However, the description on your website states that the service includes the area outside the bikini line up to four inches above the knee. I've received this service multiple times before, so I was familiar with what it typically includes. When I questioned it, her response was, "Do you just want me to throw a couple strips down since we're here?" After checking out, I reviewed the service description and confirmed that my understanding was correct. When I returned to discuss it, the front desk staff were not particularly apologetic. One employee simply said, "It was only $17," and offered to text the owner. While the amount itself isn't the issue, I was disappointed by both the service and the way my concerns were handled.
