Marc did a great job, he repaired a couple tiles that had come loose and cleaned all the tiles so they look like new.

Our pool needed tile replacement, cool deck work and acid washing. Marc responded quickly to my request for an estimate, showed up exactly when he said he would, and gave us a very fair quote for all the work. He told me what days each piece of work would be done, and that's exactly what he made happen. He was very responsive on every question and concern, and even helped me get an aerator fixed that wasn't part of the original scope of work. The workmanship was highest quality. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience and thankful for Marc who does what he says he'll do, and gets it done well. read more

Marc from Pool Tile Dr made my day today! We recently purchased an older home that we are renovating in Sun Lakes. The home has a in-ground pool which looked like the tile along the inside of the pool hadn't been taken care of previously. It made me "cringe" each time I went in. It had lots of algae and calcium buildup and was icky. Being so hot, I had no choice but to deal with it until I decided it was time to do some research and to find someone that cleaned tile. After researching online, I came across Pool Tile Dr. The reviews were great! So I decided to call & get some information. Marc had me text him a few pictures of the pool tile and within 5 minutes he came back with a quote and he had an opening two days later! Today is a wonderful day! Marc arrived right on time & was friendly. He was professional and got right to work after explaining what he was going to do in order to get the tile "like new". He got into our pool after setting up his equipment & started to work his "magic". When I went outside later on Marc was hosing off the pool deck and I couldn't believe my eyes!!! The tile was beautiful. Clean, shiny and amazing! I had to look twice. You wouldn't think that cleaning your pool tile would add that much beauty to your pool but it does! I told Marc a few times that he had "made my day". No more "cringy" when I go swimming. No more trying my hardest to not lean again the icky green algae & calcium buildup on the sides of the pool! I highly recommend Pool Tile Dr & we are going to have him back in the Fall to repair the cracks in the pool deck and coat it again with the Cool Decking. Marc mentioned that he did that also. No doubt in my mind that it will be as beautiful as our pool tile. Thank you Marc! Pool Party Time now! read more

After years of neglect our pool tile coloring looked faded and ugly. Hard water really built up to the point where the tile color was barely visible. We were concerned that we may have to replace all of our tile. After Mark came out and evaluated the situation we decided to go ahead and clean the tile rather then replace it. Wow! I'm so glad we approached it this way. Our pool looks amazing and we saved thousands of dollars in remodeling costs. Mark was professional and detail oriented and did an amazing job. We will be using them again. Thank you! read more

Great communication, he returned my initial call the evening that I left a message and got me scheduled. The following day I was able to text him pictures of the water feature so that he could give me a more accurate estimate. He texted me as he headed to the house and verified that he did not need me there to get started. When I arrived his truck and trailer were professional and presentable and he had signs set up to let the neighbors know what was going on. He was hard at work, chest deep in the pool so just kept an eye on his progress as I got my stuff done in the house. He operated efficiently blasting a section and then hosing down that area and the adjacent cool decking keeping the work area looking nice as he went. After all the tile was complete he performed a final cleaning of the cool deck area, paying great attention to detail, cleaning the edge areas where the hoses had created black marks as he worked. He explained to me what I needed to do to get the clarity of the water back. At this point I had to head out for a bit and when I returned he had the hose running ot fill the pool (we discussed that I would be back in time to monitor), other then that and the very clean tile you couldn't even tell he had been there. Water was back to normal overnight with no issues. Cost was a little less then I estimated and was well worth it. I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors. read more
