I really had a pleasant experience here! I've driven past this place a million times and saw a bunch of girls raving about it in a Facebook group that I'm in so I decided to book an appointment. For so long I've been going to Laseraway for my Botox and their injectors are great. However, i feel like the front desk is so commission driven and just way over the top with their sales pitches. Recently Laseraway agreed to let me split a Botox bank with my mom if I purchased a specific package and on the day of our appointment they told me "corporate" wouldn't allow them to honor it. Basically they were very sleazy and I've been searching for a new spot and I'm so pleased with Focal Point! Michelle is great and very communicative and they front desk girls were amazing and friendly. My injector was quick and to the point! She had me in and out of the chair in less than 5 minutes. Check out was a breeze. No hounding, sales pitches, trying to convince me to get more Botox than necessary... I feel very comfortable and not overwhelmed coming here so I will stick with Focal Point for all my beauty needs! read more

I love coming here - everyone is so friendly on both sides of the shop and the front desk. Michelle, the owner, is always on site and connects were her team and customers. Since I have been coming to Samie for salon services, I have actually grown my hair out longer which she has supported and encouraged. She always does an amazing job at the cut and color and I am always thrilled! Went to two sessions to get my hair lightened and full highlights. My scalp felt like it was burning. I had to ask multiple times to reduce the heat of the water when my hair was being washed. As for results, it was barely noticeable that my hair was lightened. Maybe if you look in the light in an angle. I felt understanding as I had been dying my hair in the past. The second time I went about 1-1.5 months later, I experienced the same burning feeling. As for the results, the hair was lighter and looked very nice but had a brassy orange tone. This would have been fine, but they had colored my roots black but they did not wash it all off my hair. They blow dried my hair with black dye spots still all over my scalp. It was very odd and looked ridiculous. Not very professional. As for masks, they do not wear masks unless you ask them to. It was fine with me if they didn't but I didn't appreciate being coughed on while getting my hair washed. I wanted to like this place but experience and results were not up to standard. read more

Let me start by saying everyone was very nice! There is not a ton of information online about the head spa but it is not like all the videos you are seeing in TikTok where you are laying down on a massage bed with your head getting rinsed in a tunnel of water with various brushes and things being used on your hair. The head spa portion only lasted about 35 minutes and was at a salon wash station the whole time and I have no idea what was put in my hair or why or what it was supposed to be doing. The service was enjoyable and the blowout was great but the blowout took longer than the service and I do not feel as though the service justifies the cost. Did they snap a few pictures, yes. TL;DR: Arora is amazing, get the Head Spa I was referred to Arora by a colleague after lusting after her beautiful hair for far too long. My first visit was very pleasant and also educational: have you ever had someone look at your scalp with a microscope? Me either. Arora snapped pics of my scalp, identifying areas that needed some TLC and worked with me to find out what I was looking for. I left feeling beautiful and vowed to return given the excellent service and atmosphere of the business. Today I went for my second appointment, this time adding a head spa. My life is changed - I could have died right there in that chair of happiness and floated right off to heaven. Not only was it immensely relaxing, but my scalp and hair feels SO much healthier and lighter. Arora whipped the microscope back out to compare photos from my first visit, and from before the treatment, and it was explicitly clear the redness/inflammation and flakiness were substantially improved. I wanted a platinum blonde put on while my hair is asian pitched black. I had it done somewhere else twice but it didn't come out the way i wanted it. Aurora made it happen in just one shot. Since then, they have been my go-to for skincare treatments, advice, and amazing friends! Brittany has been the aesthetician that has done my Venus Versa laser hair removal treatments on my arms and my legs - all of my sessions have been informative and the laser treatments have been painless.
