Wow I did not know what to expect when I booked my appointment and I can truly say I was impressed…read more I had seen so many advertisements on social media about this place and I finally caved in and got myself scheduled. Booking was simple as an employee reached out to me to schedule. We sent a few texts back and forth and bam my appointment was confirmed. A few days prior to my visit, I was sent over new patient paperwork that was simple to complete. The day finally came and the receptionist quickly greeted me as I walked in. She got me checked in, gave me a cold water with added electrolytes, took me to the waiting room, and I was seated in a comfy chair. She told me to wait here for the person who was going to get me hooked up. I had enough time to look over the pamphlets and enough time to pick which IV I wanted. I ended up going with the revitalizer as I was feeling fatigued and with no energy. Finding my veins is always a challenge for nurses / phlebotomists and it was no exception here. The worker showed compassion and was very patient on finding the one vein that was going to withstand the IV. She made sure I was very comfortable and and kept reassuring me that she was not going to poke me more then once. She finally found the one vein that was going to work on my hand and off I was to the back room with the super cool massage chair. I sat down and and was hooked up to the IV right after. The massage felt soooo good and I even dozed off for a bit. The room was nice and cold and it was very relaxing. The ambience was perfect! It took about 45 minutes for the treatment and I was all ready to go. They had a really nice special going on for new customers so I only paid half of what the service usually costs. I really enjoyed my visit and I can say that I have been feeling great ever since. Its been 5 days and I feel more alert and my body still feels rested. I made sure to let my family members and friends know about this place and I can't wait to be back!

He got me all set up with my two treatments so quickly and their system has great and frequent reminders about your appointment with an address and phone number attached. (I'm surprised that a lot of places don't actually put that extra very helpful information in the texts) Today I got to meet Lance! He was still so helpful and really fun to visit with. The team is so well educated and in totally different ways that all complement each other and the service. When I had my leg compression service (10/10) he was able to put the chair into "zero gravity" which I really think enhanced how relaxing the pressure on my legs felt. I was also about to modify my IV bag and have it done at the same time as the compression. From there I moved to the vibration table and that was a really interesting a cool experience. The eye mask was a nice touch, too. I didn't get mine scented BUT I got it heated. The establishment itself is so clean and beautiful. Very peaceful and comfortable. The memberships are better priced than most places I've looked into purchasing one at and the packages are generous with free add ons and such. The whole experience was truly 5 stars.

This is a review with two visits combined. The first time, I got an EXCELLENT deal from an ad on…read moresocial media - For $45, I got to try out several signature services, such as leg compression therapy, red light therapy, sauna, and cryotherapy. The second time was a 30-min PEMF therapy. At the first visit, Evan greeted me and gave me an iPad to fill out my info and assessment. It took about 5-10 minutes to complete at their cozy waiting area (the mist machine and the armchairs set the tone!) After that, we went into a small meeting room for a quick consultation. Next, the tour! I have no idea how deep the studio went! The vibrant orange and the calm beige balanced out really well. The studio was so clean with just the right amount of lighting. The soothing playlist filled each room with the perfect volume as well! Evan took the time to show me every service they provide. After a quick circle, he guided me to an almost dark room for the 30-min leg compression and red-light therapy session. After that was a 40-min red light, 151F sauna where I almost fell asleep, it was time for the final experience: cryotherapy. Even it was just a 1-minute session...omg...getting 52F air blown straight at me got me lightheaded. Clearly, I was not breathing enough. The final step after this breathtaking (literally) experience, Evan concluded the session with some suggestions and next step. I appreciated his attentiveness to my needs and understanding of my financial situation. I mentioned that along the tour, I was intrigued by the PEMF service, which is why I decided to come back the second time for just that. It's hard to put into words on the feeling, so I am gonna say just go try it out at least once. You won't be disappointed. Even after the initial introduction, I couldn't relax until half way. *4 stars because at the end of the day, it's still a business, so I understand the uncomfortable conversations with them selling you their services and making the next appointment before you walk out the door. They do have an app for you to book and cancel appointments though.

My mom (a nurse) recommended going to the ER, but I have terrible health insurance and knew I'd end up paying thousands. I texted Element, and Krista showed up at my door an hour later. I'd never received an IV in my life, let alone at my own house, so I was clueless--but desperate. Krista was incredibly kind and patient with me as she worked to find a vein that would take the IV. She never once made me feel gross, even though she was witnessing me at an incredibly humbling moment. I felt comfortable and safe around her and when the bag was empty, I owed roughly $400-far less than I would have paid at the ER. The anti-nausea meds in the bag helped a ton, too. I feel that I would not have recovered from my illness nearly as quickly if I had skipped the IV. Now I know that in a pinch, Element has my back.

So once back I'm Phoenix I made an online appt for a 4 pm on a Sunday infusion to help ward off what I knew was coming or perhaps lessen the effects of my impending illness. Booking was super easy on-line and a very pleasant female nurse was there on time and set me up and it didn't take as long as some other places because she put a compression thing on the IV bag about half way through. Fine by me, like too 30 minutes and not 45-60 I've had before. I believe I got the "" immunity" IV. Price was competitive, and I really liked how good the nurse was. I think the IV helped lessen what turned to be a really bad cold which kept me from going to Orange Theory for 2 weeks. Ugh! Great company, I'll definitely use their service again.
