Rita is THAT girl! Before we did anything on my first visit, she asked me what I wanted to focus on (for my lips) and I really appreciated that because I already had an idea what I wanted to do but felt nervous voicing it. Not only did she ask me what my goals were, but she FOLLOWED THROUGH with exactly what I asked for. I also got TMJ Botox and am feeling so much relief. Rita told me it would be best to start with 25 units in each side, but I told her I could only afford 20 units at that time and she didn't guilt trip me or try to convince to spend outside my budget. It was my first time doing Botox and I was definitely nervous but she talked me through everything and it was less than 1 minute from start to finish. I am obsessed with my lip filler done by Julia!!! I've had my lips done several times throughout a span of 10 or so years with a few different injectors. I've been lucky to always have good injectors, but I will say that I have never been this happy with my lips like I am after my first time here. I have a very thin, natural upper lip and would always ask for volume, but felt like it was never achieved. Each service is specific to your individual needs and uses many techniques and combinations of treatments to perfect your features. Hannah also isn't afraid to turn down a service that isn't right foe you. I initially booked my app for a full lip enhancement (1syringe) and when I got there she highly recommended I dissolve migrated filler above upper right lip from years ago when I had them done elsewhere. I had explained to Hannah that I actually already had filler dissolved (or at least attempted to) nearly two years ago after I had a bad experience with someone else. I haven't had them done since then so I was convinced dissolving this one small area wasn't in my best interest. She professionally pushed back and explained that sometimes it can take multiple sessions and highly recommended to dissolve it first in order for her to create the perfectly defined border of that side.' To be honest I've never been 100% happy with how my lips looked-with or without filler and I knew she could improve their current state even without dissolving the one area. She when blunt and told me "it wont be my favorite lip" but agreed to use a PDO thread to lift to create a upper right vermilion border and less than 1/2 syringe, enough to improve their overall appearance but unable fo create the height we would have been able to achieve had I chosen to listen to her and dissolve first. I LOVE how they look, a MILLION TIMES BETTER than they did before...BUTTTT, I should have just listened to her! now that I see how much she improved them without dissolving I can only imagine how perfect they could have been if I would have just listened to her. I booked a follow-up to dissolve the upper right side and add another 1.5 syringe agree 2 weeks along with treatment for my smile lines. She is an expert at what she does- SO, if you're like me and have trust issues from botched filler done elsewhere, and think you just have to live with mediocre lips...this is your sign to go see Hannah! WORST PLACE!! Got filler and Botox here. They are so deceiving, I showed them pictures of what I wanted as my goal. The nurse injector said it's completely achievable, didn't mention I would need to be going in multiple times to get the results. Obviously if I would've known I wouldn't have proceeded because they're so expensive. And I was already spending $2,200 for the snatched package. The before and after's on their Instagram don't say that it takes multiple sessions for their customers to get those results it just says they were achieved by the snatched package. When I had asked her if I would see good results with it she said I would. As someone who's never done face filler before I assumed a expensive spa like that would at least explain the process and disclose certain things to me like that. NOPE. They rushed me to sign the consent forms without even giving me adequate time to read through them or ask questions. When I was in for my appointment the girl in the front kept rushing us in the room seeing the next client was there. Over all my experience there was completely horrible. Not to mention, I did not get any visible results/ difference in my face at all. And I purchased the snatched package which included three syringes of filler. When I had spoken to the owners Hannah and John they weren't willing to provide a refund. Their customer service is horrible. They just wanted me to do more services with them and when I didn't want to they refused the "partial refund" too that they had promised me. These people made me cry from spring all the way into summer! Rita was first to inject my lips at Flawless. I had my prior lip filler dissolved 3 times before sitting in her chair. She botched my lips sooooo bad that I'm tearing up just thinking about the experience and all the pain I went through. I remember all the excuses Rita made without taking any responsibility. I remember sitting in the chair by the front door in the waiting area. Rita walks out of the hallway, that's about 15 ft away and goes "omg girl your lips look great" you must have bionic vision girl. Not to mention on one occasion "SHE DISSOLVED AND FILLED MY LIPS THE SAME DAY! I had to be dissolved 8 times. I HAD TO DRIVE TO AND BACK FROM FLAWLESS ATLEAST 8 TIMES! Plus made an appointment and payed $200 somewhere else