The Wellness Bar - Vibrating plate

Decided to give The Wellness Bar a shot after being told I need to calm the inflammation party…read morehappening in my back. Apparently, I've got a slipped disc pressing on my root nerve--aka the source of all my current misery. Surgery's not really on the table, so I'm doing my best to heal the natural way (with a side of physical therapy). At this point, even tying my shoes feels like an Olympic event, so I'm willing to try anything that might help. I signed up for a month since it's $99 and unlimited...total no-brainer. I've done the sauna, which is amazing and private. There's even a TV in the room, so you can watch your favorite show, listen to their zen music, or (like me) blast your playlist and reflect on this next chapter in life. I also tried cryotherapy, which feels incredible and hits -100 degrees--basically the perfect follow-up to the sauna. And then there's the vibrating plate surrounded by infrared lights... that one was fun, but I couldn't stop giggling the whole time. Don't ask me why...it's just one of those things.. LOL. The service here is top-notch, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I actually have a sauna place just five minutes from home, but I still drive 25 minutes to come here--because when you find the spot, you stay loyal. The comeback is in full swing, and once this back is healed, I'm rising as Superwoman 2.0--stronger, sharper, glowing harder than ever, and still blasting my playlist while I take on the world like it owes me something.

I dont write many reviews but this place is amazing. I've been to a few IV therapy places in San…read moreDiego where I live and I wish they were as good as this place. I was playing in a baseball tournament in Phoenix and my first day I got food poisoning. Let's just say I was a mess. But I found this place on Yelp and couldn't have been happier. Everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful. My main nurse was Sam and she was awesome. She recommended exactly what I needed and was a sweetheart. Also the zero gravity massage chair and oxygen for first time customers was above and beyond. Definitely going back before I head back to San Diego.

I got to work with 2 nurses - Sam was my main one (and I feel so bad but I forgot the other nurse's name but she was tall, brown shorter hair...)...and the doctor who did my telehealth appointment was Dr. Mike who was an absolute DOLL! Literally everyone was so sweet, kind, informative, and went above and beyond. I had never had any sort of IV therapy and Sam spent sooooo much time reviewing everything with me to find out which cocktail was ideal for my concerns. We ended up choosing the Myers Cocktail with some extra goodies...they were having a sale so I didn't pay quite the full price ($180 for the cocktail alone; but I paid about $215 total). Sam put a line in my arm and I got taken to this fancy "blue" room with these amazing massage chairs...and I also got a full oxygen tank to myself. It was the best 45 minutes of my life. Sam and the other nurse came to check on me every ten minutes or so too. After I was done, I felt sooooo good. I got the best sleep of my life that night too. I ended up buying the most expensive package they had and it came down to 2 factors: the IV itself was absolutely amazing but the staff...the staff makes it worth every penny! Also - something to keep in mind: all Prime IV locations are franchised and not all are created equal! I accidentally went to the Mesa location off Gilbert Road and 60...and the vibe was waaaay different. If anyone is looking for something relaxing, worthwhile, and something that works...give this place a try. I can't wait to go back!

Usually, I dread doing PT for an injury, but since coming to Move, I look forward to my sessions. Cryo and physical training are also offered here so there is a variety of services that anyone can make use of. Kaine, Dan and Chad have all helped train me as well as some student PTs, and they always make you feel like it's one on one, even if they are busy. You can really feel that Move is a family owned business and it feels like you're family when you're there. Overall, I have no complaints about Move. Unless you experience a serious injury or some kind of strain, you can't appreciate how amazing it is to find a PT gym that cares about and loves what they do. Just to sum it up, I highly recommend Move to anyone looking for a PT for an injury or physical training sessions, which you can purchase multiple different tiers of packages of. Only PT gym I'll ever come back to over and over again. Each and everyone at Move, thank you, keep doing what you do!

My body had been so achy and clearly inflamed I knew I needed SOMETHING. At the owner's recommendation I tried Cryo Therapy (for the first time) with compression sleeves to follow; I left feeling two inches taller and infinitely lighter. My sleep, strength, and inflammation have improved drastically with just the first session, and even though I don't usually do well in the cold, I cannot wait to go back.
