We hired Marc to redo our cool decking in the summer of 2026. His crew were great to work with and they did a wonderful job! They were meticulous in grinding down the old cool decking, cleaning up the mess, repainting and also protected the pool from all of the construction debris. In addition, they installed a french drain and rock pit to alleviate our drainage issues on to the deck. They installed large rip rap rocks to hide the french drain system, which also enhanced the beauty of our patio area. We had them repair and repaint our concrete sofa and fire pit area, their concrete guy did a really nice job. Their pricing was competitive for all the hard work that they did. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Mark made our pool sooooo pretty! We had a lot of calcium buildup on the tile, spillway, and fountain, but not anymore! The process was easy and he took into consideration the outdoor temperatures when draining our pool. The cleaning itself is pretty messy/dusty, but Mark make sure to clean up the yard and leave it as it was. Now our pool tile is sparkling and beautiful! read more

Didn't answer my call, so I left a voicemail received a text late in the day sent pics and never heard from again

I worked with Marc and Pool Tile Dr back in 2022 for a tile cleaning. They did a fantastic job. I was over due for another tile cleaning and called for a quote. Marc provided a quick quote for not only a tile cleaning, but recommended a pool drain, acid wash, and tile grout replacement that was badly needed. Very fair pricing for quality work. Marc communicated a plan, scheduled a time a week out, arrived on time, performed the plan flawlessly, sent the invoice for payment. Perfect execution. Lastly, friendly and trust worthy men that earned the repeat business. read more

Marc does more than tile cleaning. We hired him for a full pool resurfacing and kool deck resurfacing. He also replaced our pump, filter and light. We are extremely happy with the final results. The workmanship of his crew is top notch! He stepped us through the process meeting us at a few tile places to select tile that matched our new surface making professional recommendations along the way. As with any big project there were a few bumps but Marc was extremely responsive and addressed them without issue. Pricing is very competitive and he honors Veterans by giving a discount. I plan on using Marc for all my future pool needs. I highly recommend him. read more

A strong recommendation for Pool Tile Dr if you have tough calcium stains on your pool tiles. First I bought the spray-on gel and I scrubbed but that didn't help, so around 1.5 years ago I hired another company that's named after a certain aquatic amphibian to scrub it. They didn't do a great job and told me most of those old calcium stains would never come off. Flash forward to this week when I hired Pool Tile Dr. They lowered the water to expose the water line and then used salt to blast the tiles and vacuum up the residue. I have a fairly small pool and spa, but CJ was in and out of the water for 3 hours. A bonus tip is to change your pool water every few years to reduce this issue and as the pool will be empty during that, you'll want to minimize risk to the pool itself and the liner by doing that during the colder months. read more

Deciding to get the tiles on my pool's fountain repaired and cleaned of calcium, I started the process of looking for someone to do the work -- and came across Pool Tile Dr. with some great reviews. What stood out to me was that this company was RELIABLE and did great work. Then made a call. Mark, the owner, got back to me right away and provided a very reasonable estimate to fix and clean the fountain, and clean the tile all around the pool's ledge. Another plus: Pool Tile Dr's process for blasting away the calcium. Not those glass beads, but a different, more effective and environmentally safer solution. Scheduled an appointment and CJ arrived. Immediately I could tell he was very experienced, loved his work, and was eager to start the job. He put lots of care and integrity into his work. Since becoming a homeowner, I have come to greatly value the skills of those who do what I cannot. Based on my five-star experience with Pool Tile Dr., I will continue to call them for my [aging] pool's needs and confidently refer them to others. read more

They were right on time and CJ performed absolute miracles on my 35 year old pool and when he left it looked like new. After my inquiry, Marc got back to me right away and because of my schedule and the temps getting pretty intense, I am grateful he was able to squeeze me in to fit my schedule for pool draining and tile cleaning. C J came out and blasted the unsightly build up off the tile and it looks great. He swept up the residual powder, the deck and rinsed the tile. Well worth the cost, which was very fair. Thanks Marc and CJ. read more

We are super happy with Pool Tile Doctor! They did a fantastic job for us. CJ was on time, very nice, and efficient. Better yet, the final price came in a little under what we'd been quoted! I have to recommend pool tile Dr. to anyone who wants quality work done by honest people. I hired them to clean up my old pool tile and regrout it as well as replace cracked tiles. They did a very nice job. I also hired them to redo my pool decking which they also did and the outcome was fantastic. I tip my hat because they even came out and did 2 clean up appointments to fix some minor oversights from the original work all within a few days of finishing. They are honest and seem motivated by customer satisfaction. read more

Marc and CJ were a pleasure to work with. Marc was extremely communicative and organized, along with CJ's incredibly detailed work spending over 3.5 hours getting our pool tile looking brand new! I'm dead serious! Our pool tile from 1989, where the prior homeowners didn't keep up with the maintenance of it, looks brand new now! An added bonus is the process they use that doesn't disrupt your pool's PH (and other variables). If your pool tile has tons of built-up calcium deposits, call Marc today! Money WELL spent. read more

Great experience! Our pool was in need of a good media blast and Marc got us a quote and scheduled right away. Since he used salt the pool didn't need to be drained. Best part is that it has no impact to pool balance - I know this since I run a Sutro pool monitor and the PH didn't move based on the before and after snapshot. Just a little hazy water that went away after a day. With the Hard water around here I'll be calling the doctor every couple years . Excellent work! read more

We just completed an outstanding remodel and repair of our "cool deck" pool surfaces, as well as pads surrounding! KUDOS to Pool Deck Dr. and sister company Pool Tile Dr. Marc the owner, came immediately to estimate and we couldn't be more pleased with the process and time schedule provided!! This was our third time in 28 years and this company was able to surpass all others and the two other proposals we received. We drained the pool, cleaned the calcium line around tile and waterfall on the first day with a "great" employee CJ and on day two and three, the next crew arrived on time 7:00 am. Juan Sr., Juan Jr. and Martine YAY!!! Preparation of our windows, stucco and all plants were covered and then beginning all the grinding of surface. On day three when finished; this crew left not a speck of dirt or trash, residue from job. Windows and all surfaces were SPOTLESS!!!
