Marc is a nice guy, very personable. I originally contacted him for rebar repair and sand blasting. After receiving a quote I inquired about refinishing the pool deck as well. I decided go with all three projects. His prices are very reasonable and he doesn't try to upsell you. I didn't get to see the sand blasting process, but there was no evidence of anything other than clean title. The cleanup was well above my standards as I expected to see a little bit of a mess because let's face it... it's sand. There was nothing. I'm pretty sure a wizard was involved. I got to see the rebar repair and pool deck refinishing (you couldn't pay me triple the price to do any of it). They also did an amazing clean up job that was well above my standards. There's a lot of work that goes into maintaining, repairing, and refinishing pools. Marc has a hard working crew. It's evident they take pride in their work and know what they are doing. We called the Pool Tile Dr out to clean our tile. Marc did an excellent job. He has very good communication skills, was on time, and our pool tile looks like new. Marc came out and gave us a very accurate estimate and we scheduled the tile cleaning day, via email. We had a thick white line on our pool tile that had built up over 3 years, in our 27 year old pool. On cleaning day, in less than three hours, it was completely gone. We hired Marc to come out and clean our pool tile this spring and we are glad that we did! We have a large (and deep) diving pool and the tile had become very encrusted with calcium and mineral buildup. It had gotten so bad that I wasn't even sure it was possible to clean the tile. Marc came out and spent nearly an entire day blasting the tile and now it looks awesome! It was a very big job as our pool was drained and much of the job required working on a ladder and parts of the tile were not easily accessed. Marc's rig is very professional.
