping them square my nails were not square and she never asked me what I wanted. I asked her to please shape them in almond as they are on the other hand. She mumbles under her breath and whispers to her friend like I am wrong for not wanting square nails. I am paying and she lucky she got a tip as rough and rude as she was. Also while getting my services I see a woman sweeping the floor and the table with the same broom used on the floor is that sanitary??!!! Yeah, never again. read more

Booked online for mani pedi and waxing for the wife and I. This was our first and final visit. Booking online made zero difference. They had no idea we were coming, or what services we wanted. No greeting, no offer of water. Nothing. The pedicures were ok. Not horrible, but not great either. Sadly, in addition to having no idea we were coming, they also had zero intention of doing the manis or the waxing. When we tried to explain, they just kept talking to each in Vietnamese standing right in front of us. After being ignored for 116 seconds ( by this time I was timing) they started to realize we were very unhappy and we were leaving. They made half hearted gestures to get us to stay but it was too late. Customer service is 0/10 Cleanliness is 5/10. not dirty, but not clean either. Pricing: 5/10. I mean there are 10,000 nail salons in the valley, so they can't afford to be too off on pricing anywhere. Total points 10/30 F, fail. You have many many choices and I recommend chosing somewhere else. read more

New to the area and have come to this spa twice in four months out of convenience. First time, great full set SNS with tips by Kristie (no longer there); horrible pedi that led to an infected toenail (by Rose). Decided to brush off the pedi and go back because the SNS was great the first time. Now, green fingernails (don't recall tech name) for the first time since I started having artificial nails in 1997. The staff have been nice, but I can't recommend as I think there are misses on their sanitization and product application procedures. read more

I typically don't write reviews unless they are very good or very bad...this place was awful. My husband and I went here on a date night before dinner. Kyle did my pedicure and Rose did his. My "massage" was literally just him putting lotion on my legs/feet and the hot stones grazed my legs for 4 seconds max. My toenails were all shaped into different lengths and shapes. The paint was so chunky! I do far superior pedicures myself but really look forward to the massage. There was no massage. My poor husband got the worst though. She was cutting his toenails and took a huge chunk out of the side and cut back way too far. He was bleeding for hours and woke up to a super tender and swollen toe. We are really hoping that their things were disinfected so he doesn't end up with an infection. Do not go here. read more

I have been coming here for a while. It's been since summer since my last pedi so maybe they changed the policy, but I just had the most disappointing pedicure ever. $30 for a "classic" and the massage was a joke, literally rubbed lotion on and then glanced over with a hot stone, wasn't even 2 minutes of time. I was in and out of the chair in under 15minutes. I'm a busy mom of two and rather get time away or to myself. I was looking forward to a nice treat for myself and this place missed the mark big time. Won't be coming back. read more

I have been going to this places for over 8 years or so and will never go back. Twice they have forgotten that I wanted a manicure after my pedicure. I told the receptionist what I wanted, she even came back to me during pedicure and asked again about the manicure and what I wanted. I told her a basic manicure. When my pedicure was done, I sat for 30 more minutes for someone to come and do my manicure. I got up and went to receptionist and ask who was doing my manicure and she said she did not know I wanted a manicure. I told her, my business is done with you and I will pay someone who wants my money and go somewhere else, I know that because it was a basic manicure they don't want to do them especially when they are busy because they can make money off gel and dips. So rude! So glad there are more places opening up around our area. read more

I used to go here for years and I loved the place. Over the past 1-2 years it has gone down hill. You can feel the tension as soon as you walk in the salon and there is constant miscommunication (lies) about whether or not a certain nail tech is available. The owner is not a nice person and I truly hope she start treating her employees better. I know of at least 10 people who went to this salon as well and have recently found other places to go. I have been going to classic nails since it opened for pedicures. My husband bought me a $100 gift card for Christmas and I used it months ago for a $35 pedicure. I was told that there was still $65 left on the card. When I tried to use the gift card today to pay for my pedicure I was told that there is no money on the card! The person on the desk told me I should have a text message to that effect. I never received a text message and they never gave me a receipt when I used the card originally. So they got $65 and I didn't get any additional services or the original pedicure cost me $100 for a $35 service. I was told that it is my responsibility to keep a text message that I never got. I visited this salon for the first time. I originally didn't want the extra callus remover but was talked into it or more like shamed into it. They use the cheese grater which other places have done but I have never had sores from it. When I left it felt a little sore but I didn't look at my feet, by the evening it hurt to even stand on it. Very disappointing to have this after paying $38 and and $8 tip!!!!! read more

I will never come to this place again. We made an appointment and the receptionists were rude. They let 3 walk ins sit before my mom that had an appointment. She sat there waiting for 30 minutes! Then, I was getting a pedicure and wanted the basic and the lady kept pushing me to get the VIP pedicure for $50 when I kept insisting I wanted the basic. I told her I usually just pay $35 for pedicures since I get them so often and she said "well go to your other nail spot if you want to only pay $35" This was seriously the worst experience I ever had to deal with. I'm from California and unfortunately my aunt and cousin recommended this place to us since they come here consistently. I'm going to be sure to let them know how the service was and to mention that they don't need to recommend this place again. Be aware of this place!!! So this just happened! She cut me and never told me then put me back in the water and continued on with service. She then put acetone on it and started burning so bad. I confronted her that something was burning and she said it's fine and just kept ignoring me. I'm a previous Salon owner with a cosmetologist license and know the standard procedures of blood and how to deal with this for infection control and she did nothing about it. I had to call over the manager to get her to help. I am very upset she would not immediately take care of this open wound and just put me back in dirty water then pat me with a dirty towel and not sterilize any of her tools. After waiting for a VERY long time, the owner did my nails. I am not sure she was actually licensed or knew what she was doing. She cut off all my length ( I only wanted a small trim). She did not apply the SNS correctly, all my nails are crooked, there are bubbles in the SNS AND after voicing my concerns, she said it was my fault AND still made me pay!!! Also, while I was sitting waiting, another regular voiced her concern about her visit today and the owner did not seem to care that she was unhappy. This is not how you keep clients coming back.
