I came for the cryotherapy. I have mixed feelings about restore. I came in for cryotherapy and received a tour immediately. TBH the tour is what deterred me. They offer so many services & they try to sell you on all the services. Or it felt that way.. so there's cryotherapy, infrared light therapy, iv drip, various shots, oxygen bed, compression, hydra-facials , etc etc etc not even asking what I'm wanting or needing. I hated it. So everyone is very friendly & nice, especially the nurse. However the front desk personnel was not friendly or really personable. I purchased a Groupon for a facial and loved it! Loved it enough that I purchased a membership. They have a wide selection of services, including red light therapy, compression therapy, facials, cryotherapy, IV hydration, and more. The staff is wonderful to work with, always friendly and accommodating. I love this place! I go in monthly to get my iv and sometimes I get other benefits like the infrared sauna, or light, or the cryotherapy. You go into this machine where is extremely cold and you stay there for a few minutes. You feel soo oxygenated afterwards. The iv is my absolute fav, you can add 2 base shots to your bag or additional a shots for 27-40$. The customer service of the nurses and staff is outstanding! I love them all, they are funny, outgoing, super nice and extremely professional! I have a membership monthly but you don't have to. I have tried Cryo-therapy in the past and loved it but this place is special. I wanted to surprise my wife with a "spa-day" at Restore because the variety of services were intriguing. I ended up speaking with the general manager, Meghann, to ask for advice on what treatments we needed to experience. She asked what our goal for our visit was and I loved this touch. We had different reasons for coming so she offered several suggestions and was truly a wealth of information. We did Cryo-Therapy (loved being able to pick our song to dance to whilst freezing), Compression (thinking about getting a pair of those boots for my house) and we did a Vitamin Drip. We felt the results immediately and haven't stopped talking about our experience. Covid-wise: Very thoughtful touches, hand sanitizer available, masks required, multi-use items clearly laundered. I originally was going to the Scottsdale location. So happy that they opened one here, near my house in Chandler. The hours are great, 7 days/week and to 7pm on weekdays. The staff is awesome. Meagan, the manager is always cheery and welcoming. My IV Drip with the RN - Nate is well taken care of every time. He's gentle and friendly. My vein is small and difficult so I opt for the pediatric needle which, can take much longer than a normal drip. The place is nice and clean. A different vibe than the Scottsdale location (ambient, dark and cozy). Here is a lot of openness and natural lighting from all the windows. I love them both! I had tried the Infrared Sauna, absolutely love it. Cryo facial definitely tightens the pores. Would recommend to incorporate cleansing prior to the treatment so clients can get the full benefit of it. Otherwise, just make sure your skin is nice and clean before coming in without any lotion or sunscreen to fully feel the benefit of Cryo on the face. The recovery offerings at restore are AMAZING. It's hard for me to spend less than a few hours there because they have it all and I want to do it all!! I started using Restore after I used most of the services at other locations and found it more convenient than going all over town (cryo and saunas mainly). Once I came in, I learned all about the benefits of IV services from the nurse Angie, and so I started adding IVs to my appointments and I really enjoy it. I can't speak to the efficacy of the actual treatments, because frankly, I didn't make it that far. Upon pulling up in front of their suite for my initial visit, I immediately observed half a dozen (receptionist included) maskless people in the lobby. I'm shocked and appalled that an establishment that claims to be here for their clients' "health and wellness" clearly don't value that at all. Apparently it's for the science-denying gym rat to feel less sore after leg day, because actual "health" obviously doesn't have anything to do with it. I was nervous going to a strip mall for an IV. One of my best decisions! Everyone was amazingly friendly. I arrived feeing all around horrible. Halfway through my bag I started to feel like me again. Jackie was one of the best phlebotomist/nurses I have ever had put a needle in my arm. It usually takes 6 tries and 2 people for a good stick. I did not realize she had put the IV in. I have recently completed my 30 day trial membership here and could not be happier with the staff and their services. For those of you reading this - let me be clear - this is not a miraculous place where all aches and pains are immediately resolved and you lose inches! You have to fully understand what happens to your body when you do cryotherapy and any red light therapy along with compression, stretching, etc. Thats for another post and your personal research, but here is my experience. I am a health conscience person that works out enough to keep my old bones moving and I pay attention to aging process by eating healthy, taking supplements, etc. My dr had always said that combo of Cryo and Red light therapy with compression would help my inflammation issues, but I didnt dig the whole steel tube locked in kinda thing. Here's what I love about Restore: their Cryo is like a walk in freezer! Perfect for those that hate small spaces. LOVE! With a combo of compression, Cryo, and Photo Bio Modulation (PBM)/ or Infared Sauna I have seen a half inch decrease in my ankles and a quarter inch in my wrists. I have also felt a lot better when working out, meaning, its not a chore to do those 12 burpees and there's a bit more bounce in my step when working out. Also- that sluggish AZ summer feeling is gone and Ive got more energy to take on the day. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the staff. Amazing people. I would call out individuals but I cant say that anyone that works there isn't exceptional. They are accommodating to your needs, inquiries, and yes your fifty million questions that you have. I'm 50 so I've got that old lady need to know thing :) So to summarize - if you are into wellness and self care and have an open mind to trying something new (or not new to you) I would definitely check this out.
