This is an FYI to Senior Citizens. When I called to make an appointment, even though they make it quite clear they do not take insurance, I was asked if I was on medicare. Which is a polite way of asking, "are you over 65?". Even though I explained I did not expect to use my insurance and would be paying cash, the receptionist proceeded to explain they could not accept acute Medicare patients due to liability. Which I explained my problem was chronic, not acute. Isn't every patient that goes to a Chiropractor acute? and if you are paying cash, whose going to find out? It's okay if you don't want to treat old people, just post it on your website and save us a lot of time and don't dance around it. I can't speak for their care as I never made it that far. They could be quite good, they just don't treat people on "Medicare". The receptionist was polite and friendly. read more

3/23/2023 A little back story about me. I'm a female machine mechanic by trade and I work 10 to 12 hour days. 15 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer (soft tissue sarcoma) in my left hip (gluts). I have had surgery, radiation treatments and on going physical therapy for the past 12 years. Last year I decided to try using a chiropractor to see if this would help relieve the pain in my lower back, tightness in my shoulders and the on going pain in my (L) hip. We'll this did not work out well for me at all. I felt like I was part of an insure chasers for accident victims. Never had the personal 1 on 1 experience with the doctors Today we drove by a place called NuSpine and I decided to give this a try. Initially I was hesitant to open up about my pain, but Dr. Michael Crapmton made me feel like he truly cared about my pain and put together a treatment plan just for me. Dr Crampton started out with: Direct Thrust Technique Spinal Mobilization Activator Technique (Neck/Shoulders) During each adjustment I did let out a scream or two, but immediately followed with a sigh of relief. 3/25/2022 "Back" for another round. 3/26/2022 Heading back to Henderson, Nevada. Dr suggest I have one more treatment for my long ride home. The 5 hour ride home felt much better this time. I highly recommend giving NuSpine a try. I purchased the 10 visit plan of $129. Came in to see if they could help out my back pain. Had to fill out an online survey asking a ton of medical questions prior to the appointment. One of the questions was whether I had Medicare insurance, which I answered affirmative. When I arrived, before the chiropractor saw me, I was handed a form asking me to make a selection of whether I planned to submit claims to Medicare, or pay cash. The form indicated that if you chose to submit to your insurance, they would not see/treat you. I told them that was ridiculous, as my Medicare supplement insurance would cover the treatment, and as I already pay a lot for the supplemental insurance, it would make no sense to not submit claim to them. As they would only treat me if I paid cash, I left. My single star rating is because they could have saved me a lot of time and effort by simply stating this policy on their on-line new patient form, just after the question which asked if I had Medicare insurance. If they had stated that they don't accept insurance, I would have stopped filling out all my personal medical info on their website, and not made or attended a worthless appointment. read more

Hydrotherapy beds available before or after adjustments. I actually started my chiro journey at 30wks pregnant until about 38wks. The bed accommodated my growing belly and helped w a quick, smooth homebirth. Now I'm back on track for post partum recovery. Definitely take advantage of the plans & packages available. Fabulous! Unexpected positive results beyond general posture. After 5 years of immobilization, I sincerely was not expecting this style of chiropractic to help. The overall difference showed by week four...3 months in, the obvious healing and discernible improvement in well being clearly has continued. After several abdominal surgeries, as well as two concurrent Achilles tendon tears, I knew my pelvis and shoulders needed help. What I didn't expect was how much these frequent and regular "quick fix" visits would improve my health overall. Both Dr.Crampton and Dr.Murray easily adjust those "I-didn't-know-I needed-that spots" and without any after bruising or tenderness whatsoever, from the realignment. My breathing is so much easier because of this, and I now go right before (as opposed to immediately after) my exercise class, and feel happily looser throughout as well as the following days, which makes me comfortable to actually attend the classes! I have, and use the package (I'm on my 3rd package) and the continuity has been well worth it. It's a friendly and quick in-and-out visit, which hits all the bases from ears to toes. My acid reflux from Gerd, stomach ulcers and a torn hiatal hernia, has lessened as the rib cage muscles, front and back have gone into proper positioning, breathing is easier, my gait is almost back to normal and migraines clearly lessening in intensity, week by week, giving me a great feeling of owning my own body again - all just with a consistent, friendly, weekly application over several weeks. Messed my lower back up bad over Thanksgiving. Took the advice of my golf buddy and went to Nuspine. After consultation, several options were offered. After discussion, I decided on the monthly plan. Took approx 4-5 adjustments but I'm back on the course and swinging again. I went into nuspine for an initial consultation really to get my spine adjusted quickly and return to normal life. After speaking with the doctor about my life and goals he created a plan for me to improve my spine health. I've been going once a week for four months now and it's the first time in 14 years that I've not noticed my chronic lower back pain. I'm no longer adjusting my life to accommodate my back pain.