to get the rest of Rita's work out of my face! One thing I do appreciate about Hanna is that once she looked at my lips for herself, she did take responsibility for Rita's mess up. Rita made me feel like I was schizophrenic. I had the pleasure of getting poked by all 3 injectors under this roof. At this point these people weren't even using lidocaine injections to numb me anymore. My last dissolve there I saw Jacqui. She actually numbed me but was under the impression that I was paying for the session and looked annoyed after. Rita had injected me with Filler on Feb 7th. After having to get dissolved numerous times, Hanna tries to push me into getting filled again on June 1st when there's still migrated filler in my bottom lip. I called prior to the appointment to let them know that the lip filler hadn't fully dissolved yet. I was told someone would call me back. This was over Memorial Day weekend. No one called me back and my phone calls were ignored after that. After having to go elsewhere and paying out of pocket, I showed up at Flawless on the day of my appointment (June 1st) with bruised lips from a different injector, I requested a refund. I was told John would call me. John calls me a week later. I was adamant about my refund and apparently it was issued June 8th. I had to call from my google voice phone number to get ahold of someone at flawless to follow up about my refund. I was told it takes 5-7 business days and it's now June 21st! read more

I'm not a person that leaves reviews but I wanted to take time out of my day because I have had 2 amazing experiences with Hanna. Winter of 2019 I had my lips done by a Doctor at a different place. He didn't ask me questions and just did what he wanted. I didn't notice a big difference and had some lumps on my lips that made me feel self conscious about matte lipstick. I went to Hanna on February 2020 and it was the best decision I have made this year! I felt comfortable telling her what results I wanted (showed pictures). She also made suggestions to what would look good on me to enhance features she liked from my lips. She also smoothed out the lumps from the previous doctor. I was really taken aback with her professionalism, bedside manner, and attention to detail. She knows what she's does and she's amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. If I could give Hanna 0 stars I would, but it is not possible on here . I initially booked an appointment with her for facial threads. Upon arrival, she informed me that I didn't need threads, but that I needed to dissolve my lips and would benefit from filler in my cheeks. I got the cheek filler, and dissolved my lips in order to have my lips done by her. After dissolving , it seemed that my left upper lip had a noticeable indentation. I asked Hanna about it and she assured me that it could be fixed during my lip injection appointment. It was definitely bothersome because it looked like my upper lip had a hole in it , but I trusted Hannah as a professional to 'fix' it . During my lip injection appointment, she recommended 1 syringe, and she seemed irritated with my questions about what kind of lip filler she is using on me. I still don't understand her behavior because I spent THOUSANDS of dollars in her clinic and I would like to be informed about what is injected in my face . The lip injection went very well and she showed me in a handheld mirror what it looked like. They looked good . Then, we started talking about threads and she assured me that they would look great on me and would give me great definition. I agreed, and she quickly injected the threads. And this is where it gets BIZARRE! After she injected the threads , she hurriedly told me I'm bruising but it'll go away . Now, I've had my lips and tons of Botox done during my life , and I thought oh, no big deal , blue spot , I'll cover it with lipstick ! Well , she Literally started walking out of the room and was trying to rush me out of there ! I still had my drink and purse on her counter, so I asked if I could grab those really quick . She looked befuddled and said sure... there was a mirror there and I asked if I can see my lips, which she should have offered anyway . And holy guacamole, my left upper lip was so huge( quadruple my normal size) that I gasped in shock , think Kris Jenner swollen lips when she had an allergic reaction. The left lower side of my face looked completely DEFORMED. Now , I know that things happen, and you get bruised and swollen during lip injections, but it was her unprofessional behavior that made me think in the moment that it was maybe more serious than a bruise. I literally hyper ventilated and she was so not comforting ! Her bedside manners were horrible ! She made me feel inadequate, and I was completely humiliated . She told me she won't treat me again, as if I'd want her to lol. I wouldn't have been hyperventilating if she addressed my SEVERE swelling in a professional manner by explaining to me what happened , comforted me , and most importantly SHOWED me herself , instead of me having to ask if I can look at my lips . Instead , I was escorted out of her room as Hannah acted irritated with me, and her receptionist was the one who actually comforted me , gave me advice on what supplements to take and when to ice/heat ! So shoutout to her , thank you girl ! As to Hanna, maybe tone down the EGO and actually CARE for your patient's well being! read more
