I paid my copay there and verified they were in net work and, received no extra exams or anything and they billed my insurance $268. I called the billing department and tried to get a breakdown but it never went anywhere and I just had to pay the bill. Could be a great place but will never go back due to the billing issues.

The forms were completed on your phone via text link the staff send you. Easy to complete. My husband received great care and treatment from Gregory PA and Dr. Chopra. Gregory was super supportive with completing his verbal and physical exams. He took the time to obtain the medical history and understanding what events led up to the back pain. He helped him get up from the exam table and it felt very caring especially. Dr. Chopra also provided an exam and reviewed his treatment plan with us. He recommended a follow up appointment. We were not rushed at all and currently on the road the recovery. We are very grateful for everyone who helped us.

I review everything. Including... walk-in doctor's offices. So, I'm a One Medical user, and I've used it for about six months. This is my home location, and I'm definitely a fan. One of the main things I like about it is how you can get labs done by just walking in anytime. You don't need an appointment. You just walk in and wait. If there's a line, they can give you a time to come back. Or, if there's no line, you can just sit in the waiting room. It's very nice to have a lab on site, and you don't have to deal with the whole Sonora Quest adventure that a lot of us Arizonans deal with. I've seen two nurse practitioners there. Both of them were helpful. And not only did they show good bedside manner--if I'm able to use that term, despite not actually being in a hospital bed--but they also were quick to respond to my messages on the app. The service here is painless. No pun intended. It's easy to make an appointment. Their app is very well-designed. And this location is clean and friendly. I would recommend One Medical if you're looking for a simple primary care experience.

I called to clarify a charge that didn't seem like it was coded correctly. The person I spoke to on the phone was obviously busy with so many other things in the background and seemed annoyed and said she'd pass along my concern. I asked in the app and the person who replied was extremely rude as well, when I was just looking for clarification. Apparently a Saturday appointment triggers an extra $87 charge as "after hours" even though that was never disclosed and it shows on the website that they are opening alternate Saturdays (again with no mention of it being an extra fee or extra hours.) It wasn't an emergency and we didn't need to go on a Saturday. I just think that it should be disclosed somewhere that an extra fee will be incurred. My first inquiry in the app received a very patronizing "non-answer" to my question. The AI in the app is great but it doesn't handle billing. AI isn't always helpful but at least it's not rude or insulting. After the back and forth, I logged in to pay the balance that I should not have owed, but I chalked it up to a lesson learned. It showed zero balance. That was a few weeks ago, and today I got a bill in the mail showing the outstanding balance again. The providers and the quality of care are amazing. I just felt insulted the way I was treated by the billing people, and that's left a bad taste in my mouth. I would definitely recommend One Medical but be warned that billing might be a hassle now that I guess it's being handled by new people.

Google maps told me this was the second closest UC, the 1st closest UC was Banner and they didn't even answer the phone. This place answered the phone and I asked if I could be seen without a wait for my laceration and she said Absolutely, there's no wait. Arrived and filled out tablet, waited maybe 3 min and was taken back. Kia or Kya was a sweet kind lady that was so gentle with my wounds. She cleaned them as thorough as anyone can and then the PA or NP saw me very soon after. Unfortunately they said their x-ray machine was broken and they didn't have enough glue (that's a huge bummer for an urgent Care) and had to refer to the nearest hospital.
