I graduated and all was well. A few months ago I decided I wanted to have another location laser treated so I called no answer. I text no answer. I finally was able to reach someone but the price is now $800 more than what I was quoted prior. The staff stated there was nothing they could do about the price since I did not purchase prior but I was never notified of the possible price change. I was trying to decide if I wanted to move forward or not so I was asking a ton of questions. It would depend on the day sometimes the staff was helpful and sometimes it almost felt like they wrote you off as if it's your fault you didn't sign up sooner. I'm disappointed about the service but I moved forward with the area. Now it's been a few months and you can never get an appointment, staff will cancel your appointment day of, and will not reschedule you. Not ideal when you spend thousands of dollars for this service. Not sure how they have so many 5 stars with this service level especially being a prior client. Yes, service works but ideally I would skip out on this location.

I purchased package for extra large area and small area on Groupon. Extra large area is on full legs and small area is for underarms. I have had this service before for both areas. It takes about 12 sessions for full results. I am on my sixth for underarms and no longer have any hair to shave, as this is the second time of a package of 6 sessions that is the expectation of results and I am very happy. Full legs still have minor amounts of hair but mine is blonde and is harder to remove completely, that being said means you really can't see it. Staff is very friendly. The establishment is clean with a nice vibe. Treatment is virtually painless. Clear aftercare instructions are provided. It is easy to book an appointment they do so at the end of each appointment and they even send reminder messages. Highly recommend. read more

This is a my first time every trying Laser hair removal and it is not painful at all like people described it to me before. I have tried wax and shaving and laser is the best at of all!! There is no pain or down time for it. I would also like to say the staff and soo sweet. They do an amazing job setting reminders so you don't miss appointments and are very flexible on scheduling. The staff also make you feel very comfortable in the treatments they give. Gia is really nice! I usually get her as my tech on my appointments and she does a good job and provides a good service. I highly recommend. The only down side that I would say is the location. It an house drive for me so I wish there was more locations in the west valley area. read more

Found out about this place through Groupon and decided to try it out. I've only been there twice as of today. My first technician was good at answering any questions I had. My second technician Gia was great, very nice and efficient. I did enjoy my visit with Gia she was very clean. The first time i didn't know what to expect but I was left with so much gel to clean up and didn't feel the "warm" as much as I did the 2nd time. Excited to see the results in the next few sessions. I wish there was a closer place to the west side though it takes me 45 min to get a service that's done in 15 min or less. read more

Stephanie was very nice! I am licensed to do laser as well but haven't practiced in quit sometime. The service seemed very fast and some areas seemed to get missed because of the pace but she assured me it was going to be a good treatment. No bruising occurred same day! Took her time! Price Point: $399 (syringe) + $29 (healing baume) *They do not allow tips, as they consider their services purely medical. Purchased their healing lip balm- aka, "THE BAUME". Feels so good, smells divine! Time for appointment: I recommend 2 hours for parking, getting upstairs and all items in between. Only 10 minute wait to be brought back. 1. Consult, 40 minutes 2. Allergy test- lidocaine, 10 minutes 3. Numbing agent on lips, 15 minutes 4. Procedure, 15 minutes Wow! Thorough beyond words, the Nurse Practitioner was detailed and I was immensely grateful for all the health and allergen information provided! Fun fact- if you have an allergy to a bee sting, you have to get medically cleared by an allergist first prior to smile line and/or cheek filler (per their company policy).
